Abstract

本发明公开了一种染料的制备方法。本发明提供了一种染料的制备方法,将包括如式(1)所示的染料单体A和如式(2)所示的染料单体B的染料组合物进行混合即可;所述的染料单体A与所述的染料单体B,以重量份数计为2.5:1~5.5:1。制备得到的染料,色相接近活性蓝19号,可采用常规拔染印花工艺进行拔白,具有优异的可拔性能,可替代原不可拔的艳蓝19号,应用于拔染印花工艺,生产高档次印花产品,提高产品附加值。

一种染料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染料的制备方法。
背景技术
拔印也称雕印,是在有色的织物上印上拔染浆使局部颜色消除,同时可在拔染浆中加入另一种染料,形成色地彩花的过程。
此工艺是利用雕白粉的强还原性对底色进行破坏,一般分为中性和碱性拔染两种,区别在于是否加碱剂,碱剂的选择可以是烧碱(30%,36°Bé(波美度))/纯碱/碳酸钾。染料的选择方面,一般乙烯砜型的活性利用其不耐碱性,在中性或碱性还原条件下可拔白,一氯均三嗪或二氯均三嗪的染料大部分能够在碱性条件下拔白,而以蒽醌为母体的则较难拔尽,如艳蓝KN-R(19号艳蓝或活性艳蓝19号)。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中艳蓝染料不能拔白的缺陷,从而提供了一种染料的制备方法。本发明的染料的制备方法,采用复配技术,综合两个组分的优点,复配出来的活性艳蓝染料产品,具有优异的可拔性能,且色相与19号蓝比较接近,可替代原不可拔的19号艳蓝,应用于拔染印花工艺。
本发明提供了一种染料的制备方法,将包括如式(1)所示的染料单体A和如式(2)所示的染料单体B的染料组合物进行混合即可;所述的染料单体A与所述的染料单体B,以重量份数计为2.5:1~5.5:1;

其中,所述的染料单体A与所述的染料单体B,较佳地以重量份数计为3.75:1~5:1。
其中,所述染料单体A和所述染料单体B可以各自独立地优选以粉状、合成溶液或其水溶液形式存在。
本发明的所述染料制备方法中,所述的染料组合物还可包括本领域的常用的助剂,优选分散剂MF和/或扩散剂NNO。
所述助剂优选以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。所述助剂可采用市售产品。
所述的染料的制备方法中,所述的染料组合物较佳地包括下述以质量百分比计的71%~81%所述的染色单体A,15%~24%所述的染色单体B和3~5%所述的助剂;更佳地其包括下述以质量百分比计的75%~80%所述的染色单体A,16%~20%所述的染色单体B,4~5%所述的助剂。
所述的染料的制备方法中,所述的混合可用本领域常规混合方法,如按所需比例机械地混合染料单体A、染料单体B及助剂,或以本领域熟知的方式进行拼混;更佳地,将所述的染料组合物采用液体浆料拼混再喷雾干燥,或者单体粉末拼混的方式制备得到;所述液体浆料拼混时间为3小时;所述粉末拼混时下口料回上口料3次,总混合时间3小时。
所述的染料的制备方法制得的染料可应用于纤维素材料染色,所述纤维素材料优选棉、麻或黏胶纤维,更优选黏胶纤维。
所述的染料可应用于拔染。
所述拔染的拔染浆处方为以重量百分比计的15%雕白粉,5%烧碱36(波美度),40-60%瓜尔胶糊料和加水至100%。
所述的拔染工艺流程为:
染色布(3%染料浓度)---印花---烘干(80℃,3分钟)---汽蒸(102℃,8分钟)---冷水洗---热水洗---皂洗(95℃,5分钟)---水洗---烘干。
在不违背本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实例。
染料单体A和染料单体B可采用市售产品,也可以采用本领域熟知的方法进行制备。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明提供了一种染料的制备方法,制备得到的染料,色相接近活性蓝19号,可采用常规拔染印花工艺进行拔白,具有优异的可拔性能,可替代原不可拔的艳蓝19号,应用于拔染印花工艺,生产高档次印花产品,提高产品附加值。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
实施例1~4及对比例1~9
活性艳蓝19号、染料单体A、染料单体B以及活性蓝203、活性红21可采用本领域熟知的方法进行制备,为现有技术已知的化合物。
实施例1-4及对比例1~9均采用单体干粉拼混,采用染料行业常见的锥形拼混器,拼混3小时,每小时回料一次,共3次,充分拼混均匀,以上下取样强度差异不超过2%为达标。
表1
将上述实施例制得的活性染料采用标准的活性染料进行染色测试(纯棉针织布)(GB/T 2387-2006反应性染料染色色光和强度的测定),得其相应的性能数据,见表2。

上述实施例制得的活性染料效果检测采用标准为,拔白等级:ISO 105/A03;耐磨牢度:ISO 105X12;耐汗渍牢度:ISO 105E04;皂洗牢度:ISO 105C03;色相差异直接用电脑测色仪测色读取DA和DB值,DA代表红绿差异,正值为偏红,负值偏绿;DB代表黄蓝差异,正值偏黄,负值偏蓝,数值越大则差异越大。
拔白方法如下:
拔染浆处方:(重量百分比计)
工艺流程:
染色布---印花---烘干(80℃,3分钟)---汽蒸(102℃,8分钟)---冷水洗---热水洗---皂洗(95℃,5分钟)---水洗---烘干
通过表2检测数据分析,实施例1~4各项牢度均能达到标准要求,且拔白性能优异,色相接近活性蓝19号。
通过表2对比实施例1-9分析,对比例1、2、4~9虽然拔白性能均可以,但是色相与活性艳蓝19号还是就较大差异,不能替代。

1.一种染料的制备方法,其特征在于,将包括如式(1)所示的染料单体A和如式(2)所示的染料单体B的染料组合物进行混合即可;所述的染料单体A与所述的染料单体B,以重量份数计为2.5:1~5.5:1;

2.如权利要求1所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染料单体A与所述的染料单体B,以重量份数计为3.75:1~5:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染料单体A和所述的染料单体B各自独立的以粉状、合成溶液或其水溶液形式存在。
4.如权利要求1所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染料组合物还包括助剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂为分散剂MF和/或扩散剂NNO。
6.如权利要求4所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。
7.如权利要求4所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染料组合物包括下述以质量百分比计的71%~81%所述的染色单体A,15%~24%所述的染色单体B和3~5%所述的助剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染料组合物包括下述以质量百分比计的75%~80%所述的染色单体A,16%~20%所述的染色单体B,4~5%所述的助剂。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述的染料组合物采用液体浆料拼混再喷雾干燥或者单体粉末拼混的方式制备。
10.如权利要求9所述的染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述液体浆料拼混时间为至少3小时;
和/或,所述单体粉末拼混时下口料回上口料至少3次,总混合时间至少3小时。
