本发明公开一种用于综合布线系统的混合线缆,其两个电力铜导线各自均包覆有绝缘层,此两个绝缘层平行放置且呈“∞”字型放置,一内护套层外覆于此两个绝缘层表面;所述两个数据铜导线各自均包覆有屏蔽绝缘层,一单面铝箔层包覆两个此屏蔽绝缘层外表面;所述屏蔽绝缘层由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、邻苯二甲酸异癸酯、聚噻吩、硅氧烷、气相法白炭黑、三氧化二铈、三氧化二锑、石棉绒、抗氧剂1010、聚乙烯蜡、钛白粉、4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺、过氧化二异丙苯。本发明用于综合布线系统的混合线缆提高了基料的交联强度,使得拉伸强度增加,具有较佳拉伸、撕裂的强度物理机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及线缆,具体涉及一种用于综合布线系统的混合线缆。
背景技术
现有的综合布线系统中,一般使用4对普通数字缆进行上网、数据传输等、使用市话电缆进布线可进行电话、语音等的传输、使用普通同轴电缆进行网络电视、高清电视的收看等,以上电缆在布线的时候,需要在同一管路集中布线而相互影响、相互干扰。
因此随着电磁辐射和电容耦合在低频率时的影响越来越突出,严重影响了各电缆的电气性能,导致各电缆综合布线到户后,家庭的上网速度、电话通话质量、高清画面的清晰度等均会受到不同程度的影响,且由于各电缆都是相互独立的单元,常年累月的发温、发烫后,容易导致各电缆外皮相互粘连等,最终导致破皮、甚至漏电、燃烧,最终引发火灾。解决综合布线系统中对低频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收,以及串音和衰减问题,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于综合布线系统的混合线缆,该综合线缆提高了低频电磁波的反射和吸收,改善了串音和信号衰减的同时,具有较佳拉伸、撕裂的强度物理机械性能,燃烧时发烟量低,阻止了材料的二次燃烧,进一步改善了阻燃性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于综合布线系统的混合线缆,包括:两个电力铜导线、两个数据铜导线和填充绳;
所述两个电力铜导线各自均包覆有绝缘层,此两个绝缘层平行放置且呈“∞”字型放置,一内护套层外覆于此两个绝缘层表面;
所述两个数据铜导线各自均包覆有屏蔽绝缘层,一单面铝箔层包覆两个此屏蔽绝缘层外表面;
聚酯带层包覆所述单面铝箔层、内护套层和填充绳表面;
双面铝箔层包覆所述聚酯带层外表面;
阻燃层包覆于所述双面铝箔层外表面;
一外护套层包覆于所述阻燃层外表面;
所述屏蔽绝缘层由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50份、邻苯二甲酸异癸酯10份、聚噻吩16份、硅氧烷9份、气相法白炭黑22份、三氧化二铈0.6份、三氧化二锑7份、石棉绒2份、抗氧剂1010为0.4份、聚乙烯蜡2份、钛白粉1.8份、4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺1份、过氧化二异丙苯1份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述阻燃层和双面铝箔层之间设有由若干个铝镁合金丝编织形成的金属屏蔽层。
2. 上述方案中,所述填充绳的截面积为0.50~1.0 mm2
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明用于综合布线系统的混合线缆,其采用特定配方PVC树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、邻苯二甲酸异癸酯、硅氧烷、气相法白炭黑、三氧化二铈、三氧化二锑、抗氧剂1010、聚乙烯蜡、钛白粉、4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺和过氧化二异丙苯,既提高了对低频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收作用,增强了数据线缆的电磁波屏蔽性能,又改善了阻燃性能;其次,在上述配方中进一步添加聚噻吩、石棉绒,提高了基料的交联强度,使得拉伸强度增加,具有较佳拉伸、撕裂的强度物理机械性能,燃烧时发烟量低,阻止了材料的二次燃烧,进一步改善了阻燃性能。
