本发明公开一种转切频率式消音器，包括罐体，罐体两侧设有进出口，在罐体内壁设有消音频段，罐体内部两侧靠近出入口处设有转切频率器，转切频率器中间的形成的空间为消声容纳区；转切频率器为锥形冲孔板网，能最大限度的消切频率，削弱噪音；转切频率器、消声容纳区能够削弱、改变频率、吸收噪音；本发明的优点是设备结构简单，实用、安装维修方便，安装在安装在空气动力设备的气流通道上或进、排气系统中可消除65%的噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备领域，尤其是涉及一种转切频率式消音器。
背景技术
消音器是阻止声音传播而允许气流通过的一种器件，是消除空气动力性噪声的重要措施。消音器是安装在空气动力设备（如鼓风机、空压机、锅炉排气口、发电机、水泵等排气口噪音较大的设备）的气流通道上或进、排气系统中的降低噪声的装置；在电站锅炉PCV/ERV安全阀(动力释放阀)、锅筒安全阀及过热器安全阀、再热器安全阀等压力装置的安全门，其蒸汽放空会产生过大的噪声，以往常见的多级节流及小孔喷注的消音降音手段效果差，需要消音的设备复杂。
发明内容
为克服上述问题，解决消音效果差的问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种转切频率式消音器，包括罐体，罐体两侧设有进出口，在罐体内壁设有消音频段，罐体内部两侧靠近出入口处设有转切频率器，转切频率器中间的形成的空间为消声容纳区。
转切频率器为锥形冲孔板网，能最大限度的消切频率，削弱噪音；转切频率器。
转切频率器、消声容纳区能够削弱、改变频率、吸收噪音。
本发明的优点：设备结构简单，实用、安装维修方便，安装在安装在空气动力设备的气流通道上或进、排气系统中可消除65%的噪音。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种转切频率式消音器，包括罐体1，罐体1两侧设有进出口，在罐体1内壁设有消音频段2，罐体1内部两侧靠近出入口处设有转切频率器3，转切频率器3中间的形成的空间为消声容纳区4，消声容纳区4可再次吸收噪音。
转切频率器3为锥形冲孔板网，能最大限度的消切频率，削弱噪音；转切频率器。
转切频率器3、消声容纳区4能够削弱、改变频率、吸收噪音。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转切频率式消音器，其特征在于：转切频率器（3）为锥形冲孔板网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种转切频率式消音器，其特征在于：转切频率器（3）、消声容纳区（4）能够削弱、改变频率、吸收噪音。
