背景技术
在废旧回收中,有大量的瓶子或罐子,需要将瓶子或罐子打碎处理,粉碎机齿盘为普通齿盘,齿盘上设置的割刀都为直刀,通过高速旋转打碎瓶子,瓶子会发生跳动,不容易被切割,影响粉碎效果,割刀磨碎大,降低齿盘使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述的问题,为此提供了一种粉碎机齿盘,包括主轴,所述主轴上均匀设置有若干齿盘,所述齿盘设置成圆形结构,所述齿盘上设置有圆弧刀口,所述齿盘上设置有圆形孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,能够通过圆弧刀口设计,能够有效卡住塑料瓶子,进行有效切割,切割效率高,使用方便。
