B, placing the modified mixed material obtained in the step A into a hopper of an injection molding machine sold by Haitian company under the trade name of a horizontal toggle injection molding machine, and performing injection molding and part forging under the condition of the temperature of 300 ℃ to respectively obtain an injection molding part A and an injection molding part B; the injection molding piece A is a trapezoidal cylinder with the height of 5mm, the diameter of the upper section of 3mm and the diameter of the lower section of 7 mm; the injection molding part B is a flat cylinder with the height of 3mm, the diameter of the upper section of 5.8mm and the diameter of the lower section of 6 mm; an easy-to-break indentation with a cross shape is arranged on the upper section of the injection molding part A.
C. Infusion solution
Injecting one or more liquids selected from 0.08mol/L sodium bicarbonate inorganic alkali aqueous solution into the injection molded part A by using a KSL dispenser sold by Shenzhen Jianfeng company under the trade name of a dispenser, wherein the injection amount of the liquid is 100 mu L;

B, placing the modified mixed material obtained in the step A into a hopper of an injection molding machine sold by Haitian company under the trade name of a horizontal toggle injection molding machine, and performing injection molding and part forging under the condition of the temperature of 260 ℃ to respectively obtain an injection molding part A and an injection molding part B; the injection molding piece A is a trapezoidal cylinder with the height of 6mm, the diameter of the upper section of the trapezoidal cylinder of 3mm and the diameter of the lower section of the trapezoidal cylinder of 6 mm; the injection molding part B is a flat cylinder with the height of 2mm, the diameter of the upper section of 6.2mm and the diameter of the lower section of 6.5 mm; an easily broken indentation with a hexagonal shape is arranged on the upper section of the injection molding part A.
C. Infusion solution
Injecting one or more liquids selected from 0.10mol/L sodium carbonate inorganic alkali aqueous solution into the injection molded part A by using a KSL dispenser sold by Shenzhen Jianfeng company under the trade name of a dispenser, wherein the injection amount of the liquid is 40 mu L;
D. welding of
After step C was completed, injection molded part a and injection molded part B were integrated using an ultrasonic welder sold under the trade name of force ultrasonic welder by southern force, guangzhou under the conditions described in its specification to obtain a component capable of rapidly releasing moisture in the filter rod.

B. injection molding component
B, placing the modified mixed material obtained in the step A into a hopper of an injection molding machine sold by Haitian company under the trade name of a horizontal toggle injection molding machine, and performing injection molding and part forging under the temperature of 190 ℃ to respectively obtain an injection molding part A and an injection molding part B; the injection molding piece A is a trapezoidal cylinder with the height of 5mm, the diameter of the upper section of the trapezoidal cylinder of 2mm and the diameter of the lower section of the trapezoidal cylinder of 5 mm; the injection molding part B is a flat cylinder with the height of 1mm, the diameter of the upper section of 6.4mm and the diameter of the lower section of 6.6 mm; an easy-to-break indentation with a diamond shape is arranged on the upper section of the injection molding part A.
C. Infusion solution
Injecting one or more edible-grade saline solutions selected from pure water and 0.3mol/L sodium citrate into the injection-molded part A by using a KSL dispenser sold by Shenzhen Jianfeng company under the trade name of a dispenser, wherein the injection amount of the liquids is 805020100 mu L;
D. welding of
After step C was completed, injection molded part a and injection molded part B were integrated using an ultrasonic welder sold under the trade name of force ultrasonic welder by southern force, guangzhou under the conditions described in its specification to obtain a component capable of rapidly releasing moisture in the filter rod.
Mainstream smoke elution filter moisture tests were performed on the moisture fast releasing in filter rods members prepared in examples 1-6 using the method described in this specification, and the results are listed in table 2.
The sample without pure water injected into injection-molded article A was a control sample, and the corresponding test results thereof are also shown in Table 2.

The results presented in Table 2 show that the moisture content of the water-containing firmware significantly increases the moisture content of mainstream smoke by more than 70%
Meanwhile, organizing a smoke panel expert group to evaluate the sensory quality of the samples according to the conventional smoke suction grading standard, and determining that the control sample has the characteristics of smoke fragrance, clean aftertaste, stimulation to the throat and slight offensive odor; the samples prepared in examples 1-6 were smoke-permeable, soft in smoke, clean in aftertaste, slightly irritating in the throat, slightly offensive, and these results show that the inventive elements significantly improve the taste of the cigarettes, mainly manifested as reduced irritation and improved comfort in aftertaste.

Claims (7)

1. A component capable of quickly releasing moisture in a filter stick is characterized by comprising an injection molding part A and an injection molding part B; the injection molding part A is a trapezoidal cylinder with the height of 4-6 mm, the diameter of the upper section of the cylinder is 2-4 mm, and the diameter of the lower section of the cylinder is 5-7 mm; the injection molding part B is a flat cylinder with the height of 1-3 mm, the diameter of the upper section of 5.0-6.8 mm and the diameter of the lower section of 5-7 mm; the injection molding part A and the injection molding part B are welded into a whole by ultrasonic; filling one or more liquids selected from pure water, edible salt water solution or inorganic alkali water solution in the injection molding part A, wherein the amount of the liquid is 20-100 mu l; an easily-broken indentation in a cross shape, a hexagonal shape or a rhombic shape is arranged on the upper section of the injection molding part A; the injection molding part A and the injection molding part B are prepared from 3.0-6.0 parts by weight of one or more main materials selected from polycaprolactone, medical grade PVC, food grade PP or polylactic acid and 0.4-1.0 part by weight of one or more auxiliary materials selected from acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate or glyceryl triacetate.
2. The construct of claim 1, wherein the food grade salt is one or more salts selected from the group consisting of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, and sodium tartrate; the inorganic base is one or more bases selected from sodium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate or calcium hydroxide; the concentration of the edible salt solution is 0.1-0.5 mol/L; the concentration of the inorganic alkali solution is 0.08-0.10 mol/L.
3. A manufacturing method of a component capable of quickly releasing moisture in a filter stick is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. preparation of modified Material blends
Adding 3.0-6.0 parts by weight of main materials and 0.4-1.0 part by weight of auxiliary materials into a heat-insulating heating hopper of a hot-melting granulator, fully heating and melting at the temperature of 150-250 ℃, stirring at the rotating speed of 20-200 rpm for 30-90 min, and then extruding and granulating to obtain a modified mixed material;
the main material is one or more materials selected from polycaprolactone, medical grade PVC, food grade PP or polylactic acid; the auxiliary material is one or more materials selected from acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate or glyceryl triacetate;
B. injection molding component
B, placing the modified mixed material obtained in the step A into a hopper of an injection molding machine, and performing injection molding and part forging at the temperature of 150-300 ℃ to respectively obtain an injection molding part A and an injection molding part B; the injection molding part A is a trapezoidal cylinder with the height of 4-6 mm, the diameter of the upper section of the cylinder is 2-4 mm, and the diameter of the lower section of the cylinder is 5-7 mm; the injection molding part B is a flat cylinder with the height of 1-3 mm, the diameter of the upper section of 5.0-6.8 mm and the diameter of the lower section of 5-7 mm;
C. infusion solution
Injecting one or more liquids selected from pure water, an edible salt aqueous solution or an inorganic alkali aqueous solution into the injection-molded part A by using a quantitative injection device;
D. welding of
And D, after the step C is finished, connecting the injection molding part A and the injection molding part B into a whole by adopting an ultrasonic welding method to obtain a component capable of quickly releasing water in the filter stick.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the injection-molded part A has a cross-shaped, hexagonal or rhombic shape of the easily breakable impression in the upper cross section.

The method of claim 3, wherein the food grade salt is one or more salts selected from the group consisting of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, and sodium tartrate; the inorganic base is one or more bases selected from sodium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate or calcium hydroxide.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the concentration of the food-grade salt solution is 0.1-0.5 mol/L; the concentration of the inorganic alkali solution is 0.08-0.10 mol/L.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the amount of the liquid to be injected is 20 to 100. mu.l.
