本发明提出了一种集成墙板的生产工艺,包括基材本体和面板,所述基材本体的两侧分别设有卡接槽和卡接头,所述基材本体之间通过卡接槽、卡接头的配合进行组合安装,所述基材本体的上表面复合有面板,通过采用木纤维、竹纤维等按一定比例经高速混合均匀,并喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型得到基板本体和面板,然后经过热压成型为复合板材,能减轻板材的密度,同时改善产品的内部结构,面板的两边进行垂直切边,保证卡接槽与卡接头之间无缝拼接,安装方便,且连接牢固,同时面板整体外观大方,具有芳香气味,并且防虫、耐老化、耐腐蚀。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及墙板生产技术领域,特别是一种集成墙板的生产工艺。
【背景技术】
目前,在装修装饰领域中,室外墙面装饰材料一般为各种外墙面砖和陶瓷锦砖,这些材料质地比较坚实,强度高,但容易受外界大气或风雨的影响,面砖容易脱落,影响美观,而且这些材料都给人一种冰冷的感觉。另外一种就是粉刷外墙涂料,外墙涂料对建筑物外墙表面及结构起到一定的美观和保护作用,但外墙涂料中含有许多化学物质,对人体和环境来说都是有害的。木塑墙板是一种主要利用回收塑料和树枝、果壳、稻糠、秸秆等植物纤维材料经挤出成型生产出的一种新型墙板,传统的竹碎料板和刨花板采用的是单一材料,由于其原料形态、尺寸和材性等方面的原因,使其性能受到了一定限制。木纤维比表面积大,柔韧性好,具有良好的交织缠绕性。木纤维按一定比例与竹碎料混合,可以有效改善产品的内部结构,增加与竹碎料的交织缠绕结合,有利于进一步改善人造板的性能,而普通的复合墙板和实木墙板易蛀易霉,特别是那种室外的墙板,这样时间长久就容易断裂、脱落,并且也不美观,因此提出一种集成墙板的生产工艺。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种集成墙板的生产工艺,采用木纤维、竹纤维等按一定比例混合,能减轻板材的密度,同时改善产品的内部结构,面板的两边进行垂直切边,保证无缝拼接,同时整体外观大方,具有芳香气味,并且防虫、耐老化、耐腐蚀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种集成墙板的生产工艺,包括基材本体和面板,所述基材本体的两侧分别设有卡接槽和卡接头,所述基材本体之间通过卡接槽、卡接头的配合进行组合安装,所述基材本体的上表面复合有面板,所述集成墙板的生产工艺具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1:基材本体成型:将PE塑粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、稳定剂、竹细棒料、木细棒料、α-戊基桂醛、碳酸钙、相容剂、抗菌剂原料依次输送到高速搅拌机中进行高速混合,然后将混合均匀的物料静置3-4小时,然后喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,在经冷却定型、切割、修边,得到侧壁带有卡接槽、卡接头结构的基板本体;
步骤2:面板成型:将PE塑粉、竹细棒料、木细棒料、碳酸钙、偶联剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、着色剂、檀香粉原料输送到高速搅拌机中进行高速混合,然后将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,冷却后、切割、垂直切边,打磨得到面板;
步骤3:复合成型:将面板和基板本体输送至热压机进行热压,通过热压胶使面板复合在基板本体上,并对复合板在抛光机中进行表面抛光,得到复合板;
步骤4:覆膜成型:将切割成型复合板通过覆膜机在温度60-100℃条件下,采用胶水覆上PVC装饰膜制成成品。
作为优选,所述步骤1中的基材本体由以下质量组分的原料组成:100-150份PE塑粉、20-60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、15-40份稳定剂、60-90份竹细棒料、40-60份木细棒料、10-30份α-戊基桂醛、70-120份碳酸钙、30-50份相容剂、5-12份抗菌剂。
作为优选,所述竹细棒料由以下等级的组分构成且各组分比例为:2mm以下竹粉:2-5mm竹粉:5mm以上竹粉为1:4:2,所述木细棒料以下等级的组分构成且各组分比例为:2mm以下木粉:2-5mm木粉:5mm以上木粉为1:4:2,所述竹细棒料与木细棒料的比例为2:1。
作为优选,所述步骤1中将基板本体的原材料依次放入800-1300转/秒的高速搅拌机中搅拌40-60分钟,进行高速混合,混合均匀后的原料放入密封的、温度在10-15℃的容器中静置3-4个小时后,将物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中,在温度130-180℃的条件下挤出成型。
作为优选,所述步骤2中的面板由以下质量组分的原料组成:将100-150份PE塑粉、60-90份竹细棒料、40-60份木细棒料、10-25份碳酸钙、10-15份偶联剂、5-10润滑剂、4-8份抗氧化剂、6-10份抗菌剂、2-4份着色剂、40-80份檀香粉。
作为优选,所述竹细棒料由以下等级的组分构成且各组分比例为:2mm以下竹粉:2-5mm竹粉:5mm以上竹粉为1:4:2,所述木细棒料以下等级的组分构成且各组分比例为:2mm以下木粉:2-5mm木粉:5mm以上木粉为1:4:2,所述竹细棒料与木细棒料的比例为3:1。
作为优选,所述步骤2中,将面板的原材料按配方混合,在温度100-130℃的条件下,放入800-1300转/秒的高速搅拌机中搅拌35-45分钟,进行高速混合,然后将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中,在温度150-200℃的条件下挤出成型。

步骤1:基材本体成型:将PE塑粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、稳定剂、竹细棒料、木细棒料、α-戊基桂醛、碳酸钙、相容剂、抗菌剂原料依次输送到高速搅拌机中进行高速混合,然后将混合均匀的物料静置3-4小时,然后喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,在经冷却定型、切割、修边,得到侧壁带有卡接槽、卡接头结构的基板本体;
步骤2:面板成型:将PE塑粉、竹细棒料、木细棒料、碳酸钙、偶联剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、着色剂、檀香粉原料输送到高速搅拌机中进行高速混合,然后将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,冷却后、切割、垂直切边,打磨得到面板;
步骤3:复合成型:将面板和基板本体输送至热压机进行热压,通过热压胶使面板复合在基板本体上,并对复合板在抛光机中进行表面抛光,得到复合板;
步骤4:覆膜成型:将切割成型复合板通过覆膜机在温度60-100℃条件下,采用胶水覆上PVC装饰膜制成成品。
