一种清雪压缩装置,属于清雪技术领域,解决了现有清雪装置存在的问题,它包含收集机构和压缩机构;收集机构包含设置在收集壳体内的多个竖向的风道,在每个风道内均设置有风扇叶片,在每个风道下方均设置有两组刮扫机构,在每相邻两个风道之间设置有补充刮刀,收集机构还包含螺旋输送机,全部风道均与螺旋输送机连通,螺旋输送机的出料口与压缩机构连通;压缩机构包含设置在压缩壳体内的两个相互咬合的齿轮,压缩壳体的上侧设置有进料口,下侧设置有出料口;收集机构和压缩机构固定在机架上,在机架下方设置有轮子;本发明用于清扫并压缩路面冰雪。

本发明属于清雪技术领域,具体涉及一种清雪压缩装置。
背景技术
我国北方的冬天降雪量较大,雪在路面上被碾压后易形成冰,交通安全隐患较大,所以道路积雪必须及时清理,以保障交通畅通,减少交通肇事,避免人员伤亡;清理道路积雪的工作量非常大,现有的清雪装置可以将路面上的雪扫或刮到路边,再装车运走,存在清运效率低和清冰效果差等问题,经常因下雪影响人们出行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有清雪装置存在的上述问题,提供了一种清雪压缩装置,其技术方案如下:
一种清雪压缩装置,它包含收集机构和压缩机构;收集机构包含设置在收集壳体内的多个竖向的风道,在每个风道内均设置有风扇叶片,风扇叶片固定连接在转轴上,转轴与收集壳体转动连接,转轴的上端伸至收集壳体外侧,与液压马达、电机等动力系统连接即可驱动风扇叶片高速旋转,将路面上的雪及碎冰沿风道向上吸,转轴与动力系统连接现有技术很容易实现,且不在本方案保护范围内,故不做赘述;在每个风道下方均设置有两组刮扫机构,所述两组刮扫机构分别设置在其上方转轴的相对两侧,每组刮扫机构包含齿型刮刀、尖型刮刀、扫刷和基座,齿型刮刀、尖型刮刀和扫刷沿转轴的切线方向依次排列,齿型刮刀、尖型刮刀和扫刷均连接在基座上,基座与转轴固定连接,刮扫机构可以随转轴高速转动,刮扫路面冰雪,防止冰雪冻结在路面上不易被吸起;齿型刮刀、尖型刮刀、扫刷均与基座沿竖直方向滑动连接,并且在齿型刮刀、尖型刮刀、扫刷与基座之间均设置有弹簧,遇路面不平时可以弹性伸缩,防止破坏路面;由于在相邻风道之间存在刮扫盲区,所以,在每相邻两个风道之间设置有补充刮刀,补充刮刀可以是齿型刮刀或尖型刮刀,也可以是齿型刮刀和尖型刮刀的组合,补充刮刀也采用弹性伸缩结构,补充刮刀也通过转轴来与收集壳体转动连接;收集机构还包含螺旋输送机,全部风道均与螺旋输送机连通,螺旋输送机的出料口与压缩机构连通;
压缩机构包含设置在压缩壳体内的两个相互咬合的齿轮,压缩壳体的上侧设置有进料口,下侧设置有出料口,每个齿轮由多个平端面的轮齿通过两块夹板来固定连接构成,轮齿的与齿轮的轴心线垂直的两个表面与相对的压缩壳体表面贴合,在所述压缩壳体表面上设置有与夹板相适应的凹槽,在每个齿轮的每相邻的两个轮齿根部之间设置有直线滑道,全部直线滑道均沿齿轮的径向设置,在直线滑道内设置有顶压滑块,雪进入轮齿间之后会被挤压在直线滑道内,使体积被压缩减小,便于运输;在每个齿轮的全部顶压滑块之间设置有一个向下方凸出的偏心凸轴,偏心凸轴的一端与压缩壳体固定连接,齿轮与偏心凸轴转动连接,旋转至下方的顶压滑块在偏心凸轴的作用下向下将压缩的雪块顶出;两个齿轮中至少有一个齿轮上设置有传动轴,齿轮与传动轴固定连接,传动轴与动力系统连接即可驱动两个齿轮相对转动;为了防止旋转至下方的顶压滑块脱落,以及为了使旋转至上方的顶压滑块可以提前回缩,增加直线滑道内的进雪量,在每个顶压滑块与夹板之间均通过拉簧来连接,拉簧设置在夹板上的凹槽内,拉簧的与齿轮轴心线相近的一端与夹板固定连接,拉簧的与齿轮轴心线相远的一端通过连接滑块来与顶压滑块固定连接;
收集机构和压缩机构固定在机架上,在机架下方设置有轮子,由机动车牵引或与机动车合二为一,可以利用机动车的动力系统驱动转动部件旋转。
本发明的有益效果为:功能多,清冰效果好,可以将路面冰雪收集并压缩体积,便于运输,提高清运效率,保障人们出行。

具体实施方式:
参照图1至图14,一种清雪压缩装置,它包含收集机构1和压缩机构2;收集机构1包含设置在收集壳体1-1内的多个竖向的风道1-2,在每个风道1-2内均设置有风扇叶片1-3,风扇叶片1-3固定连接在转轴1-4上,转轴1-4与收集壳体1-1转动连接,转轴1-4的上端伸至收集壳体1-1外侧,与液压马达、电机等动力系统连接即可驱动风扇叶片1-3高速旋转,将路面上的雪及碎冰沿风道1-2向上吸,转轴1-4与动力系统连接现有技术很容易实现,且不在本方案保护范围内,故不做赘述;在每个风道1-2下方均设置有两组刮扫机构1-5,所述两组刮扫机构1-5分别设置在其上方转轴1-4的相对两侧,每组刮扫机构1-5包含齿型刮刀1-5-1、尖型刮刀1-5-2、扫刷1-5-3和基座1-5-4,齿型刮刀1-5-1、尖型刮刀1-5-2和扫刷1-5-3沿转轴1-4的切线方向依次排列,齿型刮刀1-5-1、尖型刮刀1-5-2和扫刷1-5-3均连接在基座1-5-4上,基座1-5-4与转轴1-4固定连接,刮扫机构1-5可以随转轴1-4高速转动,刮扫路面冰雪,防止冰雪冻结在路面上不易被吸起;齿型刮刀1-5-1、尖型刮刀1-5-2、扫刷1-5-3均与基座1-5-4沿竖直方向滑动连接,并且在齿型刮刀1-5-1、尖型刮刀1-5-2、扫刷1-5-3与基座1-5-4之间均设置有弹簧1-5-5,遇路面不平时可以弹性伸缩,防止破坏路面;由于在相邻风道1-2之间存在刮扫盲区,所以,在每相邻两个风道1-2之间设置有补充刮刀1-6,补充刮刀1-6可以是齿型刮刀1-5-1或尖型刮刀1-5-2,也可以是齿型刮刀1-5-1和尖型刮刀1-5-2的组合,补充刮刀1-6也采用弹性伸缩结构,补充刮刀1-6也通过转轴1-4来与收集壳体1-1转动连接;收集机构1还包含螺旋输送机1-7,全部风道1-2均与螺旋输送机1-7连通,螺旋输送机1-7的出料口与压缩机构2连通;
压缩机构2包含设置在压缩壳体2-1内的两个相互咬合的齿轮2-2,压缩壳体2-1的上侧设置有进料口,下侧设置有出料口,每个齿轮2-2由多个平端面的轮齿2-2-1通过两块夹板2-2-2来固定连接构成,轮齿2-2-1的与齿轮2-2的轴心线垂直的两个表面与相对的压缩壳体2-1表面贴合,在所述压缩壳体2-1表面上设置有与夹板2-2-2相适应的凹槽,在每个齿轮2-2的每相邻的两个轮齿2-2-1根部之间设置有直线滑道2-2-3,全部直线滑道2-2-3均沿齿轮2-2的径向设置,在直线滑道2-2-3内设置有顶压滑块2-2-4,雪进入轮齿2-2-1间之后会被挤压在直线滑道2-2-3内,使体积被压缩减小,便于运输;在每个齿轮2-2的全部顶压滑块2-2-4之间设置有一个向下方凸出的偏心凸轴2-2-5,偏心凸轴2-2-5的一端与压缩壳体2-1固定连接,齿轮2-2与偏心凸轴2-2-5转动连接,旋转至下方的顶压滑块2-2-4在偏心凸轴2-2-5的作用下向下将压缩的雪块顶出;两个齿轮2-2中至少有一个齿轮2-2上设置有传动轴2-2-6,齿轮2-2与传动轴2-2-6固定连接,传动轴2-2-6与动力系统连接即可驱动两个齿轮2-2相对转动;为了防止旋转至下方的顶压滑块2-2-4脱落,以及为了使旋转至上方的顶压滑块2-2-4可以提前回缩,增加直线滑道2-2-3内的进雪量,在每个顶压滑块2-2-4与夹板2-2-2之间均通过拉簧2-2-7来连接,拉簧2-2-7设置在夹板2-2-2上的凹槽内,拉簧2-2-7的与齿轮2-2轴心线相近的一端与夹板2-2-2固定连接,拉簧2-2-7的与齿轮2-2轴心线相远的一端通过连接滑块2-2-8来与顶压滑块2-2-4固定连接;
收集机构1和压缩机构2固定在机架4上,在机架4下方设置有轮子5,由机动车牵引或与机动车合二为一,可以利用机动车的动力系统驱动转动部件旋转。
优选的是,刮扫机构1-5采用多模块组合结构,便于更换维修。

1.一种清雪压缩装置,其特征在于它包含收集机构(1)和压缩机构(2);收集机构(1)包含设置在收集壳体(1-1)内的多个竖向的风道(1-2),在每个风道(1-2)内均设置有风扇叶片(1-3),风扇叶片(1-3)固定连接在转轴(1-4)上,转轴(1-4)与收集壳体(1-1)转动连接,转轴(1-4)的上端伸至收集壳体(1-1)外侧;在每个风道(1-2)下方均设置有两组刮扫机构(1-5),所述两组刮扫机构(1-5)分别设置在其上方转轴(1-4)的相对两侧,每组刮扫机构(1-5)包含齿型刮刀(1-5-1)、尖型刮刀(1-5-2)、扫刷(1-5-3)和基座(1-5-4),齿型刮刀(1-5-1)、尖型刮刀(1-5-2)和扫刷(1-5-3)沿转轴(1-4)的切线方向依次排列,齿型刮刀(1-5-1)、尖型刮刀(1-5-2)和扫刷(1-5-3)均连接在基座(1-5-4)上,基座(1-5-4)与转轴(1-4)固定连接;齿型刮刀(1-5-1)、尖型刮刀(1-5-2)、扫刷(1-5-3)均与基座(1-5-4)沿竖直方向滑动连接,并且在齿型刮刀(1-5-1)、尖型刮刀(1-5-2)、扫刷(1-5-3)与基座(1-5-4)之间均设置有弹簧(1-5-5);在每相邻两个风道(1-2)之间设置有补充刮刀(1-6),补充刮刀(1-6)也采用弹性伸缩结构,补充刮刀(1-6)也通过转轴(1-4)来与收集壳体(1-1)转动连接;收集机构(1)还包含螺旋输送机(1-7),全部风道(1-2)均与螺旋输送机(1-7)连通,螺旋输送机(1-7)的出料口与压缩机构(2)连通;
压缩机构(2)包含设置在压缩壳体(2-1)内的两个相互咬合的齿轮(2-2),压缩壳体(2-1)的上侧设置有进料口,下侧设置有出料口,每个齿轮(2-2)由多个平端面的轮齿(2-2-1)通过两块夹板(2-2-2)来固定连接构成,轮齿(2-2-1)的与齿轮(2-2)的轴心线垂直的两个表面与相对的压缩壳体(2-1)表面贴合,在所述压缩壳体(2-1)表面上设置有与夹板(2-2-2)相适应的凹槽,在每个齿轮(2-2)的每相邻的两个轮齿(2-2-1)根部之间设置有直线滑道(2-2-3),全部直线滑道(2-2-3)均沿齿轮(2-2)的径向设置,在直线滑道(2-2-3)内设置有顶压滑块(2-2-4);在每个齿轮(2-2)的全部顶压滑块(2-2-4)之间设置有一个向下方凸出的偏心凸轴(2-2-5),偏心凸轴(2-2-5)的一端与压缩壳体(2-1)固定连接,齿轮(2-2)与偏心凸轴(2-2-5)转动连接;两个齿轮(2-2)中至少有一个齿轮(2-2)上设置有传动轴(2-2-6),齿轮(2-2)与传动轴(2-2-6)固定连接;在每个顶压滑块(2-2-4)与夹板(2-2-2)之间均通过拉簧(2-2-7)来连接,拉簧(2-2-7)设置在夹板(2-2-2)上的凹槽内,拉簧(2-2-7)的与齿轮(2-2)轴心线相近的一端与夹板(2-2-2)固定连接,拉簧(2-2-7)的与齿轮(2-2)轴心线相远的一端通过连接滑块(2-2-8)来与顶压滑块(2-2-4)固定连接;
收集机构(1)和压缩机构(2)固定在机架(4)上,在机架(4)下方设置有轮子(5)。
