The main rod 3 is internally provided with an auxiliary rod 14 which can be drawn out from the rear end of the main rod 3, the auxiliary rod 14 comprises an auxiliary rod body 142, the front end of the auxiliary rod body 142 is arranged in the main rod 3, the front end of the auxiliary rod body 142 is provided with an auxiliary rod stop sheet 143, and the rear end of the main rod 3 is provided with a stop rod 32 for stopping the auxiliary rod stop sheet 143; the rear end of the sub-lever body 142 is disposed outside the main lever 3, and a sub-lever balancing lever 141 for maintaining the left and right balance of the driving device 12 is disposed at the rear end of the sub-lever body 142. The supporting device 8 consists of two supporting sheets which are bent at right angles, one outer surface of each supporting sheet is connected with the lower surface of the main rod 3, and the distance between the two supporting sheets is 12cm; the guide 10 is a guide wheel.
When the device is used, the initial compression amount of the weight limiting spring 7 is adjusted by the adjusting bolt 5, then the supporting device 8 is clamped on the outer wall or the inner wall of the wall body beside the window or the edge of the window, the driving device 12 is placed on the ground, the auxiliary rod balancing rod 141 keeps the overall balance, the motor remote control switch 124 is started to descend, the lifting hook 9 is put down, the lifting hook 9 hooks the goods, and the motor remote control switch 124 is started to ascend, so that the goods are lifted; when the load of the driving device 12 is not enough to lift the goods, the auxiliary rod 14 is pulled out from the rear end of the main rod 3, and the non-pulled end of the auxiliary rod is clamped on the stop rod 32 to keep the connection of the main rod 3 and the auxiliary rod 14; when the goods are overweight or are clamped in a half-empty state, the weight limiting spring 7 is further compressed, the small lever 1 is pressed down to trigger the travel switch 2, the motor 126 is lifted and powered off, then the descending operation can be carried out only to remove the lifting limitation, and the whole-process overload protection function is realized.
