本发明还有一个目的是提供一种剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其具有防水效果好、结构强度高、阻燃、耐寒、透气的优点。

所述阻燃层的厚度为0.2mm,所述阻燃层为芳纶阻燃面料或腈纶阻燃面料;
所述驱虫层的厚度为0.8mm,包括以下重量份数的原料:3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛5份、4-异丙烯基环己-1-烯-1-醛5份、3,4-亚甲基二氧苯甲醛5份、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇5份、天竺葵提取液8份、玉米花提取液5份、柠檬提取液10份、蒲公英提取液3份、薄荷提取液5份;
其中,改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将剑麻纤维在整理剂中浸渍24h,沥干,将剑麻纤维速冻于-4℃环境中,第一阶段以5℃/min降温至-24℃,第二阶段以3℃/min降温至-40℃,保持10min,转移至室温环境,用浓度为4mol/L的氨水喷洒在剑麻纤维表面,至剑麻纤维温度达到0℃以上,将剑麻纤维转移至蒸锅,用浓度为4mol/L的氨水蒸制至蒸干,向剑麻纤维表面喷洒白醋,放置24h,再向剑麻纤维表面喷洒浓度为5wt.%的壳聚糖溶液,烘干至含水量低于5%,即得;整理剂包括以下重量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯乳液20份、水性自交联丙烯酸乳液10份、水性苯丙乳液5份、二甲基甲酰胺2份;
其中,经向面料在编织前经过防水预处理:将质量比为2:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维浸泡在蓖麻油改性环氧树脂中,保持30min,沥干,向表面喷洒防护液至润湿,防护液包括以下重量分数的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、硅酮10份、纳米氧化锌2份,在100℃下烘干10min,即得;
纬向面料在编织前经过防水预处理:将质量比为1:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维置于负压真空环境进行低压等离子喷涂,将四氟乙烯送入喷涂设备,离子气体为氩气与氦气的混合气,氩气的流量为60L/min,氦气的流量为6L/min,喷涂设备的电弧电源为50V,电弧电流为600A,送粉速度为20h/min,喷涂距离为200mm,送粉角度为90°,处理60min,恢复到空气状态并取出纬向面料,向表面喷洒防水剂至润湿,防水剂包括以下重量分数的原料:聚乙二醇30份、八氟环丁烷10份、2,2,2-三氟乙醇5份、二烷基磷酸缩水甘油酯2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮1份,在100℃下烘干10min,即得。

剑麻纤维通过浸渍整理形成牢固的纤维骨架,梯度速冻纤维空隙被膨化和增大,与氨水交互提高分子取向,以及弹性和断裂伸长率;经向面料经过防水预处理,蓖麻油每1个分子中具有2.7个羟基,与环氧树脂改性后获得一定数量的分支结构或交联结构,减少纤维之间的摩擦,减少起球和静电现象,喷洒防护液后形成透气膜,水珠在透气膜上由于水珠表面张力的作用,就不能顺利脱离水珠渗透到另一侧,防水水珠渗透,透气膜防水功能;纬向面料在低压高频电磁场触发等离子,在纬向面料表面形成拒水拒油的防水层,氦气热导系数大流量小,氩热导系数小流量大,使防水层均匀附着,防水剂使防水层与纬向面料结合强度高,耐刮、持久;

<剑麻纤维改性研究试验>
对改性剑麻纤维与天然剑麻纤维进行拉伸性能、压缩弹性的测试,结果如表1所示。

表1的结果说明,改性处理后的剑麻纤维的弹性模量下降,断裂伸长率增加,压缩回弹力、回复功百分率增加,说明化学成分、微细结构均有所改善。
<透湿性和耐水压性能试验>
基于JISL-1099A-1法和B-2法,测定实施例1与对比例1的垫布的透湿性,基于JISL-1092B法,测定实施例1与对比例1的耐水压。

表2的结果说明,实施例1中经向面料、纬向面料经过防水处理后,其透湿防水性良好,明显优于对比例1。
<驱虫效果测试试验>
将实施例1、市售190T材质户外帐篷布进行驱虫效果测试。分别将二组帐篷布投放在28℃、相对湿度60%的孵化箱,投放飞蛾4龄诱虫20只,经过7日后观察飞蛾诱虫的分布状态,试验结果表明,实施例1的帐篷布上附着的生物幼虫数量少于市售190T材质帐篷布。
这里说明的设备数量和处理规模是用来简化本发明的说明的。对本发明的应用、修改和变化对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的细节。

Claims (6)

1.一种剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,自上至下依次包括:保温层、基布层、阻燃层以及驱虫层,
所述保温层的厚度为0.5mm,所述保温层为保温棉层;
所述基布层的厚度为0.7mm,由经向面料和纬向面料编织织成,经向面料为质量比为2:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维,纬向面料为质量比为1:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维;
所述阻燃层的厚度为0.2mm,所述阻燃层为芳纶阻燃面料或腈纶阻燃面料;
所述驱虫层的厚度为0.8mm,包括以下重量份数的原料:3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛5份、4-异丙烯基环己-1-烯-1-醛5份、3,4-亚甲基二氧苯甲醛5份、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇5份、天竺葵提取液8份、玉米花提取液5份、柠檬提取液10份、蒲公英提取液3份、薄荷提取液5份;
其中,改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将剑麻纤维在整理剂中浸渍24h,沥干,将剑麻纤维速冻于-4℃环境中,第一阶段以5℃/min降温至-24℃,第二阶段以3℃/min降温至-40℃,保持10min,转移至室温环境,用浓度为4mol/L的氨水喷洒在剑麻纤维表面,至剑麻纤维温度达到0℃以上,将剑麻纤维转移至蒸锅,用浓度为4mol/L的氨水蒸制至蒸干,向剑麻纤维表面喷洒白醋,放置24h,再向剑麻纤维表面喷洒浓度为5wt.%的壳聚糖溶液,烘干至含水量低于5%,即得;整理剂包括以下重量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯乳液20份、水性自交联丙烯酸乳液10份、水性苯丙乳液5份、二甲基甲酰胺2份;
其中,经向面料在编织前经过防水预处理:将质量比为2:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维浸泡在蓖麻油改性环氧树脂中,保持30min,沥干,向表面喷洒防护液至润湿,防护液包括以下重量分数的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、硅酮10份、纳米氧化锌2份,在100℃下烘干10min,即得;
纬向面料在编织前经过防水预处理:将质量比为1:1的改性剑麻纤维与锦纶纤维置于负压真空环境进行低压等离子喷涂,将四氟乙烯送入喷涂设备,离子气体为氩气与氦气的混合气,氩气的流量为60L/min,氦气的流量为6L/min,喷涂设备的电弧电源为50V,电弧电流为600A,送粉速度为20h/min,喷涂距离为200mm,送粉角度为90°,处理60min,恢复到空气状态并取出纬向面料,向表面喷洒防水剂至润湿,防水剂包括以下重量分数的原料:聚乙二醇30份、八氟环丁烷10份、2,2,2-三氟乙醇5份、二烷基磷酸缩水甘油酯2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮1份,在100℃下烘干10min,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,环氧树脂由高级脂肪酸或其衍生物所具有的羟基形成缩水甘油醚制得,以作为羟基羧酸的蓖麻油酸的甘油三酯为主成分的蓖麻油进行缩水甘油化制得蓖麻油改性环氧树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,所述阻燃层中间设有孔芯结构,所述孔芯结构由阻燃透气纤维构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,保温层与基布层之间通过阻燃胶形成粘接。
5.如权利要求1所述的剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,驱虫层在涂覆过程中,每10min涂覆操作加湿1min,加湿的过程中调入0.01%的稳定剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的剑麻纤维野外宿营垫布,其特征在于,蒲公英提取液的制备方法为:准确称取2.5g干燥蒲公英粉末,过100目筛,加入含5wt.%甲酸的甲醇溶液25mL,振荡,摇匀,称重,然后置超声波提取器中,超声提取30min,冷却,称重,用含5wt.%甲酸的甲醇溶液补足减失的重量,摇匀,过滤,滤液置25mL容量瓶中,定容,即得。
