Abstract

技术领域
本公开总的涉及制冷,更具体地涉及冰箱和冰箱制造方法。
背景技术
冰箱是用于例如在冷冻状态或冷藏状态下低温储存食物的设备。
冰箱的内部典型地通过冷空气的连续供给来冷却。冷空气通过使用制冷剂的热交换过程产生。制冷剂用于由压缩、冷凝、膨胀和蒸发组成的冷冻循环中。供给到冰箱内的冷空气通过对流均匀地移送到冰箱的内部,并且内部用于将处于期望温度下的食物储存在冰箱内。
近年来,已对冰箱增加另外的功能构件以改善用户便利性,例如饮水机、家庭酒吧、制冰装置等。此外,新冰箱通常包括新装饰构件以增强冰箱的视觉吸引力。因而,这些冰箱倾向于具有独特的设计并且通常对消费者有吸引力。
这些冰箱的冰箱门可具有独特的颜色或印刷图案。特别地,门通常使用金属板制成以呈现豪华的光滑或纹理表面,这吸引了消费者。
然而,如果使用金属板形成门,则指纹可能由于金属的特定特性而容易转移到门。这可能弄脏冰箱的外观并且使得难以维持冰箱的清洁和有吸引力的美观。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种冰箱和一种冰箱制造方法,其中通过将具有增强的耐指纹性和改善的抗冲击性的玻璃膜部件附贴至冰箱的一个或多个门来改善冰箱的金属质感外观。
根据一个实施例,公开了一种冰箱,其包括具有储存空间的主体、配置主体的表面上以选择性地开放和封闭储存空间的门、和覆盖门的前表面的至少一部分的玻璃膜部件。该玻璃膜部件包括玻璃面板、结合在玻璃面板上的保护层、和结合在保护层上的膜,其中该膜包括具有形成在透明膜层的表面上的图案的透明膜层、沉积在透明膜层上的金属沉积层、和包覆在透明膜层上的涂覆层。
根据另一实施例,公开了一种冰箱,其包括具有储存空间的主体、配置主体的表面上的门、和覆盖门的前表面的至少一部分的玻璃膜部件。该玻璃膜部件包括玻璃面板和结合在玻璃面板上的膜,其中该膜包括透明膜层、配置在透明膜层上的印刷层、和配置在透明膜层上的涂覆层,其中该涂覆层具有预定图案。

参照图1和2,冰箱10可包括包含储存空间的主体100、与主体100联接以选择性地开放和封闭储存隔室的门200、以及构造成覆盖门200的前表面的至少一部分的玻璃膜部件300。
主体100可包括用于储存食物的储存空间。具体地,主体100可包括通过竖直屏障115分隔的冷藏隔室110和冷冻隔室120,以及配置在冷藏隔室110或冷冻隔室120的背面的冷空气产生隔室(未示出)。
冷藏隔室110利用冷空气产生隔室中产生的冷空气将食物储存在冷藏状态下。冷藏隔室110的内部空间可由门200密封。
冷冻隔室120利用冷空气产生隔室中产生的冷空气将食物储存在冷冻状态下。冷冻隔室120可通过屏障115与冷藏隔室110分离。冷冻隔室120的内部空间可由门200密封。
门200可在上端和下端安装在主体100上以密封储存空间,并且可采用例如利用一个或多个铰链允许门200围绕门200的边缘旋转以开放和封闭储存空间的方式安装。门200的前表面可至少部分地由玻璃膜部件300覆盖。
门200的后表面可由衬垫部件210限定。门200的侧面可由一对侧框架220形成。门200的上表面可由上罩帽230形成,并且门200的下表面可由下罩帽240限定。
图3是示出根据本公开的一个实施例的示例性玻璃膜部件的图。
参照图3,玻璃膜部件300可包括玻璃面板310、与玻璃面板310结合的保护层320和结合在保护层320上的膜330。
玻璃面板310用作用于玻璃膜部件300的基层并且可包括例如具有预定强度的强化玻璃。
保护层320可结合在玻璃面板310上并且可包括例如聚氯乙烯树脂。
玻璃面板310和保护层320可通过配置在玻璃面板310与保护层320之间的粘附层315相互结合。粘附层315可包括例如包含聚氨酯的紫外线硬化树脂、基于丙烯酰基的单体、基于丙烯酰基的低聚物、光引发剂或用于变更粘附层的物理特性的添加剂。
根据一些实施例,刮板300的厚度大致在10μm与20μm之间以确保粘附层316与玻璃面板310之间的结合力足够强。
根据一些实施例,粘附层315具有小于10的雾度值以确保可从膜330的外部看到金属沉积层334。
在保护层320上可形成有结合层325。结合层325可用于将膜330与保护层320结合。结合层325可包括例如基于丙烯酰基的树脂、基于丙烯酸聚氨酯的树脂、环氧树脂、基于聚氨酯的树脂、基于聚异氰酸酯的树脂、基于聚酯的树脂、基于丙烯酸盐的树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、基于聚酰胺的树脂、基于三聚氰胺的树脂、基于合成树脂的树脂或基于聚乙烯醇的树脂。
根据一些实施例,结合层325的厚度在1μm与5μm之间以强化膜330与保护层320之间的结合,并且防止玻璃膜部件300的厚度不必要地变大。
膜330可包括在其下表面上具有预定图案333的透明膜层332、通过充填图案333而沉积的金属沉积层334、和包覆在透明膜层332上的涂覆层336。根据一些实施例,金属沉积层334在充填图案333时沉积。
透明膜层332可由例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂制成。
根据一些实施例,透明膜层332的厚度在20μm与100μm之间以确保透明膜层332能支承涂覆层336,并且确保可从膜330的外部充分看到金属沉积层334。
膜330可包括由透明膜层332的下表面上的图案333形成的金属纹理或质地。图案333可以是浮凸图案、雕刻图案、发际线(hair line)图案等。例如,图案333可包括以下图案中的至少一者:微细不规则图案、镜像图案、蚀刻图案、振动图案和珠光面图案。
根据一些实施例,图案333的厚度在3μm与20μm之间以增强膜330的金属质感外观。
金属沉积层334可通过充填透明膜层332的图案333而沉积。金属沉积层334可透过涂覆层336和透明膜层332观察。这样,膜330提供与金属相似的纹理或外观并且外观可看上去有金属质感。
金属沉积层334可强调或增强透明膜层332的图案333并且使透明膜层323看上去更有金属质感。金属沉积层334使得透明膜层332的图案333的图像根据视角而呈现不同颜色。这是因为从金属沉积层334的表面反射的光的波长根据入射光的波长而在穿过透明膜层332的图案333之后改变。例如,金属沉积层334可包含钛(Ti)和铬(Cr)。比较低的氧化程度最大限度地减少了金属沉积层334的端面的氧化并且提高了膜330的耐化学性。
金属沉积层334可以是单层的金属膜层或多层的金属膜层。当使用多层的金属膜层时,可以呈现特定的颜色或纹理,例如光亮的金属质感外观或纹理。
涂覆层336可施加至透明膜层332。涂覆层336可包括例如包含聚氨酯的紫外线硬化树脂、基于丙烯酰基的单体、基于丙烯酰基的低聚物、光引发剂和用于补偿某些物理特性的其它添加剂。涂覆层336可配置在膜330的最上层上以增加膜330的表面硬度。根据一些实施例,涂覆层336的表面基本上是光滑的以增强膜330的耐指纹性和耐污性。
现在将参考图4至6描述根据本发明的实施例的制造冰箱(例如,冰箱10)的方法。
图4是示出用于实施根据本发明的实施例的用于制造设置有图3所示的玻璃膜部件的冰箱的方法的步骤的示例性顺序的流程图。图5和6是示出用于实施根据本发明的实施例的准备图3所示的玻璃膜部件的方法的步骤的示例性顺序的图。
在主体100中形成储存空间(S100),并且将构造成选择性地开放和封闭储存空间的门200与主体100联接(S200)。
为了安装门200,准备玻璃面板310(S300),并且准备覆盖玻璃面板310的保护层320以及膜330(S400)。
现在将参考图5和6描述准备膜330的步骤。
如图5所示,金属沉积层334通过充填透明膜层332的图案333而沉积,其中图案333配置在透明膜层332的下表面上。
金属沉积层334通过溅镀工艺、真空热沉积工艺等形成。例如,当利用溅镀工艺形成金属沉积层334时,金属沉积层由于以等离子体状态涂覆在透明膜层332的下表面上的金属纳米粒子而具有约0.70光学密度(OD)的厚度。或者,金属沉积层334可利用真空热沉积工艺形成,其中真空沉积在约10-4托(Torr)至约10-6托的压力和约300℃至约800℃的温度下执行。然而,形成金属沉积层334的方法不限于此。
如果金属沉积层334的表面露出,则露出的表面可能氧化。金属沉积层334可由于氧化而与透明膜层332分离。根据一些实施例,金属沉积层334包括氧化程度较低的钛(Ti)和/或铬(Cr)。
如图6所示,在透明膜层332上涂覆有紫外线硬化的树脂。此后,利用例如紫外线灯(未示出)用紫外线照射紫外线硬化树脂。
随着紫外线硬化树脂通过紫外线层的照射硬化,涂覆层336与透明膜层332结合。
将保护层320经粘附层315结合在玻璃面板310上(S500)。然后,将膜330仅结合层325结合在保护层320上(S600)。
通过保护层320和膜330附贴在其上的玻璃面板310覆盖门200的前表面的至少一部分(S700)。根据一些实施例,保护层320和膜330附贴在其上的玻璃面板310包括玻璃膜部件300。
玻璃膜部件300、侧框架220、上罩帽230和下罩帽240固定在下发泡夹具(未示出)上。衬垫部件210固定在上发泡夹具(未示出)上。
下发泡夹具和上发泡夹具组装在一起。将发泡液注入形成在上发泡夹具与下发泡夹具之间的内部空间中。加热下发泡夹具和上发泡夹具。此后,利用例如铰链将门200安装在主体100上,由此将门200与主体100联接以使得门200可选择性地开放和封闭主体100的储存空间。
玻璃膜部件300覆盖图1和2所示的冰箱10的门200的前表面的至少一部分。
现在将参考图7描述根据本公开的另一实施例的示例性玻璃膜部件301。
图7是示出根据本公开的实施例的示例性玻璃膜部件的图。
膜321可包括透明膜层322、配置在透明膜层322的下表面上的印刷层326和配置在透明膜层322上的涂覆层324。
除下表面结构外,透明膜层322与参考图3描述的透明膜层332基本上相似。因此,将省略其重复描述。例如,透明膜层322可具有扁平的下表面结构。根据一些实施例,不在透明膜层322的下表面上形成预定图案,因为在涂覆层324的上表面上形成有稍后将描述的发际线328。
印刷层326可配置在透明膜层322的下表面上。印刷层326可利用不同颜色的颜料印刷在透明膜层322的整个下表面上。或者,可印刷特定图案。
在这方面,可通过视觉透过涂覆层324和透明膜层322识别印刷层326。这使得玻璃膜部件301能够呈现不同颜色或特定图案。
涂覆层324可配置在透明膜层322上,并且可包含例如紫外线硬化树脂。涂覆层324可具有配置在其上表面上的发际线328。
在这方面,发际线328可以是选自由竖直发际线图案、水平发际线图案、多向发际线图案、非定向发际线图案和圆形发际线图案。
发际线328的厚度可以是约5μm至约15μm。如果发际线328的厚度小于约5μm,则在金属表面上观察到的微细发际线几乎看不到,并且可能根本看不到。这允许印刷层提供金属外观。如果发际线328的厚度大于约15μm,则发际线328可能看上去没有金属质感。此外,这可能不利地影响最终产品的物理特性(例如,强度或耐久性)。
现在将参考图8和9描述根据本发明的实施例的制造上述冰箱的示例性方法。
图8是示出用于实施用于制造冰箱(例如,设置有如图7所示的玻璃膜部件的冰箱)的方法的步骤的示例性顺序的流程图。图9是示出准备玻璃膜部件(例如,图1所示的玻璃膜部件)的膜的示例性方法的图。
在主体100中形成储存空间(S101)。然后,将构造成选择性地开放和封闭储存空间的门200(参见图1)与主体100联接(S201)。
为了安装门200,准备玻璃面板311(S301),并且还准备覆盖玻璃面板311的膜321(S401)。
现在将参考图9具体描述根据本发明的实施例的准备覆盖玻璃面板311的膜321的步骤。
参照图9,涂覆层324配置在透明膜层322上,在透明膜层322的下表面上已印刷有印刷层326。例如,印刷层326通过凹版印刷工艺、丝网印刷工艺等印刷在透明膜层322的下表面上。涂覆层324利用例如压印工艺配置在透明膜层322上。
具体地,具有成型辊侧发际线351的成型辊350与墨辊340接触,并且墨辊340的油墨转移到成型辊侧发际线351。油墨可包括例如紫外线硬化油墨。
成型辊350在透明膜层322上滚动并且照射紫外线。结果,已直接压印有成型辊侧发际线351的涂覆层324配置在透明膜层322上。
然后可利用粘附层316将膜321结合在玻璃面板311上(S501)。
粘附层315可包含例如通过紫外线的照射而硬化的紫外线硬化树脂以强化粘附。因此,与典型的粘附剂相比,粘附层315能够将膜321与玻璃面板311牢固地结合。
然后,利用已附贴有膜321的玻璃面板311覆盖门200的前表面的至少一部分(S601)。在这方面,膜321附贴在其上的玻璃面板311被称为玻璃膜部件301。
然后,将玻璃膜部件301、侧框架220、上罩帽230和下罩帽240(参见图2)固定在下发泡夹具(未示出)上。将衬垫部件210固定在上发泡夹具(未示出)上。下发泡夹具和上发泡夹具联接在一起。
将发泡液注入形成在上发泡夹具与下发泡夹具之间的内部空间中。加热下发泡夹具和上发泡夹具。此后,利用例如铰链将门200安装在主体100上,以将门200与主体100联接以使得门200可选择性地开放和封闭主体100的储存空间。

Claims (19)
1.一种冰箱,包括:
包括储存空间的主体;
门,所述门配置在主体的表面上并且能够操作成选择性地开放和封闭储存空间;和玻璃膜部件,玻璃膜部件覆盖所述门的前表面的至少一部分,
其中,玻璃膜部件包括:
玻璃面板;
保护层,保护层结合在玻璃面板上;和
结合在保护层上的膜,其中膜包括:
透明膜层,透明膜层包括形成在透明膜层的表面上的图案;
金属沉积层,金属沉积层通过充填图案的沟槽而沉积在透明膜层上;和
配置在透明膜层上的涂覆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,金属沉积层包含钛和铬中的至少一者。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,涂覆层包含紫外线硬化树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,玻璃膜部件还包括:
粘附层,粘附层配置在玻璃面板与保护层之间并且能够操作成将玻璃面板与保护层结合;和
结合层,结合层配置在保护层与膜之间并且能够操作成将保护层与膜结合,并且
其中,粘附层包含紫外线硬化树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,所述门包括:
形成所述门的后表面的衬垫部件;
形成所述门的左侧和右侧的一对侧框架;
形成所述门的上表面的上罩帽;和
形成所述门的下表面的下罩帽,
其中,在所述门中在玻璃膜部件、衬垫部件、侧框架、上罩帽与下罩帽之间形成有内部空间,并且其中发泡液注入内部空间中以将玻璃膜部件、衬垫部件、侧框架、上罩帽和下罩帽联接在一起。
6.一种冰箱,包括:
包括储存空间的主体;
门,所述门配置在主体的表面上并且能够操作成选择性地开放和封闭储存空间;和玻璃膜部件,玻璃膜部件覆盖所述门的前表面的至少一部分,
其中,玻璃膜部件包括:
玻璃面板;和
与玻璃面板结合的膜,其中膜包括:
透明膜层;
配置在透明膜层上的印刷层;和
配置在透明膜层上的涂覆层,其中涂覆层包括配置在涂覆层的外表面上的预定图案。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中,涂覆层包含紫外线硬化树脂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,还包括配置在玻璃面板与膜之间并且能操作成将玻璃面板与膜结合的粘附层。
9.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中,预定图案包括发际线图案。
10.一种冰箱门制造方法,所述方法包括:
在透明膜层上形成图案;
通过充填图案的沟槽而在透明膜层上沉积金属沉积物;
将涂覆层施加到透明膜层上;
通过在保护层与玻璃面板之间配置粘附层而将保护层与玻璃面板结合;
通过在膜与保护层之间配置结合层来将膜结合到保护层上;以及
使用玻璃面板覆盖冰箱门的前表面的至少一部分,其中玻璃面板与保护层和膜联接。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,利用溅镀工艺和真空热沉积工艺中的至少一者形成金属沉积层。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,涂覆层包括紫外线硬化的树脂。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,金属沉积层包含钛和铬中的至少一者。
14.一种冰箱制造方法,所述方法包括:
在主体中形成储存空间;和
将门与主体联接,其中所述门能操作成选择性地开放和封闭储存空间;
准备构造成覆盖玻璃面板的膜;
通过在玻璃面板与膜之间配置粘附层而将膜结合到玻璃面板上;以及
使用玻璃面板覆盖所述门的前表面的至少一部分,其中玻璃面板与膜联接,并且其中准备膜包括:
在透明膜层的表面上形成印刷层;和
在透明膜层上形成涂覆层,其中涂覆层包括形成在表面上的预定图案。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,涂覆层通过压印工艺形成。
16.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,预定图案包括发际线图案。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括将金属沉积层沉积成预定图案。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,金属沉积层包含钛和铬中的至少一者。
19.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,涂覆层包括紫外线硬化的树脂。
