Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eye health care products, in particular to a massage eye patch with an eye protection function.
Background
The eye patch is a common eye health care product in daily life and travel, can protect eyes and shield light when being worn on the eyes, and is particularly suitable for computer people, students and old people with insomnia.
In recent years, with the acceleration of life pace and the rapid development of electronic products, the strength of eyes used by people is obviously increased, so that the functional requirements on the eyeshade are also increased, and especially the efficacy of relieving eye fatigue is very important.
Some massage eyepatches appear in the market at present, are generally used for adjusting movement of ciliary muscles in the eyeball and longitudinally moving six extraocular muscles of the eyeball, have limited massage effect and cannot effectively relieve eye fatigue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a massage eye mask with the function of protecting eyes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following scheme:
a massage eye mask with the function of protecting eyes comprises an eye mask body which is attached to the eyes, and the eye mask body sequentially comprises an inner liner layer, a gel layer, a heating layer and an outer liner layer from inside to outside along the direction away from the eyes; the inner side and the outer side of the gel layer are provided with a plurality of pairs of symmetrical protruding saccules, the positions of the saccules correspond to the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes, and at least one miniature vibration motor is embedded in each pair of saccules; the gel layer comprises a gel layer material and a waterproof breathable film wrapping the gel layer material, wherein the gel layer material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of mint, 7-9 parts of mulberry, 7-9 parts of ash bark, 5-6 parts of flatstem milkvetch seed, 5-6 parts of black-faced leaf, 4-5 parts of cacumen biotae, 2-3 parts of bristlegrass herb, 2-3 parts of trifoliate orange, 1-2 parts of small-leaved lemmaphyllum and 25-30 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel.
As one preferable technical solution, the bladder is filled with a mesh structure woven by carbon fibers, and pores of the mesh structure are filled with a gel layer material.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the massage eyeshade also comprises a left fixing band and a right fixing band which are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the eyeshade body in an integrated way, and two ends of the left fixing band and the right fixing band are respectively provided with a connecting device which is matched with the left fixing band and the right fixing band.
As a further preferable technical solution, the connecting device is a hook and loop fastener, a button or a snap fastener, and can be adjusted according to the tightness and comfort of the user attaching to the eyes.
As one of the preferable technical solutions, the acupuncture points around the eyes include: cuanzhu acupoint, Qingming acupoint, Yuyao acupoint, Sizhu acupoint, Yuzi jiao acupoint, and Chengqi acupoint.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the lining layer and the outer lining layer are respectively made of cotton fabric and PE.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, a first power supply is embedded in the eyeshade body, and the plurality of micro vibration motors are connected in parallel and then are connected to the first power supply through a first switch.
As a further preferable technical solution, the first switch is disposed outside the eyeshade body and used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the micro-vibration motor.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the heating layer is a graphene heating film.
As a further preferred technical scheme, a second power supply is embedded in the eyeshade body, the graphene heating film is connected to the second power supply through a second switch, and the second switch is arranged on the outer side of the eyeshade body and used for controlling whether the graphene heating film works or not.
In a further preferred embodiment, the waterproof and breathable film has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2mm and a water vapor transmission rate of 6000 to 8000 g.m-2·24h-1。
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the gel layer material is prepared by the following method:
(1) weighing the mint, the mulberry, the ash bark, the flatstem milkvetch seed, the black-faced leaf, the biota orientalis leaf, the bristlegrass herb, the trifoliate acanthopanax bark and the small-leaved lemmaphyllum in a formula ratio, adding the mixture into water with the weight being 8-10 times that of the mixture, decocting the mixture in boiling water for 30-45 minutes, and filtering the decoction to obtain filtrate;
(2) concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step (1) to a specific gravity of 1.05-1.12 to obtain a concentrated solution;
(3) and (3) soaking the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel in the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) for 18-24 hours to obtain the gel layer material.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the preparation method of the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding sodium alginate into the first part of water, stirring in water bath at 60-70 ℃ for 2-3 hours to obtain sodium alginate aqueous solution; dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in the second part of water to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution; adding glacial acetic acid into a sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, adding a carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for 16-18 hours to obtain the sodium alginate aqueous solution; wherein the mass volume ratio of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, glacial acetic acid, glutaraldehyde, the first part of water and the second part of water is 3 g: 1 g: 50mL of: 60mL of: 80mL of: 70 mL.
As one of the preferable technical proposal, the specific method of the step (2) is as follows: concentrating at 50-60 deg.C under 0.3-0.5 Pa.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the massage eyeshade is provided with a plurality of pairs of symmetrical raised saccules on the inner side and the outer side of a gel layer, the positions of the saccules correspond to the peripheral acupuncture points of eyes, and the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes can be massaged by embedding a miniature vibration motor inside the eyeshade; the outer side of the saccule is in direct contact with the heating layer, so that the heat of the heating layer can be effectively transferred, the gel layer material in the saccule is more sufficiently volatilized in the heat transfer process and finally reaches the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes which are massaging, and meanwhile, the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes are massaged and absorbed with medicines, so that the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes are sufficiently massaged and relaxed, and the eye fatigue is relieved. The part of the gel layer without the capsule is separated from the heating layer and the eyes, and the heating temperature of the heating body can be slightly increased, so that the requirement of heating the eyes to relieve fatigue is met, and the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes can fully receive the medicine effect in the gel layer material.
The gel layer material adopts carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel which adsorbs effective components of mint, mulberry, ash bark, flatstem milkvetch seed, black facial leaf, cacumen biotae, bristlegrass herb, trifoliate acanthopanax, small-leaved lemmaphyllum and the like, so that the eye fatigue can be effectively relieved, the eye swelling can be eliminated, and the eye protection effect can be realized.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A massage eye mask with eye protection function comprises an eye mask body attached to eyes, as shown in figure 1, the eye mask body sequentially comprises an inner liner layer 1, a gel layer 2, a heating layer 3 and an outer liner layer 4 from inside to outside along the direction far away from the eyes; the inner side and the outer side of the gel layer 2 are provided with a plurality of pairs of symmetrical protruding saccules 5, the positions of the saccules 5 correspond to the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes, and a micro vibrating motor 6 is embedded in each pair of saccules 5; the gel layer 2 comprises a gel layer material and a waterproof breathable film wrapping the gel layer material, wherein the gel layer material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of mint, 7 parts of mulberry, 7 parts of ash bark, 5 parts of flatstem milkvetch seed, 5 parts of fruticose breynia fruticosa, 4 parts of cacumen biotae, 2 parts of spiny grass, 2 parts of trifoliate acanthopanax bark, 1 part of small-leaved lemmaphyllum and 25 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel.
The massage eyeshade further comprises a left fixing band and a right fixing band which are integrally connected with the left side and the right side of the eyeshade body respectively, and two ends of the left fixing band and the right fixing band are provided with connecting devices (adhesive tapes) which are matched with each other respectively.
The inner lining layer 1 and the outer lining layer 4 are respectively made of cotton fabric and PE.
A first power supply is embedded in the eyeshade body, and the plurality of miniature vibration motors 6 are connected in parallel and then are connected to the first power supply through a first switch; the first switch is arranged on the outer side of the eyeshade body and used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the miniature vibration motor.
The heating layer 3 is a graphene heating film.
The eye-shade body is embedded to have the second power, and graphite alkene heating film passes through the second switch and is connected to the second power, and the second switch sets up in the outside of eye-shade body for whether the work of control graphite alkene heating film.
The gel layer material is prepared by the following method:
(1) weighing the mint, the mulberry, the ash bark, the flatstem milkvetch seed, the black-faced leaf, the biota orientalis leaf, the bristlegrass herb, the trifoliate acanthopanax bark and the small-leaved lemmaphyllum with the formula ratio, adding the mixture into water with the weight of 8 times of the mixture, decocting the mixture for 30 minutes by boiling water, and filtering the decoction to obtain filtrate;
(2) concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step (1) to a specific gravity of 1.05 at 50 ℃ and under the condition of 0.3Pa to obtain a concentrated solution;
(3) and (3) soaking the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel in the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) for 18 hours to obtain the gel layer material.
The preparation method of the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding sodium alginate into the first part of water, stirring in water bath at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain sodium alginate water solution; dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in the second part of water to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution; adding glacial acetic acid into sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring, adding carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution, stirring, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for 16 hr to obtain the final product; wherein the mass volume ratio of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, glacial acetic acid, glutaraldehyde, the first part of water and the second part of water is 3 g: 1 g: 50mL of: 60mL of: 80mL of: 70 mL.

(3) and (3) soaking the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel in the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) for 24 hours to obtain the gel layer material.
The preparation method of the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding sodium alginate into the first part of water, stirring in water bath at 70 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain sodium alginate water solution; dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in the second part of water to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution; adding glacial acetic acid into sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring, adding carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution, stirring, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for 18 hr to obtain the final product; wherein the mass volume ratio of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, glacial acetic acid, glutaraldehyde, the first part of water and the second part of water is 3 g: 1 g: 50mL of: 60mL of: 80mL of: 70 mL.

The preparation method of the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding sodium alginate into the first part of water, stirring in water bath at 60 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain sodium alginate aqueous solution; dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in the second part of water to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution; adding glacial acetic acid into sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring, adding carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution, stirring, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for 16 hr to obtain the final product; wherein the mass volume ratio of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, glacial acetic acid, glutaraldehyde, the first part of water and the second part of water is 3 g: 1 g: 50mL of: 60mL of: 80mL of: 70 mL.

(3) and (3) soaking the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel in the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) for 18-24 hours to obtain the gel layer material.
The preparation method of the carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel comprises the following steps: adding sodium alginate into the first part of water, stirring in water bath at 65 ℃ for 2.5 hours to obtain sodium alginate aqueous solution; dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in the second part of water to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution; adding glacial acetic acid into sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, adding carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, adding glutaraldehyde, and stirring for 17 hours to obtain the final product; wherein the mass volume ratio of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, glacial acetic acid, glutaraldehyde, the first part of water and the second part of water is 3 g: 1 g: 50mL of: 60mL of: 80mL of: 70 mL.
Comparative example 1
A massage eye mask comprises an eye mask body attached to eyes, as shown in figure 2, the eye mask body sequentially comprises an inner liner layer 1, a gel layer 2, a heating layer 3 and an outer liner layer 4 from inside to outside along the direction far away from the eyes; the inner side of the gel layer 2 is provided with a plurality of protruding bladders 5, the positions of the bladders correspond to the peripheral acupuncture points of the eyes, and at least one miniature vibration motor 6 is embedded in each pair of bladders 5; the rest is the same as example 5.
Comparative example 2
A massage eyeshade, the gel layer material uses sodium alginate hydrogel to replace carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel, the rest is the same as example 5.
Comparative example 3
A massage eyeshade, mulberry is omitted from the gel layer material, and the rest is the same as example 5.
Comparative example 4
A massage mask, wherein the material of the gel layer is omitted from the dark side, is the same as in example 5.
Comparative example 5
A massage eye mask is prepared by omitting radix seu folium Rubi Crassifolii from gel layer, and is otherwise the same as in example 5.
Test examples
100 patients with chief complaints of eye fatigue and eye swelling were selected and randomly divided into 10 groups, and the massage eyepatches of examples 1 to 5 or comparative examples 1 to 5 were used, respectively, the temperature of the heating element was adjusted to make the patients feel comfortable, and the average time for symptom relief and the average weight loss of the eyepatch after use were examined, where the weight loss is the weight of the eyepatch before use-the weight of the eyepatch after use, and the value represents the weight of the drug permeating around the eyes, and the larger the value represents the faster the drug release, the faster the action, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the massage eyepatches of examples 1 to 5 have the advantages of high drug utilization rate and rapid action as long as the massage eyepatches have the effect of relieving eye fatigue and swelling, and the weight loss is high, wherein the capsules of examples 1 and 2 are not filled with a mesh structure woven by carbon fibers, so that the heat transfer process is slow, and the symptom relieving time is long. In the comparative example 1, the gel layer is only provided with the bladder at the inner side, the temperature of the heating body is low (the temperature is too high and cannot be tolerated by patients), the drug release and permeation are influenced, and the symptom relieving time is long. Comparative examples 2 to 5, in which individual components in the gel layer material were adjusted, all had significant adverse effects on clinical effects, indicating that the components of the present invention synergize to protect eyes.
