determination of the interlocking block control axis: the control axis is matched with a road center line and a yard sideline, a theodolite and a level gauge are used for respectively making control points at intervals of 8m and 8.1m in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction within a paving range according to 50 times of two paving moduli, the top elevation of an interlocking block is used as the design elevation of the control points, the control points are controlled according to the bottom elevation of the interlocking block when a sand cushion is paved, and a control axis is formed by drawing wires between the control points;
and (3) dividing a storage yard chessboard: the size of the interlocking block partition is divided into 24m and 24.3m according to two laying moduli, a control axis area and an actual storage yard area;
(2) block construction
Paving a sand cushion layer: before the sand cushion layer is laid, cleaning up sundries on the water stable layer, paving by using a loader, and simultaneously, uniformly laying sand in a construction area by matching with manual work; according to the existing elevation control points, the control points are encrypted along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction at the sand paving position by using ropes and used as sand cushion layers to be fine and flat; taking a transverse axis 8m as an elevation control point, determining the distance between longitudinal control points according to the length of the guide rail, paving the guide rail according to the elevation control point, scraping the guide rail by using a scraping bar in blocks, preliminarily compacting the guide rail, and scraping the guide rail for three times;
and (3) paving the interlocking blocks: after the sand cushion layer is paved, paving interlocking blocks; when the interlocking blocks are paved, a control line is pulled at the end of the base line, the paving direction is controlled in a 90-degree direction, the interlocking blocks are lightly taken and placed when being paved, and the interlocking blocks are lightly placed when being transported backwards and unloaded;
(3) initial pressure
After the interlocking blocks are paved, carrying out primary pressing by using a road roller, and not rolling the paving construction free edge within the range of 1.5 meters; in the rolling process, a specially-assigned person is required to command, the rolling directions of each time are consistent, and the lap joint of the rolling is 50cm, so that the flatness of the paved surface layer is ensured; after rolling, adjusting the wire, timely removing broken blocks and blocks with missing edges and falling corners, and replacing the broken blocks and the blocks with new blocks;
(4) wire adjusting

After the interlocking block line adjusting procedure is checked, uniformly spreading a layer of medium fine sand on the top surface of the interlocking block line adjusting procedure by using a trolley, using medium fine sand with the water content of 1% for pouring joint sand, sweeping the sand after the sand spreading is finished, and filling gaps among blocks; then, a road roller is used for rolling, then sand sweeping and rolling are carried out until the sand between blocks is filled and compacted, and the process needs 3 times;
(6) final pressure
After the construction of the whole interlocking block construction area is finished, a large-tonnage road roller is used for carrying out integral final pressing, so that the integral compaction effect of the interlocking blocks is ensured;
(7) cleaning and acceptance inspection
And after the rolling operation is finished, cleaning the medium coarse sand and the residual interlocking blocks of the surface layer in time, and checking and accepting after the cleaning is finished.
The interlocking block paving process comprises:
punching rib of interlocking block:
before paving, determining the modulus of a punching bar according to the actual size of interlocking blocks stacked on site, thinning a steel wire on a longitudinal baseline point, stacking the interlocking blocks along a control line in a mode of being parallel to each other, controlling a gap to be 3mm, and controlling the distance between two adjacent interlocking blocks by using a piconumber rod; then, drawing a wire in a direction vertical to the longitudinal line, and stacking the interlocking blocks along the wire to perform transverse reinforcement punching, wherein the stacking mode is that the blocks are vertical to each other, the large line and the oblique line of the interlocking blocks are ensured to be straight, and the equal distance between the blocks is ensured in the reinforcement punching process;
interlocking block paving and trimming:

The tonnage of the road roller used for primary pressing is 8t, the road roller cannot turn during rolling and does not need to stop in the middle, and the road roller travels at a low-speed gear; the tonnage of the road roller used in final pressing is 18t, and the integral compaction effect of the interlocking block is ensured.
And timely checking after the line is adjusted, wherein the main contents of the checking comprise: big lines and oblique lines need to be straight, the top surface of the brick needs to be smooth, broken bricks and broken bricks with missing edges and falling corners need to be removed.
The invention carries out the whole-course control on all areas needing to be paved with interlocking blocks, divides the large area into a plurality of sub-areas according to the paving modulus of the interlocking blocks, enables the interlocking blocks in each sub-area to be self-integrated, controls the boundary between the sub-areas, enables the interlocking blocks at the position not to be overlapped and not to have too large gaps, disperses the error which is easy to accumulate in the large area to each sub-area, and enables the paving error of the interlocking blocks to be adjusted in each sub-area. The invention not only solves the defect that the large-area interlocking block joints are accumulated gradually along with the increase of the area, but also improves the working efficiency, and simultaneously defines the responsibility area for convenient tracing.

Claims (4)
1. A checkerboard construction method in the process of laying a large-area interlocking block yard is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) chessboard area division
Determination of paving modulus: the interlocking blocks are S-shaped and are arranged in a herringbone mode at an angle of 45 degrees in the running direction of the flow machine, the herringbone direction is taken as the longitudinal direction, the vertical direction is taken as the transverse direction, the longitudinal and transverse moduli of the interlocking blocks are determined under the conditions of no error and zero seam width according to the external dimension of the interlocking blocks and the numerical values of the peripheral chamfers of the top surfaces of the blocks, and then the allowable seam width of the interlocking blocks and the manufacturing error of the interlocking blocks are combined on the basis of the longitudinal and transverse moduli of the interlocking blocks to determine two laying moduli in the construction process;
determination of the interlocking block control axis: the control axis is matched with a road center line and a yard side line, the length of the control axis in the longitudinal and transverse directions is controlled to be below 10m, a theodolite and a level gauge are used as control points in the longitudinal and transverse directions in a paving range according to integral multiples of two paving moduli respectively, the top elevation of an interlocking block is used as the design elevation of the control point, the control is carried out according to the bottom elevation of the interlocking block during paving a sand cushion, and a control axis is formed by drawing wires between the control points;
and (3) dividing a storage yard chessboard: the size of the interlocking block partition is divided according to two laying moduli, a control axis area and an actual storage yard area;
(2) block construction
Paving a sand cushion layer: before the sand cushion layer is laid, cleaning up sundries on the water stable layer, paving by using a loader, and simultaneously, uniformly laying sand in a construction area by matching with manual work; according to the existing elevation control points, the control points are encrypted along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction at the sand paving position by using ropes and used as sand cushion layers to be fine and flat; taking a transverse axis as an elevation control point, determining the distance between longitudinal control points according to the length of the guide rail, paving the guide rail according to the elevation control point, scraping the guide rail by using a scraping bar in blocks, preliminarily compacting the guide rail, and scraping the guide rail for more than two times;
and (3) paving the interlocking blocks: after the sand cushion layer is paved, paving interlocking blocks; when the interlocking blocks are paved, a control line is pulled at the end of the base line, the paving direction is controlled in a 90-degree direction, the interlocking blocks are lightly taken and placed when being paved, and the interlocking blocks are lightly placed when being transported backwards and unloaded;
(3) initial pressure
After the interlocking blocks are paved, carrying out primary pressing by using a road roller, and not rolling the paving construction free edge within 1.5 meters; in the rolling process, a specially-assigned person is required to command, the rolling directions of each time are consistent, and the lap joint of the rolling is not less than 50cm, so that the flatness of the paved surface layer is ensured; after rolling, adjusting the wire, timely removing broken blocks and blocks with missing edges and falling corners, and replacing the broken blocks and the blocks with new blocks;
(4) wire adjusting
The line adjustment is a 45-degree oblique line, a 20m long thin lead wire or a cord is used for pulling the line, then the line adjustment is carried out by taking the pulled line as a reference, the gap between the oblique line and the block is ensured not to exceed the standard requirement, and when the line is bent, a plurality of lines outside the position needing to be adjusted are adjusted;
(5) secondary rolling and sand sweeping

(6) final pressure
After the construction of the whole interlocking block construction area is finished, a large-tonnage road roller is used for carrying out integral final pressing, so that the integral compaction effect of the interlocking blocks is ensured;
(7) cleaning and acceptance inspection
And after the rolling operation is finished, cleaning the medium coarse sand and the residual interlocking blocks of the surface layer in time, and checking and accepting after the cleaning is finished.
