本发明涉及一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,包括:1)需要浸盐的镁质耐火制品码垛到托盘后经叉车装入砖笼内;2)1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运至浸泡槽内进行充分浸泡;3)浸泡时间到后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼送至沥水槽沥水,然后送至窑车上;4)1#双向电拖车将窑车连同砖笼倒运至烘干窑内进行干燥,再由2#单向电拖车运至回车线上;5)1#双向电拖车、2#砖笼提升机将窑车上的砖笼转运到2#砖笼预备位,将干燥冷却后的托盘卸下经叉车转运至下一工段进行包装或加工;空砖笼则用叉车倒运至1#砖笼预备位内,至此完成一个生产周期。本发明自动化程度高,产品质量稳定,成品率高,安全高效,具有较高的实际应用价值。

Description

一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,为了降低镁铬砖、镁砖等镁质砖的气孔率,提高其抗水化性能,在生产中普遍采用对镁质砖浸盐的工艺。如申请号为201310125765.3的中国专利公开的“一种镁质耐火砖的防水化处理方法”。
常见的生产方式是将镁质砖人工码放到托盘内,在经过叉车装入砖笼内,然后通过电动葫芦将砖笼浸入装有盐液的池子内,人工计时,经过一定时间浸泡之后再将砖笼提出液面以上,沥水后再人工倒运至烘干窑的窑车上,经过烘干窑烘烤之后再经叉车卸下窑车,转运至下一个加工工段。
上述工艺从几十年前开始一直沿用至今,这种工艺符合当时中国的耐火行业特点:多数为作坊式生产,劳动力廉价,整个耐火行业对产品质量要求不高,投资少,工艺比较简单等。但是,如今耐火行业的境况发生了巨大的变化,随着劳动力成本的增加,客户对镁质耐火制品质量稳定性的要求越来越高,过去的作坊式、手工生产的模式已经无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,其自动化程度高,产品质量稳定,成品率高,安全高效,具有较高的实际应用价值。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)叉车将空砖笼放置到1#砖笼预备位内,需要浸盐的镁质耐火制品码垛到托盘后经叉车装入砖笼内;
2)1#砖笼提升机在浸泡池和沥水池之间的轨道上运行,控制系统发出砖笼已经装入托盘的信号后,1#砖笼提升机沿轨道运行至1#砖笼预备位,经1#砖笼预备位导向装置准确定位后将砖笼抓取并运至浸泡槽内进行充分浸泡;
3)控制系统计时,到规定的浸泡时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至沥水槽上方进行沥水;控制系统计时,到规定的沥水时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至窑车上;
4)1#双向电拖车接收到控制系统命令,将窑车连同砖笼倒运至烘干窑内进行干燥,待干燥完毕后,2#单向电拖车再将窑车及砖笼转运至回车线上;
5)接收到窑车到位信号后,控制系统通过1#双向电拖车、2#砖笼提升机将窑车上的砖笼转运到2#砖笼预备位,通过2#砖笼预备位导向装置精确定位,将干燥冷却后的托盘卸下经叉车转运至下一工段进行包装或加工;空砖笼则用叉车倒运至1#砖笼预备位内,至此完成一个生产周期。
在生产过程中,若盐液不足,则按照配比,通过混合机及输送管道,将盐液补充到浸泡槽内满足镁质耐火制品浸泡的工艺要求。
所述控制系统为PLC控制系统。
所述浸泡时间为40min以上,沥水时间为30min以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)生产过程自动化程度高,除了装卸托盘和空砖笼的倒运作业以外,其余生产过程均实现全自动控制,不需人工参与,极大地降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率;
2)浸泡、沥水及干燥时间均由控制系统精确控制,产品质量稳定,成品率高;
3)与传统生产工艺相比,更适合目前耐火企业生产规模不断增大和产品质量急需提升的现状,具有较高的实际应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明所述一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)叉车将空砖笼放置到1#砖笼预备位内,需要浸盐的镁质耐火制品码垛到托盘后经叉车装入砖笼内;
2)1#砖笼提升机在浸泡池和沥水池之间的轨道上运行,控制系统发出砖笼已经装入托盘的信号后,1#砖笼提升机沿轨道运行至1#砖笼预备位,经1#砖笼预备位导向装置准确定位后将砖笼抓取并运至浸泡槽内进行充分浸泡;
3)控制系统计时,到规定的浸泡时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至沥水槽上方进行沥水;控制系统计时,到规定的沥水时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至窑车上;
4)1#双向电拖车接收到控制系统命令,将窑车连同砖笼倒运至烘干窑内进行干燥,待干燥完毕后,2#单向电拖车再将窑车及砖笼转运至回车线上;
5)接收到窑车到位信号后,控制系统通过1#双向电拖车、2#砖笼提升机将窑车上的砖笼转运到2#砖笼预备位,通过2#砖笼预备位导向装置精确定位,将干燥冷却后的托盘卸下经叉车转运至下一工段进行包装或加工;空砖笼则用叉车倒运至1#砖笼预备位内,至此完成一个生产周期。
在生产过程中,若盐液不足,则按照配比,通过混合机及输送管道,将盐液补充到浸泡槽内满足镁质耐火制品浸泡的工艺要求。
所述控制系统为PLC控制系统。
所述浸泡时间为40min以上,沥水时间为30min以上。
如图1所示,烘干窑的两端分别设入口准备室和出口准备室,1#双向电拖车将窑车连同砖笼倒运至烘干窑的入口准备室,然后由地下推车机送入烘干窑内;烘干后再由链式拉车机送至出口准备室,然后由2#单向电拖车送至回车线。
具体生产线的布置形式根据实际生产需要的不同进行设计调整。

1.一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)叉车将空砖笼放置到1#砖笼预备位内,需要浸盐的镁质耐火制品码垛到托盘后经叉车装入砖笼内;
2)1#砖笼提升机在浸泡池和沥水池之间的轨道上运行,控制系统发出砖笼已经装入托盘的信号后,1#砖笼提升机沿轨道运行至1#砖笼预备位,经1#砖笼预备位导向装置准确定位后将砖笼抓取并运至浸泡槽内进行充分浸泡;
3)控制系统计时,到规定的浸泡时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至沥水槽上方进行沥水;控制系统计时,到规定的沥水时间后,1#砖笼提升机将砖笼抓取并运送至窑车上;
4)1#双向电拖车接收到控制系统命令,将窑车连同砖笼倒运至烘干窑内进行干燥,待干燥完毕后,2#单向电拖车再将窑车及砖笼转运至回车线上;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,其特征在于,在生产过程中,若盐液不足,则按照配比,通过混合机及输送管道,将盐液补充到浸泡槽内满足镁质耐火制品浸泡的工艺要求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,其特征在于,所述控制系统为PLC控制系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质耐火制品浸盐全自动生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浸泡时间为40min以上,沥水时间为30min以上。
