Abstract
一种乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养85~95天,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以喂部分青饲料,120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,直至出栏;所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。本发明方法饲养的乌金猪瘦肉率高、肉质好、抗病性强、产肉量大。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于猪的杂交培育饲养方法技术领域。
背景技术
昭通乌金猪是我国云南省昭通辖区内养猪业的主要品种,其适应性广,抗逆性强,耐粗饲、采食能力强,抗病力强。母猪母性好,繁殖率高,肉质好,香味浓郁,广受民间认可。但乌金猪肥肉率过高,随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康保健的日益重视,逐渐减少食用肥肉。并且随着养猪产业的发展,农户希望圈养的乌金猪抗病能力进一步增强,猪肉产量进一步提升。为此,部分单位和农户采用将乌金猪母猪先与长白猪杂交,生产第一代杂交母猪,然后再与杜洛克公猪杂交,生产得到二代杂交商品猪。这种经过两代杂交的猪,对乌金猪的改性过大,乌金猪的优良特性遗失较多,特别是肉质香浓、适应性广、耐粗饲、采食能力强,抗病力强等突出优点有所削弱,不利于其发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种瘦肉率高、肉质好、抗病性强、产肉量大的乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养85~95天,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以喂部分青饲料,120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,直至出栏;所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。
本发明方法将纯种乌金猪直接与杜洛克公猪杂交培育新品种,既可最大限度地保留乌金猪母性好、繁殖力强、抗病力强、肉质香的本性,又可充分汲取杜洛克猪瘦肉率高的优点,培育得到优良的杂交品种。乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养至50公斤左右时改喂青饲料直至出栏,并且青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成,这种饲养方法以及所采用的特有的青饲料配方,使得猪的长势好,抗病率强,不易腹泻,喂养成本也大幅降低。最终养成的商品猪肉质香嫩、肥肉少,瘦肉率可达70%左右,并且体型比传统乌金猪显著增大,产肉率高,大大提供了饲养户的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养90天左右,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以添加部分青饲料喂养,至乳猪出生喂养120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,不再喂其他饲料,直至长成商品猪出栏。所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。所述苹果渣用生产苹果汁、苹果干、苹果脯等产生的果渣、果皮等废弃物,实现了废物的有效利用。青饲料的成本低,在大量种植苹果的云南昭通地区来源广泛。玉米富含优质蛋白和赖氨酸,苹果渣富含维生素、糖分、膳食纤维,助消化,两者合理配制的饲料营养丰富且均衡,口感好,特别适宜杂交乌金猪的喂养,不仅可使猪获得均衡的营养,产生优质的猪肉,还可避免猪产生腹泻,显著提高猪的抗病性。此外还可提高猪的进食量,促进猪的健康生长,提高产生肉率。本发明的青饲料中,苹果渣的作用至关重要,不能用其它果渣代替。申请人曾经实验过豆粕、大枣渣等其他原料,都不能获得理想的饲养效果,甚至造成猪的腹泻增加,反而影响了猪的正常健康生长。

乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养85天,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以添加部分青饲料喂养,添加的量没有限制,可从开始少量添加青饲料逐渐向增加青饲料添加量过渡,至乳猪出生喂养120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,不再喂其他饲料,直至长成商品猪出栏。所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。
实施例3
乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养95天,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以添加部分青饲料喂养,添加的量没有限制,可从开始少量添加青饲料逐渐向增加青饲料添加量过渡,至乳猪出生喂养120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,不再喂其他饲料,每头猪每天的喂食量大约在5~6公斤,当天食完,不能剩余,以免饲料变质。喂至长成商品猪出栏。所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。

1.一种乌金猪的杂交培育饲养方法,其特征在于,该方法是将纯种乌金猪作母本与杜洛克公猪杂交,培育得到杂交乌金猪,杂交乌金猪的乳猪用乳猪饲料喂养85~95天,至乳猪长至50公斤左右时,在用乳猪饲料喂养的同时辅以喂部分青饲料,120天以后,全部用青饲料喂养,直至出栏;所述青饲料是将玉米粉和苹果渣按质量比3:1配制而成。
