Abstract
本发明涉及一种圆环状散热器芯体,主要是由圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成;圆环状散热片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状散热片,组装到一起;圆环状主片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状主片,这样圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成圆环状散热器芯体;此种散热器芯体材料可以为铝或铜,整体芯体可以通过钎焊烧制完成;本发明圆环状散热器芯体,装在离心风机的外部,散热器芯体的单位面积上的风速是一样的,散热器能充分发挥其效果,另外圆环状散热器整体机械强度大,抗振性能好;还省掉了风机与散热器之间的风罩,而且经过散热器冷却的热风通过外面的导风罩可以更方便得被利用或排出。

技术领域
本发明属于车用散热器领域,具体为一种圆环状散热器芯体。
背景技术
现有的车用散热器为平板式散热器,无论管片式还是管带式或者胀管式的散热器,其芯体是长方体,散热器芯体每个单位面积上的冷却风速是不一样的,也就是散热器芯体单位面积上的散热效果是不一样的;另外长方体的芯体强度不高,需要辅助套架固定到车身上。
发明内容
本发明根据上述现有技术中的不足,提供了一种圆环状散热器芯体。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种圆环状散热器芯体,主要是由圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成;圆环状散热片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状散热片,组装到一起;圆环状主片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状主片,这样圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成圆环状散热器芯体。此种散热器芯体材料可以为铝或铜,整体芯体可以通过钎焊烧制完成。

本发明圆环状散热器芯体,装在离心风机的外部,散热器芯体的单位面积上的风速是一样的,散热器能充分发挥其效果,另外圆环状散热器整体机械强度大,抗振性能好;还省掉了风机与散热器之间的风罩,而且经过散热器冷却的热风通过外面的导风罩可以更方便得被利用或排出。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明是一种圆环状散热器芯体,主要是由圆环状散热片1、散热管2和圆环状主片3组成,所述的圆环状散热片1上有散热管孔,散热管2穿过圆环状散热片1,组装到一起,圆环状主片3上有散热管孔,散热管2穿过圆环状主片,这样组成圆环状散热器芯体。

1.一种圆环状散热器芯体,主要是圆环状散热片、散热管、圆环状主片组成,其特征在于:所述的圆环状散热器芯体,主要是由圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成;圆环状散热片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状散热片,组装到一起;圆环状主片上有散热管孔,散热管穿过圆环状主片,这样圆环状散热片、散热管和圆环状主片组成圆环状散热器芯体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆环状散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述的圆环状散热片上有散热管孔。
