Abstract

本发明公开了一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉50‑60、甘蔗叶60‑70、银合欢20‑25、魔芋15‑20、糯米13‑18、椰子汁5‑20、薏仁10‑13、香蕉皮25‑30、废糖蜜7‑9、黄油7‑8、尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲、绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母、葡萄汁酵母、水适量。通过氨化与碱化双重作用可以提高蔗叶的粗蛋白质含量与有机物消化率,降低纤维素含量,碱类物质处理饲料有利于提高粗饲料的消化率。磷酸脲能增加家畜胃内醋酸、丙酸含量以及增强脱氢酶活性,促进牛的生理代谢和对氮、磷、钙的吸收和利用。利用绿色木霉与产朊假丝酵母混菌发酵生产蛋白饲料,提高饲料中的粗蛋白含量。本发明根据奶牛的生理特性,调整饲料的组份比,使奶牛能保持健康的情况下增加牛奶产量,牛奶绿色健康,提高牛奶的乳脂率和乳蛋白率。

一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料。
背景技术
近几年来,我国对牛肉特别是优质牛肉的需求与日俱增,牛肉价格不断上涨,肉牛市场一直供不应求,一度以马肉代牛肉,缓解市场需求。我国南方存栏肉牛母牛占全国37%,肉牛存栏量较大,牛饲料需求量巨大。多年来,国内一直致力于南方草场和草山草坡的开发利用,但产业化进展缓慢,其主要原因是栽培牧草的成本大于所生产畜产品的收益。而我国南方大面积种植的甘蔗的蔗梢是肉牛的上等饲料原料,甘蔗叶严重过剩,因不能充分利用,在一定程度上污染环境、传播病虫害。如果针对肉牛生长过程进行有效配比,不但能最大限度地节约粮食资源、降低饲养成本,还能缓解这些副产物因过剩所造成的污染。据不完全统计,云南省目前对蔗叶作为动物饲料的利用率在25%左右。大部分蔗叶都被焚烧,不但造成环境污染,而且浪费了饲料资源。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉50-60、甘蔗叶60-70、银合欢20-25、魔芋15-20、糯米13-18、椰子汁5-20、薏仁10-13、香蕉皮25-30、废糖蜜7-9、黄油7-8、尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲、绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母、葡萄汁酵母、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将甘蔗叶晒干后粉碎,再将尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲加入适量温水中搅拌至溶化,均匀地喷洒在粉碎的甘蔗叶上,混合搅拌均匀,密封处理5-7天,得混合物料;
(2)将银合欢加入适量水研磨成汁,加入糖蜜混合均匀,加热煮沸,冷却至20-28℃,加入绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,密封发酵2-3天,得发酵液;
(3)将香蕉皮加入适量水中研磨成汁,加热煮沸,冷却至室温,接入葡萄汁酵母混合均匀,密封处理3-4天,分离发酵液与发酵渣料;
(4)将糯米、椰子汁混合后蒸熟,捣成泥状,再与步骤1的混合物料与步骤2的发酵液、步骤3的发酵渣料混合均匀,密封处理2-3天,经压榨后得压榨物料与压榨液;
(5)将黄油软化后与面粉、步骤3的发酵液混合均匀,发酵20-25分钟,与步骤4的压榨物料混合均匀,制成颗粒,烤熟,得混合颗粒;
(6)将薏仁、魔芋蒸熟后捣成泥状,再与步骤4的压榨液混合均匀,密封处理3-4小时,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤5的混合颗粒混合均匀,即可。
本发明的优点是:氨化处理是通过氨化与碱化双重作用以提高蔗叶的营养价值。利用尿素、碳酸氢铵作氨源进行氨化处理,粗蛋白质含量可提高 100%~150%,相对纤维素含量降低 10%,有机物消化率提高 20%以上,成为牛羊反刍家畜良好的粗饲料。碱类物质能使饲料纤维内部的氢键结合变弱,使纤维素分子膨胀和细胞壁中纤维素与木质素间的联系削弱,溶解半纤维素,有利于反刍动物对饲料的消化,提高粗饲料的消化率。利用糖蜜中含有的糖分、丰富的维生素及微量元素、蛋白质等与蔗叶作混配饲料,可补充蔗叶饲料缺少的能量,提高粗饲料的适口性。磷酸脲能增加家畜胃内醋酸、丙酸含量以及增强脱氢酶活性,促进牛的生理代谢和对氮、磷 、钙的吸收和利用。利用绿色木霉与产朊假丝酵母混菌发酵生产蛋白饲料,提高饲料中的粗蛋白含量。本发明根据奶牛的生理特性,调整饲料的组份比,使奶牛能保持健康的情况下增加牛奶产量,牛奶绿色健康,提高牛奶的乳脂率和乳蛋白率。
具体实施方式
一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉50、甘蔗叶60、银合欢20、魔芋15、糯米13、椰子汁5、薏仁10、香蕉皮25、废糖蜜7、黄油7、尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲、绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母、葡萄汁酵母、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将甘蔗叶晒干后粉碎,再将尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲加入适量温水中搅拌至溶化,均匀地喷洒在粉碎的甘蔗叶上,混合搅拌均匀,密封处理5天,得混合物料;
(2)将银合欢加入适量水研磨成汁,加入糖蜜混合均匀,加热煮沸,冷却至20-28℃,加入绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,密封发酵2天,得发酵液;

(6)将薏仁、魔芋蒸熟后捣成泥状,再与步骤4的压榨液混合均匀,密封处理3小时,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤5的混合颗粒混合均匀,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,选择200只体型相同、生长状况健康良好、性别比例相同的奶牛作为实验对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组100只,实验组饲养本发明的的奶牛饲料,对照组饲养普通的奶牛饲料,两组喂养次数、数量、时间均相同,试验期为3个月,试验结果表明:与对照组相比,实验组日采食量提高13%,发病率降低9%,牛奶乳蛋白率提高13%,牛奶乳脂率提高12%,说明本发明的饲料适口性更好,产奶质量明显增加。

Claims (2)

1.一种促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉50-60、甘蔗叶60-70、银合欢20-25、魔芋15-20、糯米13-18、椰子汁5-20、薏仁10-13、香蕉皮25-30、废糖蜜7-9、黄油7-8、尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲、绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母、葡萄汁酵母、水适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述促进奶牛产奶的牛饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将甘蔗叶晒干后粉碎,再将尿素、氢氧化钠、磷酸脲加入适量温水中搅拌至溶化,均匀地喷洒在粉碎的甘蔗叶上,混合搅拌均匀,密封处理5-7天,得混合物料;
(2)将银合欢加入适量水研磨成汁,加入糖蜜混合均匀,加热煮沸,冷却至20-28℃,加入绿色木霉、产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,密封发酵2-3天,得发酵液;
(3)将香蕉皮加入适量水中研磨成汁,加热煮沸,冷却至室温,接入葡萄汁酵母混合均匀,密封处理3-4天,分离发酵液与发酵渣料;
(4)将糯米、椰子汁混合后蒸熟,捣成泥状,再与步骤1的混合物料与步骤2的发酵液、步骤3的发酵渣料混合均匀,密封处理2-3天,经压榨后得压榨物料与压榨液;
(5)将黄油软化后与面粉、步骤3的发酵液混合均匀,发酵20-25分钟,与步骤4的压榨物料混合均匀,制成颗粒,烤熟,得混合颗粒;
(6)将薏仁、魔芋蒸熟后捣成泥状,再与步骤4的压榨液混合均匀,密封处理3-4小时,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤5的混合颗粒混合均匀,即可。
