Abstract

本发明涉及车用挡泥板的制备,特别涉及一种废旧胶粉车用挡泥板及其制备方法。采用未经过脱硫的废旧胶粉与聚烯烃、氯化聚乙烯、相容剂、流动改性剂1、流动改性剂2进行共混挤出、造粒烘干,再将得到的粒子熔化,埋入增强层,直至熔化的树脂成型,即得到车用挡泥板中间层;外层和内层采用热帖压的方式与中间层进行结合,即得到废旧胶粉车用挡泥板。

一种废旧胶粉车用挡泥板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车用挡泥板的制备,特别涉及一种废旧胶粉车用挡泥板及其制备方法。
背景技术
车用挡泥板在汽车行驶的过程中可以有效保护车身,减少路上的碎石由于车轮的碾压飞出对车的损伤。目前车用挡泥板的主要材料主要是PPT、ABS等塑料,但是塑料的硬度较大,且受外界冲击力时容易产生损伤,高温严寒环境下使用寿命较短。因此,为了提高挡泥板的性价比,橡胶材质的挡泥板成为发展趋势,橡胶的质地较软,弹性好,可以随便弯折,不会变形,耐高温耐撞耐磨,冰冻环境下不易变形,使用寿命高达3~5年。但是目前市场上的橡胶类的车用挡泥板的成本较高,因此,如何开发一种成本低廉、使用寿命长的挡泥板势在必行。
随着生活水平的提高,汽车已经成为人们出行不可或缺的必需品。目前为止,中国汽车保有量已超过1.72亿辆,至2018年,中国汽车的平均车龄有望超过5年。数量庞大的汽车保有量,日益增加的售后服务需求,催生了破万亿的汽车后市场。但是随着汽车需求量的不断增加,也衍生出各种各样的问题,大量轮胎的堆积,给环境带来严重的污染,同时也会造成资源浪费。因此如何对产生的轮胎胶粉进行回收,成为研究热点。目前,关于废旧胶粉的回收主要集中在发电、轮胎翻新等领域,回收利用率不足40%。
发明内容
本发明针对以上的技术现状,提供了一种废旧胶粉车用挡泥板,在该挡泥板的成分中,实现了胶粉的直接利用,避免了传统的胶粉在回收利用过程的重新脱硫、重新硫化,成本较低,耐高温耐撞耐磨,在寒冷的环境下不易变形,

上述的增强层主要为玻璃布、石棉布、玻璃纤维毡、石棉毡、石棉纸等增强层,如7630、7628、1500、2116、1080、106、101等,单层厚度在20~30um;
上述的聚烯烃为乙烯、丙烯或高级烯烃的聚合物总称,由乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等α-烯烃或某些环烯烃单独聚合或共聚合得到,主要为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸或丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚1-丁烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯、环烯烃聚合物等;
上述的氯化聚乙烯具有优良的耐侯性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品性、耐老化性、耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能,钙粉质量含量在5%左右,在-30℃仍然具有良好的柔韧性,如6000、7000、7100、3611E、702E等;
上述的相容剂主要是为了改善胶粉与聚烯烃的相容性,主要为聚烯烃的接枝物,聚烯烃主要包括PP、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)以及乙丙橡胶(EPR)、POE等,进行接枝的单体主要包括甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸(盐)、马来酸酐、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯以及苯乙烯等,采用常规的熔融接枝方法进行接枝,具体品种如St-200、St-2000、AX8900、FH118、FH56、GPM200A、GPM200AL、MC218、N406、N428等;
上述的流动改性剂1为含脂肪酸类的混合物,能有效提高胶粉的流动性,改善胶料的均匀度,降低胶料的粘度,防止焦烧危险,同时可以在挤出成型加工中增加挤出量,使挤出物表面光滑,具体品种如RWL-R、硬脂酸、硬脂酸皂类、硬脂改正丁酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯、油酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、乙撑双油酸酰胺、石蜡、微晶石蜡、液体石蜡、聚乙烯蜡等;
上述的改性流动剂2主要是为了改善配方中聚烯烃的流动性,降低界面黏阻性能,因为一般的热塑性塑料在加工熔融之后具有较高的粘度,熔融的高聚物在通过浇口、狭缝等流道时与加工机械(螺杆与机筒或其他混炼机械)表面产生摩擦,改性流动剂2为FY-K/F系列硅酮塑料助剂,如FY-R10、FY-F4500、FY-K5083E、FY-K5083P等,有机硅分散润滑剂具有良好的稳定性和非迁移性,能有效改善本发明制备得到的产品的表面光滑性,提高挡泥板的强度和独特的耐磨耐刮擦性能,
废旧胶粉车用挡泥板的外层和内层主要为一些软质的胶膜,耐低温性能优越并具有良好的耐弯折,主要包括EVA胶膜、EPDM膜、PVC膜等。
本发明还提供了一种上述废旧胶粉车用挡泥板的制备方法:
按照上述配方将废旧胶粉、聚烯烃、氯化聚乙烯、相容剂、流动改性剂1、流动改性剂2进行共混挤出、造粒烘干,再将得到的粒子熔化,埋入增强层,直至熔化的树脂成型,即得到车用挡泥板中间层;外层和内层采用热帖压的方式与中间层进行结合,
其中,挤出温度为170~180℃。
本发明专利的有益效果主要体现在以下几个方面:
废旧胶粉本身是已交联物质,如果不对其进行一定处理,几乎没有任何的再加工性,具体而言:废旧胶粉主要是对轮胎进行物理破碎得来,该过程无法破坏其里面的交联结构,胶粉颗粒与颗粒之间无法粘结在一起,无法实现其利用,不具备可再加工性。
因此目前废旧胶粉的再生主要是:使废旧胶粉的交联结构在热能与剪切力作用下被高度拉伸,由于S-S、C-S的键能和弹性系数比C-C键低,所以S-S、C-S键先达到断裂极限,因此最小限度地控制橡胶分子主链降解的同时尽可能地破坏交联键,即能实现切断交联键使硫化橡胶恢复成线型结构,实现部分的可再加工性,从而恢复塑性与再加工性(即本领域中常说的“脱硫”),再将脱硫后的胶粉加入适当的硫化剂以及其他助剂进行混炼(即本领域中常说的“再硫化”),实现再生胶的重新利用。
而本发明通过配方的设计,避免了脱硫与再硫化的工序,实现了胶粉的直接利用,避免了脱硫与再硫化过程中出现的大量资源浪费以及环境污染,例如本发明通过加入聚烯烃来改善废旧胶粉与废旧胶粉之间的相容性及可再加工性;在螺杆挤出的过程中,由于胶粉的流动性较差,和聚烯烃进行共混时,流动性好的聚烯烃优先和螺杆接触,导致胶粉与螺杆直接接触的机会降低,同时胶粉与螺杆之间的剪切力由于聚烯烃的包裹降低,这些都导致了脱硫的程度降低,使得胶粉表面实现微脱硫,产生少量的支链以及直链,实现与聚烯烃的相容;废旧胶粉相比于普通塑料,在结构上面主要是三维的网络状结构,加入流动改性剂2使废旧胶粉的链与链之间的空间打开,增加了链与链之间的柔性,使得废旧胶粉与聚烯烃类物质实现更好的相容等等。
本发明实现了废旧胶粉的直接利用,成本较低,提高了挡泥板的性价比,避免了传统的胶粉在回收利用过程的脱硫、重新硫化的过程;
经本发明改性后,橡胶的质地较软,弹性好,可以随便弯折,不会变形,耐高温耐撞耐磨,冰冻环境下不易变形,使用寿命高达3~5年;
本发明是多层结构的橡胶挡泥板,采用热帖压方式与中间胶粉层进行贴合,成本大幅降低,提高了挡泥板的使用寿命。

对比实施例1
将废旧胶粉在双螺杆挤出机中180℃下进行剪切脱硫后再用于制备中间层及车用挡泥板,具体组分及操作均同实施例1。
对比实施例2
废旧橡胶脱硫、再硫化制备板材的传统工艺:
将实施例1中所采用的废旧胶粉在双螺杆挤出机中180℃条件下进行剪切脱硫,埋入增强层7630,按照国家标准GBT 13460-2008进行再硫化,即得到车用挡泥板中间层;外层和内层按照实施例2的工艺采用热帖压的方式与中间层进行结合。
