技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,具体涉及一种耐火橡胶。
背景技术
通常硅橡胶本身不耐火。而目前火灾事故中,发生电线电缆不耐火,遇火易燃烧问题,本领域缺乏一种耐火的硅橡胶,要求能在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少火灾中电给人们带来的损失,减少电的危害。耐火橡胶是以氯丁二烯为主要原料,通过均聚或少量其它单体共聚而成的。如抗张强度高橡胶制品,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性能均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。氯丁橡胶的缺点是电绝缘性能,耐寒性能较差,生胶在贮存时不稳定。
