本发明公开了一种耐火橡胶,包括下述重量份数的组分:丁苯橡胶50‑60份、氟橡胶35‑40份、氧化锌5‑8份、氢硅油1‑2份、硬脂酸2‑5份、氢氧化镁8‑15份、膨胀蛭石4‑5份、硫化剂2‑3份、磷酸铝3‑10份、硅酸钠3‑10份、碳化硅3‑10份、膨润土1‑2份。本发明提供的耐火橡胶,具有良好的耐火、优良的流动性,可以有效地提高橡胶材料的老化、耐压性能,具有良好的稳定性,能够在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少由于大火给人们带来的损失。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,具体涉及一种耐火橡胶。
背景技术
通常硅橡胶本身不耐火。而目前火灾事故中,发生电线电缆不耐火,遇火易燃烧问题,本领域缺乏一种耐火的硅橡胶,要求能在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少火灾中电给人们带来的损失,减少电的危害。耐火橡胶是以氯丁二烯为主要原料,通过均聚或少量其它单体共聚而成的。如抗张强度高橡胶制品,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性能均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。氯丁橡胶的缺点是电绝缘性能,耐寒性能较差,生胶在贮存时不稳定。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐火橡胶,其特征是,包括下述重量份数的组分:丁苯橡胶50-60份、氟橡胶35-40份、氧化锌5-8份、氢硅油1-2份、硬脂酸2-5份、氢氧化镁8-15份、膨胀蛭石4-5份、硫化剂2-3份、磷酸铝3-10份、硅酸钠3-10份、碳化硅3-10份、膨润土1-2份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的耐火橡胶,具有良好的耐火、优良的流动性,可以有效地提高橡胶材料的老化、耐压性能,具有良好的稳定性,能够在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少由于大火给人们带来的损失。
