本发明属于纺织品功能整理加工领域,特别是涉及一种采用低温等离子体技术、溶胶-凝胶技术和免烫整理技术相结合的方式,生产多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法。
背景技术
棉纤维具有吸湿性优良、透气性好、手感柔软等优点,但由于其织物缩水率大、弹性差、容易起皱、外观保型性较差的缺点,严重影响了棉纤维的进一步使用,免烫整理技术的运用弥补了这些缺点,也成为目前纯棉织物抗皱整理的主要方法。
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们已不在满足对纯棉单一的免烫功能,而是趋向舒适、卫生、环保等多功能、高功能、复合功能的方向发展。
目前市场上的功能整理剂基本上都是单一功能,要想得到多功能效果,有两种途径:一是按一定先后顺序,对各种功能的整理剂进行单独整理,缺点是流程长、整理效果的重演性和稳定性差;二是把不同功能的整理剂复配后再进行加工,但很多整理剂的性能不同、相互间互为干扰,对整理加工带来了很大的困扰。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种采用低温等离子体技术、溶胶-凝胶技术和免烫整理技术相结合的方式,生产多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法。
技术方案:一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)织物先浸轧由改性的二氧化钛水溶胶和防缩防皱树脂组成的多功能整理液;
2)采用低温烘干方式除去织物上的水分;
3)对织物进行低温等离子体处理;
4)高温焙烘,确保树脂充分交联;
5)高温汽蒸处理,提高二氧化钛的成膜性、结晶度以及与棉织物的结合牢度;
6)烘干定型,确保织物的平整。
进一步的,步骤1)中的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,浸渍时间1~10min,轧余率70%~90%;多功能整理液的组成如下:

有益效果:本发明采用低温等离子体技术、溶胶-凝胶技术和免烫整理技术相结合的方式,在保证防缩防皱功能时,还赋予织物抗紫外、抗菌、自清洁的功能;产品的耐洗性能提高,经过多次洗涤后,依然保持优异的免烫、抗紫外、抗菌和自清洁功能;可以降低树脂用量,对于含甲醛树脂,可进一步减少织物中的游离甲醛含量;整理加工时不再需要另外添加催化剂,对于丁烷四羧酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、丙烯三酸等多元羧酸类防缩防皱树脂,无需使用次磷酸钠作催化剂,避免了残余整理液对环境的富营养化污染。

(1)称取总用量一半的冰醋酸,室温下,一边搅拌一边缓慢加入钛酸丁酯,加完后继续搅拌5~10min;然后再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入硅酸乙酯,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟;接着再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入乙酰丙酮,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟;最后再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入聚乙二醇,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟,得黄色透明溶液A;
(2)将硝酸银先用少量去离子水溶解,然后加入适量的去离子水搅拌,最后加入剩余的一半冰醋酸,搅拌5~10分钟,得透明溶液B;
(3)在30℃水浴、800~1200r/min的条件下,将溶液B逐滴滴加到溶液A中,滴加完毕后,在水浴中持续剧烈搅拌3小时,得黄色透明水溶胶,并成化处理48小时;
(4)称取一定量的氧化石墨烯,加入少量去离子水,超声振荡溶解18小时后,再加入适量去离子水,配成一定浓度的氧化石墨烯溶液;
(5)室温下,于成化处理的黄色水溶胶中一边搅拌一边缓慢加入总量约四分之三的去离子水,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟;然后再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入适量的氧化石墨烯溶液,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟;接着再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入一定量的防缩防皱树脂,加完后继续搅拌5~10分钟;最后再一边搅拌一边缓慢加入剩余的去离子水至一定体积,加完后继续搅拌30分钟,得多功能整理液。
实施例2
一种多功能全棉彩色免烫织物的整理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)一浸一轧,浸渍时间5min,轧余率80%;多功能整理液的组成如下:
钛酸丁酯 6.8g/L
冰醋酸 9.6g/L
硅酸乙酯 3.12g/L
硝酸银 0.119g/L
乙酰丙酮 2g/L
聚乙二醇 16g/L
氧化石墨烯 1mg/L
防缩防皱树脂KH-1 60g/L
去离子水 余量;
2)平幅烘干,烘干温度为90℃, 烘干时间为3min;
3)采用氧气低温等离子体,处理功率60W、气压30Pa,处理时间5min。
4)平幅焙烘,焙烘温度为150℃,焙烘时间为3min;
5)平幅松式汽蒸,汽蒸温度为100℃,汽蒸时间为120min;
6)平幅烘干,烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间为3min。
实施例3
一种多功能全棉色织免烫织物的整理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)一浸一轧,浸渍时间7min,轧余率80%;多功能整理液的组成如下:
钛酸丁酯 8.5g/L
冰醋酸 24g/L
硅酸乙酯 10.4g/L
硝酸银 0.102g/L
乙酰丙酮 4g/L
聚乙二醇 40g/L
氧化石墨烯 1.5mg/L
丁烷四羧酸 100g/L
去离子水 余量;
2)平幅烘干,烘干温度为100℃, 烘干时间为3min;
3)采用氧气低温等离子体,处理功率80W、气压30Pa,处理时间4min。
4)平幅焙烘,焙烘温度为150℃,焙烘时间为3min;
5)平幅松式汽蒸,汽蒸温度为100℃,汽蒸时间为180min;
6)平幅烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为3min。
本发明采用低温等离子体技术、溶胶-凝胶技术和免烫整理技术相结合的方式,在保证防缩防皱功能时,还赋予织物抗紫外、抗菌、自清洁的功能;产品的耐洗性能提高,经过多次洗涤后,依然保持优异的免烫、抗紫外、抗菌和自清洁功能;可以降低树脂用量,对于含甲醛树脂,可进一步减少织物中的游离甲醛含量;整理加工时不再需要另外添加催化剂,对于丁烷四羧酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、丙烯三酸等多元羧酸类防缩防皱树脂,无需使用次磷酸钠作催化剂,避免了残余整理液对环境的富营养化污染。

Claims (8)

1.一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)织物先浸轧由改性的二氧化钛水溶胶和防缩防皱树脂组成的多功能整理液;
2)采用低温烘干方式除去织物上的水分;
3)对织物进行低温等离子体处理;
4)高温焙烘,确保树脂充分交联;
5)高温汽蒸处理,提高二氧化钛的成膜性、结晶度以及与棉织物的结合牢度;
6)烘干定型,确保织物的平整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,浸渍时间1~10min,轧余率70%~90%;多功能整理液的组成如下:
钛酸丁酯 3.4~68g/L
冰醋酸 4.8~96g/L
硅酸乙酯 0.2~40g/L
硝酸银 0.017~0.17g/L
乙酰丙酮 1~10g/L
聚乙二醇 10~80g/L
氧化石墨烯 0.5~50mg/L
防缩防皱树脂 50~150g/L
去离子水 余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中为平幅烘干,烘干温度为80℃~100℃, 烘干时间为1~10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中为平幅处理,采用空气、氧或氨气低温等离子体,处理功率50-400W、气压20-100Pa,处理时间1-10min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中为平幅焙烘,焙烘温度为120℃~160℃,焙烘时间为2~10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤5)中采用平幅松式汽蒸,汽蒸温度为80℃~135℃,汽蒸时间为30~240min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤6)中为平幅烘干,烘干温度为100℃~120℃,烘干时间为1~5min。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能全棉免烫织物的整理方法,其特征在于:防缩防皱树脂含有甲醛时,为低甲醛或超低甲醛的M2D树脂;所述防缩防皱树脂不含甲醛时,为丁烷四羧酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、丙烯三酸等多元羧酸类化合物中的一种或一种以上。
