本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种高光耐候银光漆。其是由A和B两种组分组成:A组分由以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,聚氨酯预聚体30‑50份、辛酸亚锡1‑1.5份、油酸亚锡1‑1.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂3‑8份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚2‑8份、消泡剂BYK‑8800 0.8‑1.0份、珠光粉0.4‑0.6份;B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂5‑10份、含羟基有机硅树脂4‑6份。本发明涂料具有高耐候、高耐磨耐刮、高光泽耐水性、高弹性、平整度好、耐洗刷好、防霉、修饰性强的优点,适合户外墙面的使用。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种高光耐候银光漆。
背景技术
建筑外墙涂料的主要功能是装饰和保护建筑物外墙,通常的外墙涂料大多数以装饰为主,以保护为辅。随着工业的不断发展,大气污染越来越严重,全球气候状况也不断恶化,然而,人们对自身生活质量的要求却逐步提高。基于这样的现实情况,现代建筑对外墙涂料提出了“三高一低”的要求,即高耐候性、高耐沾污性、高保色性和低毒性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高光耐候银光漆。其具有高耐候、高光泽耐水性耐洗刷性好、防滑性好、防腐性优异、附着力优异、快干、高弹性、平整度好、耐洗刷好、防霉、修饰性强优点,可以在低温时候施工,适合在墙面以及地面使用,需要保护和美观的地面,可以做艺术地面罩光,还可以用在机械喷漆上。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

所述A组分由以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,聚氨酯预聚体30-50份、辛酸亚锡1-1.5份、油酸亚锡1-1.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂3-8份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚2-8份、消泡剂BYK-8800 0.8-1.0份、珠光粉0.4-0.6份;
所述B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂5-10份、含羟基有机硅树脂4-6份。
其中A与B按质量比10:1混合。
其中珠光粉的含量为60wt%二氧化钛,20wt%三氧化二铁,20wt%二氧化硅,总质量分数为100%。
其中含羟基有机硅树脂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成制备得到的。
所述高光耐候银光漆的施工方法具体为:
(1)A组分的配制:将聚氨酯预聚体、辛酸亚锡、聚丙烯酸树脂、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚在反应釜80-90℃下搅拌1-1.5h,降温到30-40℃迅速将其它原料加入下搅拌40min,抽真空包装;
(2)B组分的配制:将含羟基有机硅树脂与丙烯酸树脂进行混合以1400r/min搅拌20min;
(3)将A组分与B组分按照质量比10:1混合在1400r/min下搅拌20min。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明中采用聚氨酯预聚体(PU)作为涂层的基体,其分子结构中含有大量的氨基甲酸酯键和醚键,具有高弹性和柔软性,可以克服聚丙烯酸树脂(PA)的热粘冷脆的缺点,二者共聚成膜可以极大提高膜层的耐候性,并且通过PU与PA的聚合既保留了PU的特点又改进了PA特性的新型复合树脂,使其具有较好弹性、高光泽度以及良好的耐水性。
(2)本发明中B组分中通过有机硅树脂预聚体上的硅羟基和乙氧基与丙烯酸树脂上的羟基进行缩合反应,制备出具有耐高温有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,这极大提高了本发明涂层耐高温耐侯性能。
(3)本发明涂膜外观光洁平整,通过A组分与B组分的复合作用,其经过施工后装饰效果好,其耐水性、耐碱性、耐酸性、耐高温、耐洗刷性和耐人工气候老化性优良,适合户外墙面的涂装。
具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
所述一种高光耐候银光漆,由A和B两种组分组成:
所述A组分由以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,聚氨酯预聚体30份、辛酸亚锡1份、油酸亚锡1份、聚丙烯酸树脂3份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚5份、消泡剂BYK-8800 0.8份、珠光粉0.5份;
所述B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂5份、含羟基有机硅树脂5份。
其中A与B按质量比10:1混合。
其中珠光粉的含量为60wt%二氧化钛,20wt%三氧化二铁,20wt%二氧化硅,总质量分数为100%。
其中含羟基有机硅树脂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成制备得到的。
所述高光耐候银光漆的施工方法具体为:
(1)A组分的配制:将聚氨酯预聚体、辛酸亚锡、聚丙烯酸树脂、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚在反应釜80℃下搅拌1h,降温到30℃迅速将其它原料加入下搅拌40min,抽真空包装;
(2)B组分的配制:将甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、无水乙醇按照质量比33:7:6:50混合,在50℃水浴反应下滴入pH为4的水(加入水的质量与无水乙醇等量),然后升温到120℃下继续反应45min,减压抽滤得到含羟基有机硅树脂预聚体,将含羟基有机硅树脂预聚体与丙烯酸树脂混合以1400r/min搅拌下20min;
(3)将A组分与B组分按照质量比10:1混合在1400r/min下搅拌20min。
实施例2
所述一种高光耐候银光漆,由A和B两种组分组成:
所述A组分由以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,聚氨酯预聚体40份、辛酸亚锡1份、油酸亚锡1份、聚丙烯酸树脂5份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚6份、消泡剂BYK-8800 1.0份、珠光粉0.5份;
所述B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂7份、含羟基有机硅树脂6份。
其中A与B按质量比10:1混合。
其中珠光粉的含量为60wt%二氧化钛,20wt%三氧化二铁,20wt%二氧化硅,总质量分数为100%。
其中含羟基有机硅树脂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成制备得到的。

所述B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂10份、含羟基有机硅树脂6份。
其中A与B按质量比10:1混合。
其中珠光粉的含量为60wt%二氧化钛,20wt%三氧化二铁,20wt%二氧化硅,总质量分数为100%。
其中含羟基有机硅树脂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成制备得到的。
所述高光耐候银光漆的施工方法具体为:

(3)将A组分与B组分按照质量比10:1混合在1400r/min下搅拌20min。

1.一种高光耐候银光漆,其特征在于:所述银光漆是由A和B两种组分组成:
A组分由以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,聚氨酯预聚体30-50份、辛酸亚锡1-1.5份、油酸亚锡1-1.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂3-8份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚2-8份、消泡剂BYK-88000.8-1.0份、珠光粉0.4-0.6份;
B组分包括以下原料配制而成:按重量份计,丙烯酸树脂5-10份、含羟基有机硅树脂4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高光耐候银光漆,其特征在于:其中A与B按质量比10:1混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高光耐候银光漆,其特征在于:其中含羟基有机硅树脂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基硅二醇和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成制备得到的。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的高光耐候银光漆的施工方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
(1)A组分的配制:将聚氨酯预聚体、辛酸亚锡、聚丙烯酸树脂、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚在反应釜80-90℃下搅拌1-1.5h,降温到30-40℃迅速将其它原料加入下搅拌40min,抽真空包装;
(2)B组分的配制:将含羟基有机硅树脂与丙烯酸树脂进行混合在1400r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将A组分与B组分按照质量比10:1混合在1400r/min下搅拌20min。
