本发明提供一种防霾抗菌口罩,具有表层和内层,所述的表层和内层之间具有雾霾吸附层和杀菌层,所述的表层和内层为无纺布,所述的雾霾吸附层为pm2.5过滤布,所述的杀菌层是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时。本发明的口罩杀菌层为改性杀菌无纺布。是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时,其采用低浓度的异甘草素和吴茱萸碱溶液浸泡而成,有一定的杀菌效果。

一种防霾抗菌口罩
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防霾抗菌口罩。
背景技术
目前防雾霾口罩种类繁多,但这些产品的主要功能是保护人的呼吸系统,很少产品能涉及到配戴口罩的抗菌性。
传统的口罩材料大多采用处于夯实加密状态的纤维(如24层纱布),主要依靠机械阻挡作用对空气中流动粉尘进行拦截,来达到过滤目的。其缺点是对细小微粒去除不够彻底,而且极大地增加流阻,透气性降低。此外,过滤材料上容易滋生有害微生物,存在二次污染问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种防霾抗菌口罩,具有很好的抗菌防雾霾效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是一种防霾抗菌口罩,所述的抗菌口罩具有表层和内层,所述的表层和内层之间具有雾霾吸附层和杀菌层。
所述的表层和内层为无纺布,
所述的雾霾吸附层为pm2.5过滤布,
所述的杀菌层为改性杀菌无纺布。
所述的改性杀菌无纺布是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时。
所述的混合液中,异甘草素和吴茱萸碱(CAS:518-17-2)质量比在50:1-1:50。
异甘草素和吴茱萸碱溶液混合浓度为5-15μg/ml。
本发明的口罩杀菌层为改性杀菌无纺布。是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时,其采用低浓度的异甘草素和吴茱萸碱溶液浸泡而成,距今有一定的杀菌效果,特别是异甘草素和吴茱萸碱在25-30:1这一区间确表现出惊人的协同效果,达到惊人的抑菌效果,具有非常好的有益效果,不仅降低使用原料浓度,减少副作用,而大大增抑菌效果。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种防霾抗菌口罩,图1所述的抗菌口罩具有表层1和内层4,所述的表层和内层之间具有雾霾吸附层2和杀菌层3。

所述的杀菌层为改性杀菌无纺布。
所述的改性杀菌无纺布是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时。
所述的混合液中,异甘草素和吴茱萸碱(CAS:518-17-2)质量比在50:1-1:50。
抑菌试验,
采用统一浓度的实验原则,将浸泡于不同比例的混合溶液的1x1㎝的棉布条至于菌种培养基内,测试8μg/ml 混合液对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,棉布条周围形成近似圆形的抑菌范围,测量其直径并计算圆形面积,
杀菌率
采用吸收法,对金黄色葡萄球菌 ( 革兰氏阳性 )和大肠杆菌 ( 革兰氏阴性 ) 两个菌种进行测试。按照相应比例配置好所用培养基,根据需要确定配置培养基的时间和用量,培养液放置在 3℃ ~4℃冰冷环境下保存,8h 内使用,

由表中可以看出,在低浓度的情况下(8μg/ml),单一的异甘草素具有一定的杀菌效果,但杀菌效果一般,吴茱萸碱的杀菌效果几乎没有,并且在混合情况下,其混合液具有一定的协同效果,但鲜果不显著,但在异甘草素:吴茱萸碱25-30:1这一区间确表现出惊人的协同效果,抑菌效果非常的显著。

1.一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述的抗菌口罩具有表层和内层,所述的表层和内层之间具有雾霾吸附层和杀菌层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述的表层和内层为无纺布,所述的雾霾吸附层为pm2.5过滤布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述的杀菌层为改性杀菌无纺布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述的改性杀菌无纺布是浸泡在异甘草素和吴茱萸碱的混合液浸泡24小时。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述的混合液中,异甘草素和吴茱萸碱质量比在50:1-1:50。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防霾抗菌口罩,其特征在于,异甘草素和吴茱萸碱溶液混合浓度为8-13μg/ml。
