Description
技术领域
本发明涉及反光漆技术领域,具体的说,涉及了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
环卫车是用于城市市容整理、清洁的专用车辆。环卫车主要分为洒水车系列和垃圾车系列为主;一般环卫车的速度较慢。随着社会的发展,越来越多的汽车行驶在马路上,它们的速度较快,环卫车行驶在马路上时,导致交通安全性不足,尤其是在凌晨或者夜间作业时,所以需要提高环卫车的醒目性。
目前的环卫车车辆外壳体,主要采用普通油漆处理,表现的不够亮,其在夜间或光线较暗的情况下,其安全性也降低了,现有的油漆一般只考虑到其防腐蚀性、持久性;而没有考虑到其反光性的特别用处,在有需要的情况,在防腐性油漆外在涂上一层反光油漆,增加其喷涂工艺复杂性。
在公开号为CN104845462A的专利文件中,公开了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,各原料重量份数为树脂10-40份、铝粉2-20份、去离子水10-30份、有机溶剂10-40份、防沉剂0.1-2份、增塑剂0.1-1份、反光玻璃微珠20-70份、纳米级反光粉30-35份、蜡液5-10份、润湿分散剂1-3份、缔合型增稠剂1-5份、PH调节剂1-2份。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,配合设计合理,喷涂处理后具有金属光泽效果,不会脱落、褪色,外观效果理想,产品耐用性强,反光效果好;制作工艺简单方便。
在公开号为CN101348638A的专利文件中,公开了一种高效反光漆,各原料的重量百分比分别是树脂10-40%、铝粉浆2-20%、有机溶剂10-40%、防沉剂0.1-2%、增塑剂0.1-1%、反光玻璃微珠20-70%,其特征在于所述反光玻璃微珠的细度为300-800目,所述反光漆的粘度为20-40s。使用时,只需一把喷枪,喷涂一次即可成型,本发明操作简便,便于推广,而且具有鲜明的夜间反光效果。
上述反光漆中,环保性不足,而且附着能力差,耐腐蚀耐热性能不佳,所以需要一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆及其制备方法,制备简单,环保污染小,具有较佳地反光能力,附着能力强,耐热耐腐蚀,防锈。
本发明提供的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,包括以下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液40-50份、氟碳树脂20-30份、肌醇六磷酸酯4-8份、石英粉6-8份、铝粉3-5份、氧化锌7-9份、过氧化环己酮4-6份、水30-40份、玻璃纤维5-7份、钛白粉2-4份、反光粉4-10份、荧光粉3-7份、碳酸钙8-10份、增塑剂6-10份、防沉剂1-3份、增稠剂4-5份。
作为优选,石英粉的目数为300目,铝粉和氧化锌的目数为400目,反光粉、荧光粉和钛白粉的目数为500目。
作为优选,碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙,目数为400-600目。
作为优选,增塑剂为柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯、柠檬酸三正己酯、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯的一种或二种以上的混合物。
作为优选,防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡的混合物,三者之间的重量比为2:2:1。
作为优选,增稠剂为淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂的一种或二种以上的混合物。
本发明还提供了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份称取各种原料;
(2)、将氟碳树脂、肌醇六磷酸酯、石英粉、铝粉、氧化锌、玻璃纤维、钛白粉、反光粉、荧光粉、碳酸钙、增塑剂、防沉剂加入到反应釜内搅拌5-10min,控制温度在60-70℃,得到混合物;
(3)、将上述混合物、丙烯酸乳液、过氧化环己酮、水和增稠剂加入到高速混合机内混合5-10min后静置3-5min,然后继续搅拌15-20min后即可。
其中,
步骤(2)中搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
步骤(3)中高速混合机的速度为700-800r/min。
本发明的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆及其制备方法,制备简单,环保污染小,具有较佳地反光能力,附着能力强,耐热耐腐蚀,防锈,具体的有益效果如下:
(1)、氟碳树脂具有较佳地耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性,能大大增加反光漆的各种性能;肌醇六磷酸酯能有效地提高保护漆的粘结能力,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀;铝粉能提高保护漆的防锈能力,其具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力;
(2)、氧化锌能增加反光漆的阻燃性能,可以提供广谱的紫外保护,同时还有抗菌的作用,能提高反光漆的防晒能力和抗菌能力;玻璃纤维绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,能提高反光漆的耐腐蚀耐热能力,提高强度;
(3)、反光粉和荧光粉的配合使得反光漆具有较佳地反光能力和发光能力,提高环卫车夜间的安全性;增塑剂、防沉剂和增稠剂的添加能提高反光漆的物理强度;
(4)、本发明各种原料对应比例的混合,能有效地保证反光漆的附着能力、耐热耐腐蚀能力和防锈能力,增加反光漆的使用寿命;本发明为水性漆,十分环保,而且制备方法能有效地将各原料之间充分混合。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
本实施例的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,包括以下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液40份、氟碳树脂20份、肌醇六磷酸酯4份、石英粉6份、铝粉3份、氧化锌7份、过氧化环己酮4份、水30份、玻璃纤维5份、钛白粉2份、反光粉4份、荧光粉3份、碳酸钙8份、增塑剂6份、防沉剂1份、增稠剂4份。
本实施例中,石英粉的目数为300目,铝粉和氧化锌的目数为400目,反光粉、荧光粉和钛白粉的目数为500目。
本实施例中,碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙,目数为400目。
本实施例中,增塑剂为柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯、柠檬酸三正己酯、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯的混合物。
本实施例中,防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡的混合物,三者之间的重量比为2:2:1。

(1)、按上述重量份称取各种原料;
(2)、将氟碳树脂、肌醇六磷酸酯、石英粉、铝粉、氧化锌、玻璃纤维、钛白粉、反光粉、荧光粉、碳酸钙、增塑剂、防沉剂加入到反应釜内搅拌5min,控制温度在60℃,得到混合物;
(3)、将上述混合物、丙烯酸乳液、过氧化环己酮、水和增稠剂加入到高速混合机内混合5min后静置3min,然后继续搅拌15min后即可。
其中,
步骤(2)中搅拌速度为200r/min。
步骤(3)中高速混合机的速度为700r/min。
实施例2
本实施例的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,包括以下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液45份、氟碳树脂25份、肌醇六磷酸酯6份、石英粉7份、铝粉4份、氧化锌8份、过氧化环己酮5份、水35份、玻璃纤维6份、钛白粉3份、反光粉7份、荧光粉5份、碳酸钙9份、增塑剂8份、防沉剂2份、增稠剂4.5份。
本实施例中,石英粉的目数为300目,铝粉和氧化锌的目数为400目,反光粉、荧光粉和钛白粉的目数为500目。
本实施例中,碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙,目数为500目。
本实施例中,增塑剂为柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯、柠檬酸三正己酯、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯的混合物。
本实施例中,防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡的混合物,三者之间的重量比为2:2:1。
本实施例中,增稠剂为淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份称取各种原料;
(2)、将氟碳树脂、肌醇六磷酸酯、石英粉、铝粉、氧化锌、玻璃纤维、钛白粉、反光粉、荧光粉、碳酸钙、增塑剂、防沉剂加入到反应釜内搅拌8min,控制温度在65℃,得到混合物;
(3)、将上述混合物、丙烯酸乳液、过氧化环己酮、水和增稠剂加入到高速混合机内混合8min后静置4min,然后继续搅拌17min后即可。
其中,
步骤(2)中搅拌速度为250r/min。
步骤(3)中高速混合机的速度为750r/min。
实施例3
本实施例的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,包括以下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液50份、氟碳树脂30份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、石英粉8份、铝粉5份、氧化锌9份、过氧化环己酮6份、水40份、玻璃纤维7份、钛白粉4份、反光粉10份、荧光粉7份、碳酸钙10份、增塑剂10份、防沉剂3份、增稠剂5份。
本实施例中,石英粉的目数为300目,铝粉和氧化锌的目数为400目,反光粉、荧光粉和钛白粉的目数为500目。
本实施例中,碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙,目数为600目。
本实施例中,增塑剂为柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯、柠檬酸三正己酯、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯的混合物。
本实施例中,防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡的混合物,三者之间的重量比为2:2:1。
本实施例中,增稠剂为淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份称取各种原料;
(2)、将氟碳树脂、肌醇六磷酸酯、石英粉、铝粉、氧化锌、玻璃纤维、钛白粉、反光粉、荧光粉、碳酸钙、增塑剂、防沉剂加入到反应釜内搅拌10min,控制温度在70℃,得到混合物;
(3)、将上述混合物、丙烯酸乳液、过氧化环己酮、水和增稠剂加入到高速混合机内混合10min后静置5min,然后继续搅拌20min后即可。
其中,
步骤(2)中搅拌速度为300r/min。
步骤(3)中高速混合机的速度为800r/min。

1.一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
丙烯酸乳液40-50份、氟碳树脂20-30份、肌醇六磷酸酯4-8份、石英粉6-8份、铝粉3-5份、氧化锌7-9份、过氧化环己酮4-6份、水30-40份、玻璃纤维5-7份、钛白粉2-4份、反光粉4-10份、荧光粉3-7份、碳酸钙8-10份、增塑剂6-10份、防沉剂1-3份、增稠剂4-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:石英粉的目数为300目,铝粉和氧化锌的目数为400目,反光粉、荧光粉和钛白粉的目数为500目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙,目数为400-600目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:增塑剂为柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯、柠檬酸三正己酯、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯的一种或二种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡的混合物,三者之间的重量比为2:2:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆,其特征在于:增稠剂为淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂的一种或二种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份称取各种原料;
(2)、将氟碳树脂、肌醇六磷酸酯、石英粉、铝粉、氧化锌、玻璃纤维、钛白粉、反光粉、荧光粉、碳酸钙、增塑剂、防沉剂加入到反应釜内搅拌5-10min,控制温度在60-70℃,得到混合物;
(3)、将上述混合物、丙烯酸乳液、过氧化环己酮、水和增稠剂加入到高速混合机内混合5-10min后静置3-5min,然后继续搅拌15-20min后即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的环卫车用高亮度反光油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中高速混合机的速度为700-800r/min。
