技术领域
本发明涉及化学设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可调速的菌种混合装置。
背景技术
目前,釜式反应器和结晶器普遍采用的是单一搅拌式混合,利用不同类型的搅拌桨在容器中的转动,使桨叶与流体相互作用,在容器中的流体形成一定的流场以达到混合的目的。这种形式的搅拌可使混合不均匀,接近搅拌桨的区域其混合强度非常高,而远离搅拌桨的区域却得不到足够的混合。特别是对高粘度和非牛顿流体混合装置中,搅拌桨必须输入非常大的功率才能使容器底部的颗粒悬浮。即便达到临界搅拌速度,固体相在整个结晶器或反应器中的分布仍然很不均匀,有时某些区域存在流动死区,导致浓度和过饮和分布不理想,直接影响设备的效率和产品质量。特别对于非牛顿流体特性的物系,例如:高分子聚合反应,其粘度随反应时间而变化,最终呈非牛顿流体特性,传统的搅拌方式就很难达到过程需求的混合与传热效果。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种可调速的菌种混合装置,包括底座和调速电机,所述调速电机置于底座的上部,调速电机与偏心轮连接,偏心轮的上部设有悬臂杆,悬臂杆的上部设有容器主体,容器主体的内壁上设有冷却夹套,冷却夹套内设有冷却液,所述容器主体的底部设有导流板。
所述调速电机的可调速范围为0 r min ~ 1 400 r min。
所述偏心轮采用铝材料制成。
所述偏心轮旋转的最高点和最低点的位移差为6cm。
本发明的优点是:操作简便、维护容易、制造成本底并具有移动式操作的优势,实用于精细化工、医药业、食品等行业,有着广泛的运用前景和巨大的市场潜力。

所述偏心轮3旋转的最高点和最低点的位移差为6cm。
工作原理如下:
接通电源后,利用调速电机2的旋转带动安装在其上的偏心轮3转动, 偏心轮3顶着垂直悬臂杆4上下运动, 振动元件随之上下振动, 并推容器主体5内流体的运动, 经过导流板8的引流作用, 从而使容器主体5内的流体形成类似于轴向流的流场。
