本发明提供一种防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,由玻璃基层、胶片层和龙膜组成,所述玻璃基层由多个玻璃层组成,两个玻璃层之间涂布胶片层,使玻璃层粘结,在所述玻璃基层的其中一面贴合龙膜层,玻璃基层另一个面设置为着弹面。本发明的有益效果是:防弹玻璃不仅能防狙击枪弹还能防止玻璃溅射伤人。

一种防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃及制备方法
技术领域
本发明是属于安全防弹玻璃领域,特别是针对狙击步枪穿透的防弹玻璃。
背景技术
现有市场上的安全防弹玻璃均是在金融行业使用,防弹玻璃因其安全性能,广泛的使用在银行、金店、珠宝店、贵重金属交易中心等场所,能够很好的保证该类场所的人物、物品安全,因防弹玻璃注重于安全,市面上使用的防弹玻璃均是防手枪、步枪或冲锋枪穿透,本发明可以防止狙击步枪穿透,提升防弹玻璃的安防级别。
发明内容
鉴于目前各类场所对安防级别的要求越来越高,市面上所使用的防止手枪、步枪或者冲锋枪穿透的防弹玻璃难以满足一些高端客户的需求,本发明是针对防弹玻璃的安防级别提升而研发,使玻璃能够防止狙击步枪穿透的防弹玻璃,具有如下技术特征。
一种防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,由多个玻璃基层、胶片层和龙膜组成,所述两个玻璃基层之间涂布胶片层,使玻璃基层粘结,在玻璃基层的其中一面贴合龙膜层。
玻璃基层的各玻璃层是白色玻璃,厚度是6-12mm,所述胶片层是由PVB胶构成,厚度是1.52-2.28mm。
进一步的、所述玻璃基层的结构依次为玻璃层、胶片层、玻璃层的交替,其中,具有着弹面的玻璃层及相邻的玻璃层的厚度是12mm,在此基础上,依次分别粘连厚度是10mm的玻璃层和厚度是6mm的玻璃层,所述6mm的玻璃层上贴合一层龙膜,龙膜厚度为0.3mm。
进一步的、贴合龙膜的玻璃层与相邻玻璃层粘连的胶片层厚度是1.52mm,其他玻璃层之间的胶片厚度是2.28mm。
所述玻璃基层为防弹退火玻璃。
本发明还涉及一种防弹玻璃的制备方法,将多个玻璃基层经过无尘车间将PVB胶片涂布在玻璃基层之间,将初步加热的180-200℃的辊,辊压玻璃基层,使PVB胶片初步将各玻璃基层粘结;
将初步粘结的玻璃基层置于铁架子上,放入一个密闭的气压釜,将气压釜关闭并将玻璃表面温度升高至135℃,气压升高至12Bar,然后恒温恒压120分钟,使各玻璃基层完全粘结在一起。
如上的制备方法,胶片层经180-200℃的辊压,变为半透明状;经气压釜处理后,与各玻璃基层完全粘结,并变为透明状。
本发明的有益效果是:防弹玻璃不仅能防狙击枪弹还能防止玻璃溅射伤人。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,一种防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃100,由玻璃基层10、胶片层20和龙膜30组成,玻璃基层10由若干厚薄不同的玻璃层11组成,两个玻璃层11之间涂布胶片层,使玻璃基层粘结,在玻璃基层的其中一面贴合龙膜层30,与龙膜层对应的另一面设置为着弹面40。
在本发明的具体实施例中的一种防弹玻璃,防弹玻璃101的玻璃基层由4层玻璃层组成,4层玻璃层两两之间涂布胶片层,共有3层胶片层,结构依次为玻璃层、胶片层、玻璃层的交替设置,其中的2个玻璃基层是白色玻璃,厚度是12mm,依次设置在防弹玻璃的底面,最底面作为着弹面40,胶片层20是由PVB胶构成,厚度是是1.52-2.28mm,设置在规格是12mm的玻璃层之间的胶片层厚度为2.28mm,在此基础上,规格为12mm的玻璃层上粘连一层10mm的白色防弹玻璃层,最后,再粘连厚度是6mm的玻璃层,作为防弹玻璃的表面贴合一层厚度为0.3mm的龙膜,龙膜用于防止玻璃破碎时,碎片飞溅,产生溅射伤害。
上述的玻璃基层规格防弹玻璃,采用普通退火玻璃制成,具有一定的防弹效果。
位于玻璃基层表面的6mm的玻璃层与相邻玻璃基层粘连的胶片层厚度是1.52mm,其他玻璃层的胶片层厚度是2.28mm。
本发明还涉及一种防弹玻璃的制备方法,将多个玻璃基层经过无尘车间将PVB胶片涂布在玻璃基层之间,将初步加热的180-200℃的辊,辊压玻璃基层,使PVB胶片初步将各玻璃基层粘结;
将初步粘结的玻璃基层置于铁架子上,放入一个密闭的气压釜,将气压釜关闭并将玻璃表面温度升高至135℃,气压升高至12Bar,然后恒温恒压120分钟,使各玻璃基层完全粘结在一起。
如上的制备方法,胶片层经180-200℃的辊压,变为半透明状;经气压釜处理后,与各玻璃基层完全粘结,并变为透明状。
经过上述工艺制成的防弹玻璃,使玻璃的总厚度比一般的防弹玻璃增加15mm,使之提升整个玻璃的安防级别,达到防止狙击步枪穿透的效果防53式狙击步枪穿透的效果,可广泛应用于金融、科研等重要机构的场所建设。

1.一种防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,由玻璃基层、胶片层和龙膜组成,所述玻璃基层由多个玻璃层组成,两个玻璃层之间涂布胶片层,使玻璃层粘结,在所述玻璃基层的其中一面贴合龙膜层,玻璃基层另一个面设置为着弹面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,其特征在于,玻璃基层的各玻璃层是白色玻璃,厚度是6-12mm,所述胶片层是由PVB胶构成,厚度是1.52-2.28mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述玻璃基层的结构依次为玻璃层、胶片层、玻璃层的交替,其中,具有着弹面的玻璃层及相邻的玻璃层的厚度是12mm,在此基础上,依次分别粘连厚度是10mm的玻璃层和厚度是6mm的玻璃层,所述6mm的玻璃层上贴合一层龙膜,龙膜厚度为0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,其特征在于,贴合龙膜的玻璃层与相邻玻璃层粘连的胶片层厚度是1.52mm,其他玻璃层之间的胶片厚度是2.28mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防狙击枪弹的防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述玻璃基层为防弹退火玻璃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防弹玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,将多个玻璃基层经过无尘车间将PVB胶片涂布在玻璃基层之间,将初步加热的180-200℃的辊,辊压玻璃基层,使PVB胶片初步将各玻璃基层粘结;
