The two fixing mechanisms 2 can be simultaneously fixed with floors, then one or two fixing mechanisms 2 are fixed with carpets, the six-axis mechanical arm 3 drives the product mounting mechanism 4 to move forwards and backwards and drives the dust collectors 5 to move forwards and backwards, and the situation that a person sucks dust on the floors or the carpets is simulated, so that the service lives of the dust collectors 5 can be tested, and the test is convenient; the life test equipment 100 realizes automatic life test of dust collectors, can test a plurality of dust collectors at a time, and is convenient and efficient in test.

The product fixing units 42 are also respectively provided with a timer (not labeled), the power interfaces 43 are respectively connected with the dust collectors 5 fixed on the corresponding product fixing units 42, so as to provide the dust collectors 5 with power required during operation, and the timer corresponding to the dust collectors 5 counts time and records the service lives of the dust collectors 5, so that the recording is accurate and convenient.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in combination with fig. 3, the product fixing unit 42 includes a mounting plate 421, a slider 422 slidably connected with the mounting plate 421, a lower profile block 423 disposed at one end of the slider 422 and hinged to the slider 422, an upper profile block 424 connected to the lower profile block 423, a through hole 425 disposed on the upper profile block 424, a finger cylinder 426 disposed at the through hole 425, and a tension sensor 427 disposed at the other end of the slider 422, wherein a baffle 428 is disposed at one end of the mounting plate 421 away from the lower profile block 423, and the tension sensor 427 is respectively connected to the baffle 428 and the slider 422. The lower profile block 423 and the upper profile block 424 cooperate to fix the vacuum cleaner 5, so that the fixing is reliable, and the lower profile block 423 can rotate a certain angle around the sliding block 422 in the process of advancing or retreating or lifting the vacuum cleaner 5; during the forward movement of the cleaner 5, the cleaner 5 is subjected to a rearward frictional force, and the slider 422 moves rearward; during the backward movement of the cleaner 5, the cleaner 5 is subjected to a forward friction force, the slider 422 moves forward, and the tension sensor 427 detects and records the tension and pressure during the forward and backward movement of the cleaner 5.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the through hole 425 includes a first through hole and a second through hole, and the finger cylinder 426 is disposed at the first through hole and the second through hole, respectively; the upper portion of the upper dummy block 422 is further provided with a protective cover 420 covering the two finger cylinders 426. The first through hole corresponds to a starting switch of the dust collector 5, the second through hole corresponds to an adjusting switch of the dust collector 5, the starting switch can be pressed by a finger air cylinder 426 at the first through hole to start or stop the dust collector 5, the adjusting switch is pressed by the finger air cylinder 426 at the second through hole to adjust the gear of the dust collector 5, the finger air cylinder 426 responds fast, the action is reliable, and the starting switch and the adjusting switch can be automatically opened and closed; the protective cover 420 protects and prevents dust, thus extending the service life of the finger cylinder 426.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the product fixing units 42 is 10, and the 10 product fixing units 42 are uniformly disposed on two sides of the product mounting rack 41. Specifically, 5 dust collectors 5 are respectively arranged on two sides of the product mounting rack 41, so that 10 dust collectors can be tested at the same time, and the test efficiency is high; the two fixing mechanisms 2 may be respectively provided with a floor, or one fixing mechanism 2 may be provided with a floor, and the other fixing mechanism 2 may be provided with a carpet, so that the service life of the dust collector 5 in a floor situation may be tested, or the service life of the dust collector 5 in a carpet situation may be tested.

The life test apparatus 100 of the present invention is used as follows: a plurality of dust collectors 5 are respectively arranged between the lower profiling block 423 and the upper profiling block 424, the plug of the dust collector 5 is respectively connected with the corresponding power interface 43 by locking the buckle 429, one finger cylinder 426 starts a starting switch of the dust collector 5, the other finger cylinder 426 regulates the dust collector 5 to a gear position required by testing, the six-axis manipulator 3 advances and retreats and lifts within a set range to drive the dust collectors 5 to advance and retreat and lift, thus, the situation of mopping the floor or sucking the dust on a carpet can be simulated, and the service life of the dust collector 5 is tested by timing through a timer; meanwhile, the tension sensor 427 tests and records the friction force of the dust collector 5 in the use process, so that the influence of the friction force on the service life of the dust collector 5 can be analyzed conveniently; the life test device 100 realizes the life test of the dust collectors 5 under different applicable situations, is convenient and accurate in test, can test a plurality of dust collectors 5 at one time, and has high test efficiency.
