本发明公开了一种环保墙纸,由以下原料制成:柚子皮、变性淀粉、纳米胶粉、纳米滑石粉、微晶纤维素、甘蔗蜡、稳定剂、改性剂。将柚子皮晾干后粉碎成粉末,和纳米胶粉、纳米滑石粉混合均匀后与变性淀粉一起放入反应容器中,加入水和稳定剂,加热反应后,加入微晶纤维素和改性剂,最后加入熔融的甘蔗蜡,混合搅拌均匀,再经过成型工艺制成墙纸即可。其中变性淀粉、纳米胶粉等有助于柚子皮粉末与各个原料融合,甘蔗蜡和改性剂用于增强墙纸防水性能。可制得具有防水性能和抗破坏力强的环保墙纸。

[0002]墙纸也称为壁纸,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,广泛用于住宅、办公室、 兵馆、酒店的室内装修等。由于壁纸具有的特殊性,其装修的色彩和风格的选择成为整个家 庭的基调,而壁纸的多样化完全符合家庭装饰中“轻装修、重装饰”的原则,深受广大消费者 的喜爱。墙纸的种类与需求也越来越大,从材料上发展墙纸种类也成为一种趋势,并且利用 废弃资源,变废为新也成为可持续发展战略的发展方向。
发明内容
[0003]针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种利用柚子皮等废弃材料制成 的具有防水性能和抗破坏力强的环保墙纸。

[0005] 一种环保墙纸,由以下原料制成:柚子皮、变性淀粉、纳米胶粉、纳米滑石粉、微晶 纤维素、甘蔗蜡、稳定剂、改性剂。
[0006]将^子皮晾干后粉碎成粉末,和纳米胶粉、纳米滑石粉混合均匀后与变性淀粉一 P放入反应谷器中,加入水和稳定剂,加热反应后,加入微晶纤维素和改性剂,最后加入熔 融的甘蔗蜡,混合搅拌均匀,再经过成型工艺制成墙纸即可。其中变性淀粉、纳米胶粉等有 助于柚子皮粉末与各个原料融合,甘蔗蜡和改性剂用于增强墙纸防水性能。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保墙纸,其特征在于,所述改性剂的制备方法为:在干 燥洁净容器中,按重量比4:1加入聚硅氮烷树脂和防污剂,并加入催化剂,在80-13(rC下加 热搅拌反应3-5h,得到所述改性剂。
