本发明公开了一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:a、把热塑性聚氨酯切片经清洗干燥后与抗菌剂混合加入螺杆挤出机中进行熔融、混炼;b、在挤出机的计量段或在挤出机后、进入混合器前加入交联剂;c、熔纺物料经喷丝板喷出、纺丝和卷绕成型,最后得到成品。生产工艺流程为:切片清洗—干燥—挤出—混合—喷丝—牵伸—冷却—上油—卷绕。抗菌剂为银粉,银粉为纳米级银粉。本发明的有益效果是:生产简单、生产效率高、投入低、产品抗菌性能较好,抗菌持久性较强,质量稳定,易于推广。

一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及化纤加工技术领域,尤其是一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺。
背景技术
化纤分为很多种维纶是其中比较常见的一种,维纶的生产技术可分为4种:干纺、湿纺、反应纺和熔纺。不论是使用何种纺丝工艺,所生产出的化学纤维性质基本上完全相同,多为白色长丝,横截面形状根据生产工艺的不同存在一定差异。干纺维纶长丝多为圆型、椭圆型级哑铃型横截面;湿纺及化学纺维纶长丝主要为粗大的叶型及不规则截面没并且各丝条之间犹豫发生熔接而在其纵向形成不规则的粘接点,由此形成粘接复丝束;熔纺维纶主要为圆型截面的单丝或复丝。干纺是目前世界上应用最广泛的维纶纺丝方法,产量约为世界维纶总产量的80%。干纺工艺技术成熟,制成的纤维质量和性能都很优良,但技术难度较大,需溶剂回收,生产成本相对较高。湿纺与反应纺工艺复杂,装置设备投资费用大,纺丝速度较低,生产成本高,该法基本已经被淘汰,熔纺是近年发展起来的制造维纶的新方法,具有干纺和反应纺的优点,并且工艺流程简单、设备投入低、生产效率高,纺速一般可达到400-800m/min,在生产过程中无需使用溶剂,是最为经济和对环境最为有益的维纶生产技术。运用熔纺维纶技术,任何生产商都可以自行生产维纶,颜色、添加剂及纤维直径可任意选择。
目前市面上的维纶比较普通,现在细菌的种类越来越多,普通的维纶不具备抗菌功能,不能满足现代人们的需求,因此急需一种改进的技术来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是:
一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:a、把热塑性聚氨酯切片经清洗干燥后与抗菌剂混合加入螺杆挤出机中进行熔融、混炼;b、在挤出机的计量段或在挤出机后、进入混合器前加入交联剂;c、熔纺物料经喷丝板喷出、纺丝和卷绕成型,最后得到成品。
生产工艺流程为:切片清洗—干燥—挤出—混合—喷丝—牵伸—冷却—上油—卷绕。
所述抗菌剂为银粉,所述银粉为纳米级银粉。
本发明的有益效果是:生产简单、生产效率高、投入低、产品抗菌性能较好,抗菌持久性较强,质量稳定,易于推广。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌维纶长丝的加工工艺,其特征在于:生产工艺流程为:切片清洗—干燥—挤出—混合—喷丝—牵伸—冷却—上油—卷绕。
