Abstract
本发明涉及一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物及其制备方法。由氨基酸螯合钙、洋葱提取物和氨基酸构成。将食用紫皮洋葱洗净,粉碎,干燥,得洋葱粉;将洋葱粉用80%乙醇65℃下,提取90min,洋葱渣再同样条件重复提取一次,合并二次提取液;将提取液浓缩,常温下真空干燥,获得洋葱提取物。将氨基酸螯合钙、洋葱提取物和氨基酸混合均匀制粒,灌装胶囊。本发明经动物实验证明,本发明的组合物能增加骨密度比单纯补钙高达18.1%。对于中老年人的骨质疏松起到了预防和治疗的作用,具有客观的市场前景和很好的社会效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,具体的涉及一种具有增加骨密度、防止骨质疏松的组合物。
背景技术
骨质疏松症是老龄化社会的常见病和多发病,骨质疏松性骨折对社会、医疗、经济有巨大的影响。因此,重视骨质疏松症具有重要意义。世界卫生组织发出警告:骨质疏松症已紧随心血管疾病之后,成为第二个威胁人类健康的主要疾病。据调查,目前我国约有9000万骨质疏松患者,60-69岁发病率女性为50%-70%,男性为30%。骨质疏松症最大的危害是易导致骨折,尤其是中老年人髋部骨折,多数都不能自理,需人照顾,死亡率约为15%。骨质疏松越来越受到人们的关注和各国政府的重视。
骨质疏松症是一种由于骨量减少而产生的骨疾病状态。这里的骨量减少不仅是钙、磷的减少,而是骨矿物质和骨基质等比例的减少。即骨组织的超微结构发生退化而表现的骨小梁变细、变稀、乃至断裂。因此,骨质疏松症的预防与治疗非常重要。长期以来人们只注意补钙,每年钙制剂市场消费额约30-40亿元。但是补钙是否被体内吸收一直为人们所关注。增强骨密度是骨细胞的成骨过程,作为成骨的原料需要可被体内迅速吸收的钙,还需要补充作为骨基质胶原蛋白,以及促进钙吸收与利用。因此市场急需开发一种增加骨密度防止骨质疏松的保健品。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种组成合理、符合人体的生理要求和促钙吸收的增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,由氨基酸螯合钙、洋葱提取物和氨基酸构成。
上述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,按重量份配比组成为:氨基酸螯合钙300-500份、洋葱提取物5-15份、氨基酸80-100份。
上述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,所述的氨基酸螯合钙是天门冬氨酸螯合钙。
上述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,所述的氨基酸是甘氨酸。
一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物的制备方法,方法包括如下步骤:
1.制备洋葱提取物:将食用紫皮洋葱洗净,粉碎,干燥,得洋葱粉;将洋葱粉用80%乙醇65℃下,提取90min,洋葱渣再同样条件重复提取一次,合并二次提取液;将提取液浓缩,常温下真空干燥,获得洋葱提取物;二次乙醇提取的方法是洋葱粉和80%乙醇的固液比为1:9。
2.按上述的重量份配比,将氨基酸螯合钙、洋葱提取物和氨基酸混合均匀制粒,灌装胶囊。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.现代医学研究,洋葱的功效很多,洋葱肥大的鳞茎中含糖8.5%,干物质9.2%,每100克含维生素A5毫克、维生素C9.3毫克、钙40毫克、磷50毫克、铁8毫克,以及18种氨基酸,是不可多得的保健食品。本发明,采用独特的工艺,从新鲜洋葱中提取的提取物中含有来源于谷氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸残基的肽即γ-L-谷氨酰-反式S-1-丙烯基-L-半胱氨酸亚砜。
2.本发明,钙源采用纳米天门冬氨酸钙,可在体内被迅速吸收,氨基酸钙又是胶原蛋白的合成原料。本发明,配方组成合理,符合人体的生理要求。经动物实验证明,本发明的组合物能增加骨密度比单纯补钙高达18.1%。
3.本发明,促进钙的吸收,对于中老年人的骨质疏松起到了预防和治疗的作用,具有客观的市场前景和很好的社会效益。
具体实施方式
实施例
(一)配方
一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,将400克纳米天门冬氨酸螯合钙、10克洋葱提取物和90克甘氨酸,混合均匀,制成1000粒胶囊。
(二)制备方法
1、制备洋葱提取物:将食用紫皮洋葱洗净,粉碎,干燥,得洋葱粉。按固液比1:9,取洋葱粉和80%乙醇,65℃下,提取90分钟,留提取液,洋葱渣再同样条件重复提取一次。合并二次提取液。浓缩提取液,经常温真空干燥制成洋葱提取物粉。
洋葱提取物成份检定:用HPLC法测定洋葱提取物粉中γ-L-谷氨酰-反式S-1-丙烯基-L-半胱氨酸亚砜的含量为0.93%。
2、将400克纳米天门冬氨酸螯合钙、10克洋葱提取物和90克甘氨酸,混合均匀,灌装成1000粒胶囊。
(三)实验
动物实验:取50只雌性大白鼠,手术切除卵巢,制成骨质疏松模型,随机分成5组。一组为对照组普通进食,二组喂碳酸钙组,三组喂食本发明的组合物低剂量,四组喂食本发明的组合物中剂量,五组喂食本发明的组合物高剂量。喂食12周后,进行骨密度检测。发现喂食本发明组合物高剂量组的鼠的骨密度比喂碳酸钙组的骨密度增加了18.1%,P<0.05,差异显著。
*说明:第二组喂碳酸钙组为0.709g/kg.bw剂量的碳酸钙,相当第五组高剂量的含钙量。第三组喂食本发明的组合物低剂量0.45g/kg/bw。第四组喂食本发明的组合物中剂量,0.90g/kg/bw。第五组喂食本发明的组合物高剂量2.70g/kg/bw。
Claims (6)
1.一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,其特征在于,由氨基酸螯合钙、洋葱提取物和氨基酸构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份配比组成为:氨基酸螯合钙300-500份、洋葱提取物5-15份、氨基酸80-100份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸螯合钙是天门冬氨酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸是甘氨酸。
5.一种增加骨密度防骨质疏松的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备洋葱提取物:将食用紫皮洋葱洗净,粉碎,干燥,得洋葱粉;将洋葱粉用80%乙醇65℃下,提取90min,洋葱渣再同样条件重复提取一次,合并二次提取液;将提取液浓缩,常温真空干燥,获得洋葱提取物;
2)按权利要求2所述的重量份配比,将天门冬氨酸钙、洋葱提取物和甘基酸混合均匀制粒,灌装胶囊。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,二次乙醇提取,洋葱粉和80%乙醇的固液比为1:9。
