Description

Lid unit and beverage container
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lid unit and a beverage container.
Background
Conventionally, there is a cap unit (plug body) that is detachably attached to a mouth-and-neck portion of a container body having an open upper portion (see, for example, patent documents 1 and 2). A lid body for opening and closing the water spout or the water filling spout is rotatably attached to an upper portion of the lid unit via a hinge portion. The lid unit further includes a lid locking mechanism for fixing a lid body, which is provided in the hinge portion and biases the biasing member in a direction to open the drinking spout or the water pouring spout, at a position to close the drinking spout or the water pouring spout.
In the beverage container including such a lid unit, the lid body is rotated by the biasing force of the biasing member by releasing the lid locking mechanism from fixing the lid body, and the drinking spout or the water filling spout is opened. Thereby, the beverage in the container main body can be drunk.

As shown in fig. 1, the beverage container 1 includes a container body 2 and a lid unit 3 detachably attached to the container body 2. The beverage container 1 can keep the temperature or cool the beverage (contents) stored in the container body 2 by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure.
Specifically, the container body 2 is a double-structured container having a bottomed cylindrical outer container 4 and an inner container 5 made of, for example, stainless steel, and has openings joined to each other in a state where the inner container 5 is housed inside the outer container 4. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 6 is provided between the outer container 4 and the inner container 5. The vacuum insulation layer 6 can be formed by, for example, blocking a degassing hole provided in the center of the bottom surface of the outer container 4 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 has: a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2 a; a body 2b rising from the outer periphery of the bottom 2a in a substantially cylindrical shape; and a substantially cylindrical mouth-and-neck portion 2c that is tapered on the upper side of the body portion 2 b.
The upper end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c is circularly opened as an upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2. An annular step portion 7 is provided inside the mouth-and-neck portion 2c so as to protrude over the entire circumference.

Fig. 14 is a perspective view showing a structure of a slide member 52 described later. Fig. 15 is a perspective view showing a structure of a third hinge bearing portion 47 described later.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the lid unit 3 constitutes a plug body that closes the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2. Specifically, the cover unit 3 includes a cover main body 8 and a cover 9 rotatably attached to the cover main body 8 via a hinge portion 10.
The lid main body 8 is made of heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP), for example. The cap main body 8 has: a peripheral wall portion 8a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the body portion 2b of the container body 2; and an upper wall portion 8c having an opening 8b that is smaller in diameter than the peripheral wall portion 8a and is formed on the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 8a.
The cap body 8 is detachably attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2 by screwing. Therefore, the internal thread portion 11 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 8a. On the other hand, an external thread portion 12 screwed with the internal thread portion 11 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, a spout-forming member 13 forming a drinking spout or a water pouring spout (drinking spout in the present embodiment) is detachably attached to the opening 8b of the cap body 8. The port forming member 13 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP).
The mouth forming member 13 has: a bottom wall portion 13a formed with a liquid passage port 14; a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 13b rising upward from the periphery of the bottom wall portion 13 a; a lower flange portion 13c annularly projecting from a lower end side of the outer peripheral surface of the bottom wall portion 13 a; a pair of upper flange portions 13d projecting in the left-right direction from the upper end side to the opposite side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 b; and a drinking water port 13e obliquely protruding from the upper end of the front side of the peripheral wall 13 b.
A port attachment/detachment mechanism 15 for detachably attaching the port forming member 13 to the opening portion 8b of the lid main body 8 is provided between the lid main body 8 and the port forming member 13. As shown in fig. 8, 9A and 9B, the mouth attachment/detachment mechanism 15 includes a first claw portion 16 on the front side of the mouth forming member 13, and a locking member 18 having a second claw portion 17 on the rear side of the mouth forming member 13.
The first claw portion 16 is provided to protrude forward from the upper end side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 b. The locking member 18 includes a pair of arm portions 18a arranged in parallel with each other, and a coupling portion 18b coupling upper ends (distal ends) of the pair of arm portions 18 a. A pair of support shafts 19 are provided on the lower end (base end) sides of the pair of arm portions 18 a. The pair of support shafts 19 are provided to protrude from positions facing each other inside the pair of arm portions 18 a. An elastic piece 20 is provided so as to protrude from the coupling portion 18b in parallel with the pair of arm portions 18a between the pair of arm portions 18 a. The second claw portion 17 is provided to protrude rearward from an upper end (front end) side of the locking member 18.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the locking member 18 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the rear side of the mouth forming member 13. The lower end (base end) of the locking member 18 is rotatably supported by a hinge portion 21 provided in the mouth forming member 13. An operating portion 18c (see fig. 9A) is provided at an upper end (distal end) of the locking member 18, and the operating portion 18c has a concave portion or a convex portion for facilitating a turning operation of the locking member 18 by a finger.
As shown in fig. 8, the mouth forming member 13 is provided with a shaft hole 22 into which the pair of support shafts 19 are fitted, and a contacted portion 23 with which the elastic piece 20 is contacted. The shaft hole 22 is provided to penetrate through the rib-like wall 13g in the left-right direction, and the rib-like wall 13g protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the rear side of the upper bead forming member 13f of the intermediate flange portion 13f located above the lower flange portion 13 c. The abutted portion 23 is formed by a rib-like wall 13g located above the shaft hole 22.
By fitting the pair of support shafts 19 into the shaft hole 22 from both ends of the shaft hole 22, the hinge portion 21 rotatably supports the lower end (base end) of the locking member 18 with the rib-like wall 13g sandwiched between the pair of arm portions 18 a.
When the distal end side of the locking member 18 is rotated toward the front (one direction of the rotational direction), the elastic piece 20 abuts against the abutted portion 23, and the elastic piece 20 biases the locking member 18 toward the rear (the other direction of the rotational direction) while being elastically deformed. In the mouth attachment/detachment mechanism 15, the urging force when the elastic piece 20 is elastically deformed can be adjusted by changing the length and thickness of the elastic piece 20.
Further, the lower surface of the step portion 13h protruding from the rear side of the peripheral wall portion 13b of the mouth forming member 13 contacts the protruding portion 18d (see fig. 9A) protruding from the front side of the arm portion 18a of the locking member 18, thereby preventing the locking member 18 from tilting rearward.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the mouth attachment/detachment mechanism 15 includes a first engaged portion 24 on the front side of the cover main body 8 and a second engaged portion 25 on the rear side of the cover main body 8. The first engaged portion 24 and the second engaged portion 25 are formed by stepped portions provided at respective front and rear positions along the opening portion 8b of the upper wall portion 8 c.
In the inlet attachment/detachment mechanism 15, the inlet forming member 13 is fitted from below into the opening 8b of the cover main body 8 in a state where the first claw portion 16 is positioned with respect to the first locked portion 24. At this time, the pair of upper flange portions 13d abut against the lower surface of the upper wall portion 8c of the lid main body 8. The first claw portion 16 is locked to the first locked portion 24. Further, the second claw portion 17 abuts on the edge of the opening portion 8b of the cover main body 8, and the second claw portion 17 passes over the edge of the opening portion 8b, and accordingly, the front end side of the locking member 18 is turned forward, and thereafter, the front end side of the locking member 18 is returned to the original position rearward, and at the same time, the second claw portion 17 is locked to the second locked portion 25.
Thereby, the mouth forming member 13 is fitted to the opening 8b of the lid main body 8. The spout forming member 13 is attached and the drinking spout portion 13e is projected outward (upward) from the opening 8b of the lid body 8.
On the other hand, in the mouth attachment/detachment mechanism 15, the second claw portion 17 is released from the locked state with respect to the second locked portion 25 by an operation of rotating the distal end side of the locking member 18 forward. This releases the first claw portion 16 from the first locked portion 24, and allows the opening-forming member 13 to be removed from the lower side of the opening 8b of the cover main body 8.
As shown in fig. 1, the cap body 8 to which the mouth forming member 13 is attached to the mouth neck portion 2c of the container body 2, whereby the upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2 is closed in a state where the mouth forming member 13 is fitted inside the upper opening portion 2d.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a water-stop packing 26 is detachably attached to the lower flange portion 13c of the mouth-forming member 13. The water seal packing 26 is an annular seal member for sealing between the stepped portion 7 (container body 2) and the port forming member 13 (lid body 8). The water seal packing 26 is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastomer. The water-stop packing 26 is fitted to the outer periphery of the lower flange 13 c.
After the water-stop packing 26 is fitted into the upper opening 2d of the container body 2, the water-stop packing 26 is elastically deformed and brought into close contact with the step portion 7 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference. This makes it possible to seal the step portion 7 and the port forming member 13.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the lid 9 is formed of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP), for example, and opens and closes a drinking water port or a water filling port (liquid inlet 14) formed by the port forming member 13. The lid 9 has: a peripheral wall portion 9a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the peripheral wall portion 8a of the cover main body 8; a top wall portion 9b covering the top surface of the peripheral wall portion 9 a; and an approximately cylindrical inner wall portion 9c that hangs down from the lower surface of the top wall portion 9b.
The lid 9 is biased in the direction of the liquid passage port 14 of the opening port forming member 13 (hereinafter referred to as an opening direction) by a torsion spring (first biasing member) 27 provided inside the hinge portion 10, which will be described later.
A cap packing 28 for closing the liquid passage port 14 of the port forming member 13 is provided inside the cap body 9. The cap packing 28 is a plug-like sealing member for closing the mouth forming member 13.
The cover packing 28 is made of an elastic member, and the same material as the water-stop packing 26 can be used.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the lid packing 28 is a bottomed cylindrical seal member detachably attached to the inner wall portion 9c of the lid body 9. Specifically, the lid packing 28 is detachably attached to the lower end side of the inner wall portion 9c in a state where the inner wall portion 9c is fitted into the inner cavity portion 28 a. In addition, the bottom surface 28b of the lid packing 28 is formed in a dome shape. On the other hand, a step 28c is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lid packing 28 on the upper side.
The lid packing 28 is detachably attached to the lid body 9 by firmly fitting the inner wall portion 9c into the inside of the hollow portion 28 a. Thus, in the lid unit 3, even if the inside of the container body 2 becomes negative pressure and a force in a direction in which the lid packing 28 is pulled is generated, the lid packing 28 can be prevented from being detached from the inner wall portion 9c after the lid body 9 is opened. Conversely, even if a positive pressure is generated in the container body 2 and a force in the direction of pushing is generated in the lid packing 28, the step 28c of the lid packing 28 abuts on the base end portion of the inner wall portion 9c, whereby the inner wall portion 9c is prevented from entering further inside the lid packing 28.
In the cap unit 3, after the cap body 9 closes the upper portion of the cap body 8, the cap packing 28 is brought into close contact with the periphery of the liquid inlet 14 while being elastically deformed. This can close the liquid inlet 14 of the port forming member 13.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a cover member 29 that covers the upper end side of the inner wall portion 9c is detachably attached to the upper surface side of the ceiling wall portion 9b. The cover member 29 is formed in a substantially disk shape using the same material as the lid 9. On the other hand, a recess 30 having a shape corresponding to the cover member 29 is provided on the upper surface of the ceiling wall portion 9b.
A cover attaching and detaching mechanism 31 for detachably attaching the cover member 29 to the recess 30 is provided between the ceiling wall portion 9b and the cover member 29. The cover attachment/detachment mechanism 31 has a third claw portion 32 on the front side of the cover member 29, and a stopper 34 having a fourth claw portion 33 on the rear side of the cover member 29.
The third claw portion 32 is located at the lower end portion of the front side of the cover member 29 and is provided so as to protrude forward from the front end of the cover member 29. The stopper 34 is provided to protrude downward from the lower surface of the rear side of the cover member 29. A fourth claw portion 33 is provided at the front end of the stopper 34 so as to protrude forward.
The cover attaching and detaching mechanism 31 has a third engaged portion 35 on the front side of the recess 30 and a fourth engaged portion 36 on the rear side of the recess 30. The third engaged portion 35 and the fourth engaged portion 36 are formed of holes provided at front and rear positions of the bottom surface of the recess 30, respectively. Further, an engaged piece 9d is provided at a base end portion of the inner wall portion 9c so as to project rearward.
In the cover attaching and detaching mechanism 31, the cover member 29 is fitted into the concave portion 30 in a state where the third claw portion 32 is inserted into the third engaged portion (hole portion) 35. At this time, the fourth claw portion 33 is locked to the locked piece 9d in a state where the stopper 34 is inserted into the fourth locked portion (hole portion) 36.
Thereby, the cover member 29 is fitted inside the recess 30. The cover member 29 is attached and the cover member 29 covers the upper end side of the inner wall portion 9c.
On the other hand, in the cap attaching and detaching mechanism 31, the fourth claw portion 33 provided in the stopper 34 is pushed upward from the inner surface of the cap 9 (i.e., pushed upward from the lower side in fig. 2 or 3), and the locked state between the fourth claw portion 33 and the fourth locked portion 36 is released. This releases the locking state of the third claw portion 32 with respect to the third locked portion 35, and the cover member 29 can be detached from the recess 30. In the cover attaching and detaching mechanism 31, since the cover member 29 is located outside the inner wall portion 9c, it can be visually confirmed that the inner wall portion 9c is erected from the lower surface of the ceiling wall portion 9b by detaching the cover member 29.
Thus, the cover member 29 is configured to be detached by being pushed outward from the inner surface of the lid body 9. Therefore, the cover member 29 cannot be removed in a state where the cover 9 of the cover unit 3 is closed. Further, since the stopper 34 is located outside the inner wall portion 9c, it is not necessary to detach the cover packing 28 when detaching the cover member 29.
The cover member 29 is not limited to the same material as the lid 9, and may be a member having a different material, color, or the like, or a member made of a transparent material. In this case, the cover unit 3 having excellent design can be obtained. Further, by disposing or engraving a three-dimensional structure on the upper portion of the cover member 29, the cover unit 3 and the beverage container 1 including the cover unit 3 can be customized to the preference of the user.
In the cover unit 3, the cover member 29 is not limited to the above-described structure in which the cover member 29 is detachable from the cover 9, and a handle such as a handle may be provided to the cover member 29 by a structure in which the fitting amount of the cover member 29 is adjusted to have no gap or a structure in which the cover member 29 is fixed to the cover 9 using an adhesive or the like.
The cover unit 3 includes a cover locking mechanism 37, and the cover locking mechanism 37 fixes the cover 9 to the cover main body 8 at a position where the cover 9 closes the liquid passage port 14 (hereinafter referred to as a closed position) against the urging force of the torsion spring 27.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cover lock mechanism 37 includes: a locking member 39 rotatably attached to the lid main body 8 via a hinge portion 38; and an annular stopper 40 rotatably attached to the lid main body 8 via a hinge portion 38.
The locking member 39 is supported by a hinge 38 provided on the front side of the cover main body 8 (the peripheral wall portion 8a) so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. The locking member 39 has: a first arm portion 39a extending upward from the hinge portion 38; and a second arm portion 39b extending downward from the hinge portion 38.
A hook 41 is provided at the front end of the first arm 39a (the upper end of the lock member 39) so as to project rearward. An elastic member 42 is disposed between the second arm portion 39b and the peripheral wall portion 8a. In addition, for example, a spring member such as a coil spring may be used instead of the elastic member 42.
The annular stopper 40 is formed of an annular member having a part opened, and both ends thereof are rotatably supported outside the hinge portion 38. Thereby, the annular stopper 40 can be rotated in the up-down direction.
On the other hand, the cover lock mechanism 37 includes: a lock receiving portion 43 to which the hook portion 41 of the lock member 39 is locked; and a stopper receiver 44 to which the annular stopper 40 is hooked. The lock receiving portion 43 is formed by a claw portion protruding forward from a lower end portion on the front side of the cover body 9 (the peripheral wall portion 9 a). The stopper receiving portion 44 is formed of a wall portion that protrudes forward from a position surrounding the periphery of the lock receiving portion (claw portion) 43 in a shape corresponding to the inside of the annular stopper 40.
In the lid lock mechanism 37, when the lid body 9 closes the upper portion of the lid body 8, the hook portion 41 of the lock member 39 is locked to the lock receiving portion 43, and thereby the lid body 9 is kept in a state of closing the upper portion of the lid body 8. From this state, the elastic member 42 is elastically deformed, and the second arm portion 39b side of the lock member 39 is pushed, thereby releasing the locked state of the hook portion 41 with respect to the lock receiving portion 43. Thereby, the lid 9 can be rotated in the opening direction by the biasing force of the torsion spring 27 in the hinge portion 10.
On the other hand, in the lid lock mechanism 37, when the lid body 9 closes the upper portion of the lid main body 8, the annular stopper 40 is hooked on the stopper receiving portion 44, thereby preventing the lid body 9 from rotating in the opening direction. Thus, in the cover lock mechanism 37, the cover 9 can be prevented from being opened by an unnecessary operation of the lock member 39.
However, the lid unit 3 of the present embodiment has a compact hinge structure with excellent design properties by integrating the functions of the hinge portion 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 10, 11, and 13, the hinge portion 10 includes: a first hinge bearing portion 45 provided to the cover main body 8; a second hinge bearing portion 46 and a third hinge bearing portion 47 provided to the lid body 9; and a hinge shaft 48 attached to penetrate the first, second, and third hinge bearing portions 45, 46, and 47 in the rotation axis direction in a state where the first hinge bearing portion 45 is positioned between the second hinge bearing portion 46 and the third hinge bearing portion 47.
As shown in fig. 10 and 13, the first hinge bearing portion 45 has a shaft hole 45a penetrating in the rotation axis direction, is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and is provided so as to protrude from the rear center portion of the cover main body 8. The first hinge bearing portion 45 is provided with a first housing recess 45b formed by recessing the surface facing the second hinge bearing portion 46 in the rotational axis direction into a substantially cylindrical shape. Further, the first hinge bearing portion 45 is provided with one arm receiving portion 45c in which the surface side facing the second hinge bearing portion 46 is recessed so as to correspond to the shape of one end side of the torsion spring 27.
As shown in fig. 7 and 12, the second hinge bearing portion 46 has a shaft hole 46a penetrating in the rotation axis direction, and is provided so as to protrude from the side across the rear center portion of the lid body 9 so as to have a shape continuous with the first hinge bearing portion 45. The second hinge bearing portion 46 has a first opposing member (another opposing member) 49 constituting a surface opposing the first hinge bearing portion 45.
The first surface member 49 is attached in a state of being fitted inside a first fitting recess (another fitting recess) 46b provided in the second hinge bearing portion 46. The first counter member 49 is preferably made of a material different from that of the second hinge bearing portion 46, for example, a material (POM in the present embodiment) such as Polyoxymethylene (POM), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), or metal having more excellent wear resistance than the second hinge bearing portion 46.
In the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, the first facing member 49 having excellent wear resistance is configured independently of the second hinge bearing portion 46, and thus the durability of the hinge portion 10 can be improved. The second pivot bearing portion 46 does not necessarily have to be formed separately from the first opposing member 49, and may be formed by integrating the first opposing member 49.
A plurality of (4 in the present embodiment) protrusions 50 that slide in contact with the first hinge bearing portion 45 are provided on a surface (one surface) of the first counter member 49 that faces the first hinge bearing portion 45. Further, the other arm receiving portion 49a recessed so as to correspond to the shape of the other end side of the torsion spring 27 is provided on the surface of the first surface member 49 facing the first hinge bearing portion 45.
The plurality of protrusions 50 are provided to protrude in an approximately hemispherical shape so as to reduce frictional resistance when being brought into sliding contact with the first hinge bearing portion 45. The plurality of protrusions 50 are arranged radially (at equal intervals) around the axial hole 45a formed by the first facing member 49. Further, the number of the protrusions 50 is preferably at least 3.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 10 and 13, a sliding surface 45d that is in sliding contact with the plurality of protrusions 50 is provided on a surface (the other surface) of the first hinge bearing portion 45 that faces the first surface member 49. The sliding contact surface 45d is formed in a substantially annular shape around the first accommodation recess 45b and the one arm receiving portion 45 c.
The torsion spring 27 is disposed inside the first hinge bearing portion 45. Specifically, the torsion spring 27 has: a winding portion 27a wound in a spiral shape; one arm portion 27b extending from one end side of the winding portion 27 a; and another arm portion 27c extending from the other end side of the winding portion 27 a.
The torsion spring 27 is configured in the following state: the winding portion 27a is accommodated inside the first accommodating recess portion 45b, and the one arm portion 27b is engaged with the one arm receiving portion 45c on the first hinge bearing portion 45 side, and the other arm portion 27c is engaged with the other arm receiving portion 49a on the second hinge bearing portion 46 side.
Accordingly, in the hinge portion 10, when the lid body 9 is rotated in the opposite direction to the opening direction (hereinafter referred to as the closing direction) from the position where the liquid passage port 14 is opened from the lid body 9 (hereinafter referred to as the opening position), the lid body 9 can be urged in the opening direction with respect to the lid main body 8 by the repulsive force of the elastic deformation in the direction in which the expansion angle between the one arm portion 27b and the other arm portion 27c of the torsion spring 27 is narrowed.
As shown in fig. 7, 10, 11, and 14, the first hinge bearing portion 45 is provided with a second housing recess 45e formed by recessing the surface side facing the third hinge bearing portion 47 in the rotational axis direction in a substantially cylindrical shape. A coil spring (second biasing member) 51 that biases the lid body 9 in the rotational axis direction is disposed inside the second housing recess 45 e. Further, a slide member 52 is disposed inside the second housing recess 45e, and the slide member 52 is slidable in the rotation axis direction in a state of being biased by the coil spring 51.
The slide member 52 is formed in a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape, and has a shaft hole 52a formed in the center of the bottom wall and a cutout portion 52b in which a part of the side wall is cut out in the rotational axis direction. On the other hand, a guide convex portion 45f inserted into the notch portion 52b is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the second housing concave portion 45e so as to extend in the rotation axis direction. By inserting the guide convex portion 45f into the inside of the cutout portion 52b, the slide member 52 can slide in the rotation axis direction inside the second housing concave portion 45e without rotating about the rotation axis.
The third hinge bearing portion 47 has a shaft hole 47a penetrating in the rotation axis direction, and is provided so as to protrude from the other side across the rear center portion of the lid body 9 so as to have a shape continuous with the first hinge bearing portion 45. The third hinge bearing portion 47 has a second facing member (one facing member) 53 constituting a face opposed to the first hinge bearing portion 45.
As shown in fig. 10 and 15, the second counter member 53 is attached in a state of being fitted inside a second fitting recess (one fitting recess) 47b provided in the third hinge bearing portion 47. The second facing member 53 is preferably made of a material different from that of the third hinge bearing portion 47, for example, a material (POM in the present embodiment) having more excellent wear resistance than the third hinge bearing portion 47, such as Polyoxymethylene (POM), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), or metal.
In the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, the second facing member 53 having excellent wear resistance is configured independently of the third hinge bearing portion 47, and thus the durability of the hinge portion 10 can be improved. The third hinge bearing portion 47 does not necessarily have to be formed separately from the second opposing member 53, and may be formed by integrating the second opposing member 53.
As shown in fig. 7, 10 and 11, the hinge shaft 48 is inserted through the shaft holes 45a, 46a and 47a of the first, second and third hinge bearing portions 45, 46 and 47, and is attached in a state of penetrating the first, second and third hinge bearing portions 45, 46 and 47 in the rotation axis direction.
The hinge portion 10 has a click mechanism 54 that gives a click feeling at the open position and maintains the open state of the lid body 9. Specifically, the click mechanism 54 has an engaging concave portion 55 on a surface (one surface) of the slide member 52 facing the second opposing member 53, and has an engaging convex portion 56 on a surface (the other surface) of the second opposing member 53 facing the slide member 52.
As shown in fig. 7, 10, 11, 14, and 15, the engagement recess 55 is provided in a concave shape so as to correspond to a position where the liquid passage port 14 is opened in the cover 9 on one surface. Further, an inclined surface 57 is provided on one surface to guide the engaging convex portion 56 to the engaging concave portion 55 in the rotational direction. The inclined surface 57 is a surface that contacts the engaging convex portion 56, and is inclined upward toward the engaging concave portion 55.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 10 and 15, the engaging convex portion 56 is provided so as to protrude from the other surface. Surfaces (hereinafter, referred to as engagement surfaces) 55a and 56a on which the engagement concave portion 55 and the engagement convex portion 56 are engaged with each other in the rotational direction are inclined at the same angle.
The slide member 52 is biased in a direction approaching the third hinge bearing portion 47 by the coil spring 51 compressed in the second housing recess 45 e. Thereby, the engaging convex portion 56 is pressed against the slide member 52.
On the contrary, the first hinge bearing portion 45 is biased in a direction approaching the second hinge bearing portion 46 by the coil spring 51 compressed in the second housing recess portion 45 e. Thereby, the plurality of protrusions 50 are pressed against the sliding contact surface 45 d.
In the hinge portion 10, after the lid 9 is rotated by a predetermined amount in the opening direction from the closed position, the engaging convex portion 56 constituting the catch mechanism 54 is brought into a state of being engaged with the engaging concave portion 55.
This can provide a click feeling at the open position, and the open state of the lid 9 can be maintained by the engagement of the engaging convex portion 56 and the engaging concave portion 55. In this case, when drinking the beverage in the container body 2, the container body 2 can be tilted while maintaining the open state of the lid 9. Further, the opened state of the lid 9 can be more stably maintained without depending on the urging force of the torsion spring 27, as compared with the case where the opened state of the lid 9 is maintained by the urging force of the torsion spring 27 as in the related art.
In the hinge portion 10, when the lid 9 is rotated from the closed position to the open position, the engagement convex portion 56 is guided to the engagement concave portion 55 while being in contact with (sliding contact with) the inclined surface 57 inclined upward. At this time, the pressing force (frictional resistance) of the engaging convex portion 56 against the inclined surface 57 increases. This can suppress the rotational speed of the lid 9 that is rotated in the opening direction by the biasing force of the torsion spring 27. As a result, the cover 9 can be prevented from rapidly rotating due to the release of the cover lock mechanism 37.
In the catch mechanism 54, the engagement surfaces 55a and 56a that engage with each other are inclined at the same angle in a state where the engagement convex portion 56 and the engagement concave portion 55 are engaged with each other. In this case, unnecessary force is not applied between the engaging surfaces 55a and 56a that engage with each other, and abrasion, damage, and the like of the engaging concave portion 55 and the engaging convex portion 56 can be suppressed to a low level.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the hinge portion 10 is provided with a holding member 58 for holding the opened state of the lid body 9 at the open position. The holding member 58 is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastic body. The holding member 58 has a locking projection 58a and an abutment surface portion 58b.
An opening 45g for projecting the locking projection 58a outward is provided on the rear side of the first hinge bearing portion 45. The opening 45g is disposed between the torsion spring 27 housed in the first housing recess 45b and the coil spring 51 housed in the second housing recess 45 e. Further, an opening 8d is provided on the rear side of the peripheral wall portion 8a so that the contact surface portion 58b faces outward. The opening portion 45g and the opening portion 8d are provided continuously between the first hinge bearing portion 45 and the peripheral wall portion 8a. In addition, a shaft hole 58c through which the hinge shaft 48 passes is provided in the holding member 58.
In the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, by further rotating the cover body 9 in the opening direction from the open position, the end portion on the base end side of the cover body 9 passes over the locking projection 58a, and then the locking projection 58a locks the end portion on the base end side of the cover body 9. In addition, in a state where the locking projection 58a locks the end portion on the proximal end side of the lid body 9, the end portion on the proximal end side of the lid body 9 abuts on the abutment surface portion 58b. The proximal end side end portion of the lid body 9 is held in a state of being sandwiched between the locking projection 58a and the abutment surface portion 58b. This can stably maintain the open state of the lid 9. Further, when the lid body 9 is further rotated in the opening direction from the open position, the end portion on the base end side of the lid body 9 abuts on the abutment surface portion 58b, and the impact thereof can be alleviated.
As described above, in the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, the hinge portion 10 is integrated with the function, and thus a compact hinge structure having excellent design can be obtained.
That is, in the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, the torsion spring (first urging member) 27 and the coil spring (second urging member) 51 having different urging directions are arranged in the direction of the rotation axis inside the hinge portion 10, and the urging members 27 and 51 can be collectively arranged in the hinge portion 10.
In the cover unit 3 of the present embodiment, the following mechanisms can be collectively arranged in the hinge portion 10: a mechanism for rotating the lid 9 in the opening direction by the urging force of the torsion spring 27, a mechanism (catch mechanism 54) for giving a catch feeling at the open position and maintaining the open state of the lid 9, and a mechanism for pressing the engaging convex portion 56 against the slide member 52 by the urging force of the coil spring 51 and pressing the plurality of protrusions 50 against the slide contact surface 45 d.
In the lid unit 3 of the present embodiment, since the plurality of protrusions 50 on the second hinge bearing portion 46 side are in sliding contact with the sliding contact surface 45d on the first hinge bearing portion 45 side, the frictional resistance generated in the hinge portion 10 when the lid body 9 is rotated with respect to the lid main body 8 can be suppressed to be lower than that in the conventional case. This allows the torsion spring 27 and the coil spring 51 to relatively reduce their urging forces. As a result, the wear generated between the first hinge bearing portion 45 and the second and third hinge bearing portions 46 and 47 can be suppressed to a low level, and the durability of the hinge portion 10 can be further improved.
In addition, in the lid unit 3 of the present embodiment, since the open state of the lid member 9 can be stably held by the holding member 58, the lid member 9 can be prevented from rotating in the closing direction together with the tilted container body 2 due to its own weight when the beverage (contents) in the container body 2 is drunk or poured. Therefore, in the beverage container 1 including the lid unit 3 according to the present embodiment, convenience can be further improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Specifically, the hinge portion 10 has a structure in which the first hinge bearing portion 45 is provided on the lid main body 8 side, and the second hinge bearing portion 46 and the third hinge bearing portion 47 are provided on the lid body 9 side, but the structure is not limited to this, and a structure in which the first hinge bearing portion 45 is provided on the lid body 9 side, and the second hinge bearing portion 46 and the third hinge bearing portion 47 are provided on the lid main body 8 side may be employed. In the hinge portion 10, the structure on the second hinge bearing portion 46 side and the structure on the third hinge bearing portion 47 side may be replaced with each other.
In the hinge portion 10, the plurality of protrusions 50 are provided on the surface side of the first pair of face members 49 facing the first hinge bearing portion 45, but the plurality of protrusions 50 may be provided on the surface side of the first hinge bearing portion 45 facing the first pair of face members 49.
In the hinge portion 10, the engaging concave portion 55 is provided on the surface of the sliding member 52 facing the second opposing member 53, and the engaging convex portion 56 is provided on the surface of the second opposing member 53 facing the sliding member 52, but the engaging convex portion 56 may be provided on the surface of the sliding member 52 facing the second opposing member 53, and the engaging concave portion 55 may be provided on the surface of the second opposing member 53 facing the sliding member 52.
The beverage container 1 is not limited to the above-described external shape, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, function, external design, and the like.
The present invention can be suitably applied to a beverage container 1 that realizes heat and cold preservation by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure described above, but is not limited to the use of the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure described above. That is, the present invention can be widely applied to a beverage container in which a lid unit is detachably attached to a mouth-and-neck portion of a container body, and a cooking pot having a pot lid detachably attached to a large opening portion, such as a pot.
