Abstract

The invention aims to overcome the problems, and discloses a shoulder massage device which integrates two mechanisms of kneading and grabbing, is simple and convenient to use and has complete functions.
The technical scheme of the invention comprises an internal integrated machine core, a driving circuit, a frame component with two openings on the surface, and a forming and adjusting device with pulleys arranged on the frame component, wherein the two openings of the component are respectively provided with a kneading mechanism and a grabbing mechanism, and the two mechanisms comprise a central shaft which is driven by an independent motor and provided with massage components at two ends; the two central shafts are linked through a connecting rod linkage assembly and a universal linkage assembly so as to realize cooperative work.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the coordination work, the connecting rod linkage assembly consists of a bearing piece with a crank and a step pin arranged at the tail section of the crank, wherein the bearing piece is sleeved at one end of a central shaft of the kneading structure, and the step pin is fixed on a massage assembly of the grasping mechanism.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the coordination work, the universal linkage assembly consists of a universal joint with a straight rod and a pin at the tail end of the straight rod, wherein the universal joint is sleeved at the other end of the central shaft of the kneading structure, and the pin is fixed on the massage assembly of the grasping mechanism.
Further, in order to improve the kneading effect, the central shaft of the kneading mechanism is eccentrically arranged, so that the massaging component of the kneading mechanism can move along an elliptical track; the massage component of the kneading mechanism comprises a soft massage wheel arranged at one end of a steel elastic plate, a rocker arm jointed board, a rocker arm plate and a torsion spring, wherein one side of the rocker arm jointed board is connected with the steel elastic plate, the rocker arm plate is connected with the other side of the rocker arm jointed board through a floating limiting shaft nail and a floating rotating shaft nail, the other end of the steel elastic plate is embedded into a containing groove formed by connecting the rocker arm plate with a rocker arm plate assembly, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the floating rotating shaft nail and is pre-tensioned between the steel elastic plate and the rocker arm plate.
Furthermore, for convenient use, the grabbing mechanism comprises a neck support body covered at the middle part of the frame assembly and massage wheels at two sides of the neck support body, wherein the massage wheels are arranged on a crank, and the crank is wrapped in the frame assembly.
On the basis, in order to further improve the grabbing effect, the grabbing mechanism comprises a moving device which is driven by an independent motor and is formed by a gear, and the gear is fastened on a driving shaft and is matched with a rack arranged on the back of the driving shaft to realize movement.

Detailed Description
The above technical solution is further described below with reference to the drawings in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect achieved by the present invention easy to understand.
A shoulder massage device as shown in the figure comprises a kneading mechanism A, a grabbing mechanism B and a frame component C. Specifically, the kneading mechanism comprises a kneading driving mechanism A1, a kneading driving mechanism B1, a connecting rod linkage assembly E and a universal linkage assembly F. One end of the connecting rod linkage assembly is connected with the kneading shaft in a supporting way through a bearing assembly E1, and the other end of the connecting rod linkage assembly is connected with the kneading driving mechanism through a stepped pin E2. One end of the universal linkage assembly is connected with the kneading driving mechanism through a universal joint F1, and the other end of the universal linkage assembly is connected with the kneading driving mechanism through a pin F3 through a bearing assembly F2.
The kneading driving mechanism comprises a kneading motor A11, a kneading massage assembly right A12, a kneading massage assembly left A16, a kneading shaft A13, a kneading belt transmission mechanism A14 and a kneading worm turbine transmission mechanism A15.
One end belt pulley of the kneading belt transmission mechanism is connected with a central shaft of the kneading motor; the other end is connected with a kneading worm turbine transmission mechanism; the turbine is assembled on the kneading shaft; the left and right sides of the kneading massage component are connected to the kneading shaft through bearings; when the kneading motor works, the kneading massage assembly reciprocates up and down, left and right in a periodic similar elliptical track under the action of the eccentric amount of the kneading shaft.
The grabbing driving mechanism comprises a grabbing motor B11, a grabbing belt transmission mechanism B12, a grabbing massage assembly left B13, a grabbing massage assembly right B16, a grabbing shaft B14 and a grabbing worm turbine transmission mechanism B16.
One end belt pulley of the grabbing belt transmission mechanism is connected with a central shaft of the grabbing motor; the other end is connected with a pinching worm turbine transmission mechanism; the turbine is assembled on the grabbing shaft; the left and right sides of the grabbing massage component are connected to the grabbing shaft through bearings; when the grabbing motor works, the grabbing massage assembly does periodic forward, backward, upward and downward reciprocating motion left and right.
The left and right kneading massage components respectively comprise a soft massage wheel component K1 capable of rotating by 360 degrees, a cut-preventing plastic sheath K2, a floating limiting shaft nail K3, a steel elastic plate K4, a torsional elastic metal driving piece K5, a floating rotating shaft nail K6, a rocker arm plate K8 and a rocker arm jointed board K7.
The soft massage wheel assembly is connected to the steel elastic plate sleeved with the plastic sheath through the screw shaft and the massage wheel bushing, and after being fastened by the nuts, the soft massage wheel assembly is wholly embedded into the accommodating groove after the rocker arm plate and the rocker arm plate assembly are connected through the floating rotating shaft nail and the floating limiting shaft nail, the torsion elastic metal driving part is assembled on the floating rotating shaft nail, is pre-tightened between the steel elastic plate and the rocker arm plate, and realizes the reciprocating floating of the steel elastic plate and the assembly thereof in the preset sliding groove of the steel plate under the relaxation effect of external force.
The shoulder grabbing device comprises a head and neck support body H, a kneading arm plate putting sheath K2 and a cladding grabbing massage wheel Q.
The head and neck support body is assembled on the trolley frame plate through the fastening piece, the kneading arm plate is provided with the sheath and the kneading massage wheels are fastened on the steel elastic massage arm plate, so that the head, neck and shoulder protection function is realized.
The shoulder grabbing device comprises an up-and-down movement driving mechanism D, one end of the shoulder grabbing device is fastened with the trolley plate through a driving motor fixing plate through a screw, and the other end of the shoulder grabbing device is fastened with the trolley plate through a bearing seat through a screw. The driving gear D1 is fastened on the driving shaft, and when the driving motor works, the driving gear rotates around the driving shaft and is meshed with the back rack, so that the overall up-and-down movement function is realized.
