背景技术
辣椒为茄科、辣椒属,一年或有限多年生草本植物;果实成长指状,未成熟时为绿色,成熟后成红色、橙色或紫红色,具有强烈辣味,可做调味品。辣椒具有驱寒、止痢、杀虫、增强食欲等作用,同时,还具有缓解胸腹冷痛、制止痢疾、控制心脏病及冠状动脉硬化等药用价值。辣椒及辣椒制品已成为日常餐桌上不可缺少的食物,但辣椒种植过程中,经常会受到微生物性疾病损害,导致叶萎缩、枯黄、茎变黑、果实腐烂等情况发生,造成辣椒减产或绝收。辣椒微生物性疾病由细菌、真菌和病毒引起,一般在植株发生病变后采取治疗措施,时间滞后,治疗效果差,已对植株造成实质性伤害;传统辣椒杀菌药物,栽种过程中均使用同种杀菌剂,未区分药物作用途径,未区分辣椒不同生长阶段使用不同药物,不仅杀菌效果差,微生物易形成抗药体,还会造成果实农药残留,形成食品安全问题;而且传统杀菌剂喷洒后,作用时间短,由于蒸发、雨水冲刷和土壤渗透,植物利用率低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的问题:治疗时间方面,发生病变后再采取治疗措施,时间滞后,杀菌效果差,已经造成辣椒植株实质性损伤;药物使用方面,栽种全程使用同种药物喷洒,未对药物作用途径和植株不同生长阶段进行区分对待,不仅杀菌效果差,微生物易形成抗药体,还会造成果实农药残留,形成食品安全问题;药效时间方面,传统杀菌剂喷洒后,作用时间短,由于蒸发、雨水冲刷和土壤渗透,植物利用率低。为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种降低辣椒微生物性疾病的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种降低辣椒微生物性疾病的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)栽种前处理:使用菌毒清5%水剂,加水稀释至200倍溶液,将辣椒种子浸入菌毒清配制液中20-30min,并置于32℃-35℃灭菌箱内1.5-2h,然后使用无菌袋将辣椒种子封存,置于恒温箱内保存;按照质量计数称取水200份、硫酸铜1份、石灰1份,配制成波尔多杀菌液,使用波尔多杀菌液对辣椒育苗及栽种土壤进行喷洒杀菌,喷洒2次,间隔时间为3-5天;
(2)种子育苗:经过杀菌处理的辣椒种子,播种于大棚育苗箱内,大棚温度23℃-28℃,湿度52%-57%;辣椒种子发芽后,使用300倍稀释的菌毒清5%水剂溶液,对辣椒幼苗进行浇灌,每7天1次,每株每次浇灌量为4-5ml,直至移栽后结束;
(3)幼苗移栽和套种:按照质量称取玉米秸秆粉、苦参、半枝莲、苍术、灯芯草、五倍子、甘草、20%菌毒清粉剂,经粉碎、加水混合后,配制成植物抗菌药A,再揉团成直径为1.5-2cm药团,使用2层棉质纱布包裹后备用;对辣椒栽种土地整畦,分辣椒畦和九头狮子草畦,辣椒畦底部宽40-50cm,上部宽8-12cm,高15-20cm,九头狮子草畦底部宽30-35cm,上部宽6-8cm,高度8-10cm,辣椒畦与九头狮子草畦底部间距11-13cm;在辣椒畦上挖栽种坑,坑深6-8cm,植物抗菌药团放置于栽种坑底部,辣椒幼苗株间距为25-30cm,将辣椒幼苗放入坑内填土,并浇灌水;九头狮子草按照株间距27-30cm栽种,并浇灌水;
(4)栽种后管理:按质量称取苦豆碱、鱼腥草素、苦参素、橘皮苷,溶于95%乙醇后,与水混合配制成杀菌剂B,根据质量向杀菌剂B中加入菌毒清20%的粉剂0.4-0.6份,配制成杀菌剂C;辣椒和九头狮子草移植栽培后,至开花前,使用杀菌剂C,每10-12天喷洒1次,开花之后,使用杀菌剂B,每6-8天向辣椒和九头狮子草喷洒1次。

综合结果:与对照组比较,各实施例与对比例实验数据,均优于对照组数据;通过对辣椒根部使用植物抗菌药,提高药物使用的持久性,以及辣椒对药物的吸收,可以降低病害率,提高单株产量;而与九头狮子草套种,通过九头狮子草的生物抗菌性,提高栽种区域整体抗菌能力,降低病害率,提高单株产量;在辣椒开花前,使用杀菌剂C,通过植物成分与化学成分配合,提高杀菌效果和持续时间,开花后使用杀菌剂B,全部为植物天然成分,具有杀菌和降低农药残留作用,降低了辣椒病害率,提高了植株单株产量。

Claims (3)

1.一种降低辣椒微生物性疾病的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)栽种前处理:使用菌毒清5%水剂,加水稀释至200倍溶液,将辣椒种子浸入菌毒清配制液中20-30min,并置于32℃-35℃灭菌箱内1.5-2h,然后使用无菌袋将辣椒种子封存,置于恒温箱内保存;按照质量计数称取水200份、硫酸铜1份、石灰1份,配制成波尔多杀菌液,使用波尔多杀菌液对辣椒育苗及栽种土壤进行喷洒杀菌,喷洒2次,间隔时间为3-5天;
(2)种子育苗:经过杀菌处理的辣椒种子,播种于大棚育苗箱内,大棚温度23℃-28℃,湿度52%-57%;辣椒种子发芽后,使用300倍稀释的菌毒清5%水剂溶液,对辣椒幼苗进行浇灌,每7天1次,每株每次浇灌量为4-5ml,直至移栽后结束;
(3)幼苗移栽和套种:按照质量称取玉米秸秆粉、苦参、半枝莲、苍术、灯芯草、五倍子、甘草、20%菌毒清粉剂,经粉碎、加水混合后,配制成植物抗菌药A,再揉团成直径为1.5-2cm药团,使用2层棉质纱布包裹后备用;对辣椒栽种土地整畦,分辣椒畦和九头狮子草畦,辣椒畦底部宽40-50cm,上部宽8-12cm,高15-20cm,九头狮子草畦底部宽30-35cm,上部宽6-8cm,高度8-10cm,辣椒畦与九头狮子草畦底部间距11-13cm;在辣椒畦上挖栽种坑,坑深6-8cm,植物抗菌药团放置于栽种坑底部,辣椒幼苗株间距为25-30cm,将辣椒幼苗放入坑内填土,并浇灌水;九头狮子草按照株间距27-30cm栽种,并浇灌水;
(4)栽种后管理:按质量称取苦豆碱、鱼腥草素、苦参素、橘皮苷,溶于95%乙醇后,与水混合配制成杀菌剂B,根据质量向杀菌剂B中加入菌毒清20%的粉剂0.4-0.6份,配制成杀菌剂C;辣椒和九头狮子草移植栽培后,至开花前,使用杀菌剂C,每10-12天喷洒1次,开花之后,使用杀菌剂B,每6-8天向辣椒和九头狮子草喷洒1次。
2.如权利要求1所述一种降低辣椒微生物性疾病的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的植物抗菌药A,有以下质量计数的成分组成:
玉米秸秆粉42-47份,甘草12-15份,苍术9-11份,五倍子7-10份,苦参5-7份,半枝莲3-6份,灯芯草3-5份,20%菌毒清粉剂0.3-0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种降低辣椒微生物性疾病的方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的杀菌剂B,有以下质量计数的成分组成:
水100-120份,95%乙醇3-5份,苦豆碱0.13-0.17份,鱼腥草素0.5-0.7份,苦参素1-2份,橘皮苷0.1-0.3份。
