背景技术
水暖是地板辐射采暖的其中一种，也是目前最流行的一种采暖方式，它比起电暖还是相当有优势的。水暖是通过地面盘管，管道里有循环流动的热水，通过地板辐射层中的热媒，均匀加热整个地面，利用地面自身的蓄热和热量向上辐射的规律由下至上进行传导，来达到取暖的目的。由于在室内形成脚底至头部逐渐递减的温度梯度，从而给人以脚暖头凉的舒适感。地面辐射供暖符合中医温足而顶凉的健身理论，是目前最舒适的采暖方式，也是现代生活品质的象征。
申请号为201620238603.X，名称为一种水暖保温地板及其安装结构的发明专利，包括矩形结构的陶瓷板以及涂覆于陶瓷板背面的保温层，保温层内部水平设置有若干条用于插装暖水管的水管通道，且各水管通道均从保温层的一个侧面贯穿至另一个侧面；保温层的四个底脚处分别设置有一个用于与龙骨连接的连接件，该发明结构简单，安装方便，提高了施工效率，降低了成本。
但是其在安装的过程中，操作十分不方便，需要多个龙骨，浪费了很多的安装原料，而且龙骨的架设过程周期较长，延缓了地板的安装效率，因此设计了一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足，本发明提供一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，通过发热水暖管来实现对于保温地板加热，水温调控方式简单，使得保温地板的温度容易控制，而地板在安装的时候，通过地面上设置的安装足配合安装凹槽实现对准，提高了安装的效率，可通过在地面上预铺设安装足来快速的固定地板，通过十字形的安装足确保了地板被稳定的固定住，安装快速便捷，值得推广。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，包括基板，所述基板上端设置有发热水暖管，所述发热水暖管上端设置有一层保温毡，所述保温毡上端设置有热熔胶层，所述热熔胶层上端设置有木质面板，所述木质面板上端设置有一层耐磨层，所述基板下端设置有安装卡槽，所述安装卡槽下端活动连接有一安装足；

本发明中，值得说明的是，如图1所示，所述耐磨层6采用三氧化二铝表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺树脂制成，其厚度为3mm-5mm，耐磨能力强，可很好的保护木质面板5。
本发明中，值得说明的是，如图1所示，所述发热水暖管2上下两端设置有缓冲橡胶层14，所述缓冲橡胶层14采用聚氨酯橡胶材料制成，保护水管不被压坏。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：包括基板(1)，所述基板(1)上端设置有发热水暖管(2)，所述发热水暖管(2)上端设置有一层保温毡(3)，所述保温毡(3)上端设置有热熔胶层(4)，所述热熔胶层(4)上端设置有木质面板(5)，所述木质面板(5)上端设置有一层耐磨层(6)，所述基板(1)下端设置有安装卡槽(7)，所述安装卡槽(7)下端活动连接有一安装足(8)；
所述安装足(8)包括十字主体(9)，所述十字主体(9)上表面设置有一固定钉(10)，所述十字主体(9)底部设置有安装部(11)，所述安装部(11)内设置有安装穿孔(12)，所述十字主体(9)上表面上设置有垫片(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述保温毡(3)采用纳米二氧化硅气凝胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述耐磨层(6)采用三氧化二铝表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺树脂制成，其厚度为3mm-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述发热水暖管(2)上下两端设置有缓冲橡胶层(14)，所述缓冲橡胶层(14)采用聚氨酯橡胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述基板(1)两端分别设置有榫槽(15)与榫舌(16)，所述榫槽(15)与榫舌(16)相互匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述固定钉(10)形状为圆锥形结构，所述固定钉(10)采用钨钴合金材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述垫片(13)形状为长方形薄片，所述垫片(13)上表面设置有若干V字形的防滑纹路(17)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便于安装的水暖保温地板，其特征在于：所述十字主体(9)上设置有增强筋(18)，所述增强筋(18)设置在十字主体(9)侧面上，所述增强筋(18)采用FRP材料制成。
