Abstract

本发明公开一种接入网用综合数据线缆,包括:铝芯、两个数据铜导线;两个数据铜导线各自均包覆有绝缘层,屏蔽护套层包覆于阻燃层外表面,一隔板位于绝缘发泡层、单面铝箔层之间,此隔板两端分别具有第一侧尾翼部、第二侧尾翼部;所述屏蔽护套层包括以下组分:1,3-丁二烯100份、苯乙烯50~60份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份、氯化聚乙烯0~35份;所述绝缘层包括以下组分:丁腈橡胶60份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40~50份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份、氯化聚乙烯20~35份、四溴苯酐酯10~12份。本发明提高了低频电磁波的反射和吸收,改善了串音和信号衰减的同时,也提高了基料的交联强度,具有较佳拉伸,延长了产品的使用寿命和提高了产品的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及接入网线缆,具体涉及一种接入网用综合数据线缆。
背景技术
现有的综合布线系统中,一般使用4对普通数字缆进行上网、数据传输等、使用市话电缆进布线可进行电话、语音等的传输、使用普通同轴电缆进行网络电视、高清电视的收看等,以上电缆在布线的时候,需要在同一管路集中布线而相互影响、相互干扰。
由于电缆的上述结构和布线的局限,因此随着电磁辐射和电容耦合在低频率时的影响越来越突出,严重影响了各电缆的电气性能,导致各电缆综合布线到户后,家庭的上网速度、电话通话质量、高清画面的清晰度等均会受到不同程度的影响,且由于各电缆都是相互独立的单元,常年累月的发温、发烫后,容易导致各电缆外皮相互粘连等,最终导致破皮、甚至漏电、燃烧,最终引发火灾。解决综合布线系统中对低频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收,以及串音和衰减问题,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种接入网用综合数据线缆,该接入网用综合数据线缆提高了低频电磁波的反射和吸收,改善了串音和信号衰减的同时,也提高了基料的交联强度,具有较佳拉伸,延长了产品的使用寿命和提高了产品的可靠性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种接入网用综合数据线缆,包括:铝芯、两个数据铜导线和填充绳;
所述铝芯包覆一铜层,此铜层外表面包覆有绝缘发泡层;
所述两个数据铜导线各自均包覆有绝缘层,一单面铝箔层包覆两个此绝缘层外表面;
一隔板位于所述绝缘发泡层、单面铝箔层之间,此隔板两端分别具有第一侧尾翼部、第二侧尾翼部,且第一侧尾翼部、第二侧尾翼部分别位于隔板的左侧、右侧,所述隔板在其长度延伸方向呈螺旋结构,隔板螺旋节距为75~90mm;
聚酯带层包覆所述绝缘发泡层、单面铝箔层和填充绳表面;
双面铝箔层包覆所述聚酯带层外表面;
阻燃层包覆于所述双面铝箔层外表面;
一屏蔽护套层包覆于所述阻燃层外表面;
所述屏蔽护套层由以下重量份的组分组成:
1,3-丁二烯                                   100份,
苯乙烯                                      50~60份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物                         25~35份,
氯化聚乙烯                                  20~35份,
邻苯二甲酸异癸酯                            10~12份,
聚噻吩                                      15~20份,
硅氧烷                                       5~10份,
气相法白炭黑                                20~25份,
铜粉                                        5~10份,
聚乙烯蜡                                    1~2份,
钛白粉                                      1.8~2份,
4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺             1~1.5份,
过氧化二异丙苯                              0.5~1份,
三聚氰酸三烯丙酯                            2~3份,
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯                          3~4份;
所述绝缘层包括以下组分:
丁腈橡胶                                    60份,
甲基乙烯基硅橡胶                           40~50份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物                        25~35份,
氯化聚乙烯                                 20~35份,
四溴苯酐酯                                 10~12份,
聚苯胺                                     12~15份,
聚噻吩                                     5~10份,
硅氧烷                                     8~10份,
气相法白炭黑                               16~20份,
聚乙烯蜡                                   1~2份,
4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺               1~1.5份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述阻燃层和双面铝箔层之间设有由若干个铝镁合金丝编织形成的金属屏蔽层。
2. 上述方案中,所述绝缘层还包括以下组分:过氧化二异丙苯2~4份和三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯2~5份。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明接入网用综合数据线缆,其屏蔽护套层和绝缘层均采用特定配方共同作用提高了对低频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收作用增大;其次,其特定配方基料含有聚噻吩15~20份,克服了由于添加铜粉5~10份导致的机械强度降低,提高了基料的交联强度,使得拉伸强度提高,具有较佳拉伸、撕裂的强度物理机械性能;再次,其结合隔板位于所述绝缘发泡层、单面铝箔层之间,此隔板两端分别具有第一侧尾翼部、第二侧尾翼部,且第一侧尾翼部、第二侧尾翼部分别位于隔板的左侧、右侧,可以很好保证线对之间的物理隔离,而侧尾翼部可以有效抵制机械外力的影响,隔板并非沿线缆平行方向延伸,而是成螺旋状的,这种结构可以保证无论在安装前、安装过程中还是安装后都保持一致的线对分隔,从而确保更好的 RL 和 NEXT 性能、更多的余量、更高的电缆平衡性和可靠性、更长的产品寿命。
2. 本发明接入网用综合数据线缆,其屏蔽护套层配方中1,3-丁二烯100份,苯乙烯50~60份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份,氯化聚乙烯(CPE)25~30份,气相法白炭黑20~25份,铜粉5~10份中添加过氧化二异丙苯0.5~1份,邻苯二甲酸异癸酯10~12份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2~3份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯3~4份;可大大加快硫化速度,提高交联密度,改善硫化胶的耐温性能,避免了由于添加气相法白炭黑20~25份,铜粉5~10份产生类似海绵状孔隙,从而提高了物理机械和力学性能;其次,聚乙烯蜡1~2份,钛白粉1.8~2份,4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺1~1.5份,有利于改善铜粉与1,3-丁二烯100份,苯乙烯50~60份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份,氯化聚乙烯25~30份的相溶性,扩展了吸收频率的带宽且提高了产品性能的稳定性。
3. 本发明接入网用综合数据线缆,其绝缘层其特定配方基料含有聚噻吩5~10份,克服了由于添加铜粉5~10份导致的机械强度降低,提高了基料的交联强度,增强了拉伸强度,具有较佳拉伸、撕裂的强度物理机械性能;其配方中过氧化二异丙苯2~4份、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯2~5份有利于改善聚苯胺12~15份与丁腈橡胶60份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40~50份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份、氯化聚乙烯20~35份相溶性,既提高了硬度,也改善了由于聚苯胺12~15份加入,导致的抗老化性能的降低,延长了产品的使用寿命和提高了产品的可靠性。

所述两个电力铜导线2各自均包覆有绝缘层9,此两个绝缘层9平行放置且呈“∞”字型放置,一内护套层10外覆于此两个绝缘层9表面;
一隔板13位于所述绝缘发泡层6、单面铝箔层8之间,此隔板13两端分别具有第一侧尾翼部141、第二侧尾翼部142,且第一侧尾翼部141、第二侧尾翼部142分别位于隔板13的左侧、右侧,所述隔板13在其长度延伸方向呈螺旋结构,隔板13螺旋节距为75~90mm;
聚酯带层11包覆所述绝缘发泡层6、单面铝箔层8和填充绳4表面;
双面铝箔层12包覆所述聚酯带层11外表面;
阻燃层13包覆于所述双面铝箔层12外表面;
