A、将所述比例的茵陈,大黄,郁金,连翘,柴胡,知母,黄柏,栀子,地榆,槐花草药原料捣碎浸泡2h,再置入煎煮容器内煎煮5-6h;去杂质,再将煎煮好的药水导入蒸发釜中进行蒸发处理后备用;
B、将所述比例鱼粉,豆粕,面粉,麦麸,玉米粉混合,倒入植物油进行搅拌均匀备用;
C、将上述A、B制得物混合,加入所述比例水搅拌均匀,再置放1h置入膨化炉中进行膨化处理后制得产品。

选择300尾同一孵化期的蝌蚪苗,随机分配成2组,一个对照组,一个实验组,每组150尾,对照组按照常规方法饲养。实验组采用本发明的石蛙蝌蚪饲料饲养,观察周期为3个月。
实验表明,实验组的平均成活率高于对照组,本发明的石蛙蝌蚪饲料能够促进蝌蚪健康成才。至此,本发明目的得以完成。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (5)
1.一种石蛙蝌蚪饲料,其特征在于,包括以下各重量比组分:鱼粉20-30%,豆粕 10-20%,面粉10-15%,麦麸5-8%,植物油10-16%,玉米粉 5-12%,茵陈1-2%,大黄1-2%,郁金1-2%,连翘1-2%,柴胡1-2%,知母3-4%,黄柏4-5%,栀子3-4%,地榆4-5%,槐花3-4%,水 5-8%。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的石蛙蝌蚪饲料,其特征在于:各组分的重量比为鱼粉22%,豆粕 18%,面粉 10%,麦麸6%,植物油 12%,玉米粉 5%,茵陈1%,大黄1%,郁金1%,连翘1%,柴胡1% ,知母3% ,黄柏4% ,栀子3%,地榆4%,槐花3%,水 5%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的石蛙蝌蚪饲料,其特征在于:还包括1%~3%蛋白粉,0.5-1%的葡萄糖。
4.一种制备权利要求1所述的石蛙蝌蚪饲料的制备工艺,其制作步骤如下:
A、将所述比例的茵陈,大黄,郁金,连翘,柴胡,知母,黄柏,栀子,地榆,槐花草药原料捣碎浸泡2h,再置入煎煮容器内煎煮5-6h;去杂质,再将煎煮好的药水导入蒸发釜中进行蒸发处理后备用;
B、将所述比例鱼粉,豆粕,面粉,麦麸,玉米粉混合,倒入植物油进行搅拌均匀备用;
C、将上述A、B制得物混合,加入所述比例水搅拌均匀,再置放1h置入膨化炉中进行膨化处理后制得产品。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的石蛙蝌蚪炎症用药的制备工艺,其特征在于:最后投料中加入蛋白粉、葡萄糖混合均匀制备。
