Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing an unlocked state of the cover lock mechanism 50A provided in the cover unit 3A.
As shown in fig. 1, the container with a lid 1 of the present embodiment includes a container body 2 and a lid unit 3A detachably attached to the container body 2. The lidded container 1 is a beverage container for keeping a beverage (a built-in product) stored in the container body 2 warm or cold by the container body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the container body 2 is configured by a container having a double structure: the container has a bottomed cylindrical outer container 4 and an inner container 5 formed of, for example, stainless steel, and corners of mouths of the outer container 4 and the inner container 5 are joined to each other in a state where the inner container 5 is housed inside the outer container. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 6 is provided between the outer container 4 and the inner container 5. The vacuum insulation layer 6 can be formed by, for example, blocking a degassing hole provided in the center of the bottom surface of the outer container 4 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 includes a substantially circular bottom portion 2a, a body portion 2b rising in a substantially cylindrical shape from the outer periphery of the bottom portion 2a, and a substantially cylindrical mouth-and-neck portion 2c having a diameter reduced on the upper side of the body portion 2 b. The upper end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c is opened in a circular shape as an upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2.
The annular projecting portion 7 is provided inside the mouth-and-neck portion 2c so as to project over the entire circumference.
The container 1 with a lid of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical external shape as a whole, but the external shape of the container 1 with a lid is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, design, and the like. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated, printed, or the like.
The lid unit 3A of the present embodiment is a member constituting a plug for closing the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the cover unit 3A includes a cover main body 8, a cover 9 rotatably attached to the cover main body 8, and a cover locking mechanism 10 for fixing the cover 9 to the cover main body 8.
In the following description, the side where the lid body 9 is attached to the lid main body 8 via the first hinge portion 24 described later is referred to as the "rear side" of the container 1 with lid, and the opposite side is referred to as the "front side" of the container 1 with lid.
The cover main body 8 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene. The cap main body 8 has: a peripheral wall portion 8a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape; and an upper wall portion 8c having an opening 8b that is reduced in diameter from the peripheral wall portion 8a at an upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 8 a.
On the other hand, the container body 2 has a structure in which a bottom member 11 is attached to the bottom portion 2a and a shoulder member 12 is attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2 c. The base member 11 and the shoulder member 12 are formed of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene, for example. The bottom member 11 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape as a whole. The bottom member 11 is fitted into the step portion 2e between the bottom portion 2a and the body portion 2b of the container body 2, and thereby attached so as to cover the bottom portion 2a of the container body 2.
The shoulder member 12 as a whole is approximately cylindrical. The shoulder member 12 is fitted into the step portion 2f between the body portion 2b and the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2, and thereby attached so as to cover the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2. Further, the shoulder member 12 is provided with a grip portion 12 a. The grip portion 12a has a shape protruding from the outer peripheral portion of the shoulder member 12 on the rear side and extending downward.
The cap body 8 is detachably attached to the shoulder member 12 (container body 2) by screwing. Therefore, the internal thread portion 8d is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 8 a.
On the other hand, an external thread portion 12b screwed with the internal thread portion 8d is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shoulder member 12.
The cap body 8 is not limited to the above-described structure that is detachably attached to the shoulder member 12, and may be a structure that is detachably attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2 without the shoulder member 12. In this case, the mouth-and-neck portion 2c may have an outer peripheral surface provided with an external thread portion screwed with the internal thread portion 8 d.
A spout-forming member 13 forming a drinking spout or a pouring spout (drinking spout in the present embodiment) is detachably attached to the opening portion 8b of the cap main body 8. The port forming member 13 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene. The mouth forming member 13 has: a bottom wall portion 13a having a liquid passage port 14 and a vent port 15; a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 13b rising upward from the periphery of the bottom wall portion 13 a; a lower flange portion 13c annularly protruding from a lower end side of the outer peripheral surface of the bottom wall portion 13 a; a pair of upper flange portions 13d projecting in opposite directions (left-right direction) from each other from the upper end side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 b; and a drinking spout portion 13e obliquely protruding from the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 13 b.
Wherein the drinking spout portion 13e is located on the front side of the spout-forming member 13. The liquid passage port 14 is provided so as to penetrate through the bottom surface of the recess 14a formed in the bottom wall portion 13 a. The vent 15 is provided to penetrate through the bottom wall 13a located higher than the recess 14 a. The liquid passage port 14 is located closer to the drinking spout portion 13e (front side) than the vent port 15, and is opened in a more elliptical shape in the front-rear direction than the vent port 15 formed as a circular hole.
Between the lid main body 8 and the mouth forming member 13, a detachable mechanism 16 for detachably attaching the mouth forming member 13 to the opening 8b of the lid main body 8 is provided. The attachment/detachment mechanism 16 has a first claw portion 17 on the front side of the mouth forming member 13, and a shutter 19 provided with a second claw portion 18 on the rear side of the mouth forming member 13.
The first claw portion 17 is provided so as to protrude forward from the upper end side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 b. The baffle plate 19 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the rear side of the mouth forming member 13. The lower end (base end) of the flap 19 is rotatably supported by a hinge mechanism 13f provided in the mouth forming member 13. The second claw portion 18 is provided so as to protrude rearward from the upper end (front end) side of the shutter 19. The tip of the second claw portion 18 forms an inclined surface 18 a.
An elastic member 20 made of, for example, rubber or an elastic body is disposed between the mouth forming member 13 and the baffle plate 19. The elastic member 20 is attached to a surface of the shutter 19 facing the mouth forming member 13. When the front end side of the shutter 19 is rotated forward, the elastic member 20 is compressed (elastically deformed) between the shutter 19 and the mouth forming member 13, thereby biasing the shutter 19 rearward. Further, an operation portion 19a is provided at an upper end (front end) of the shutter 19, and the operation portion 19a has a concave portion or a convex portion for facilitating a rotational operation of the shutter 19 with a finger.
On the other hand, the attachment/detachment mechanism 16 includes a first engaged portion 21 on the front side of the cover body 8 and a second engaged portion 22 on the rear side of the cover body 8. The first engaged portion 21 and the second engaged portion 22 are stepped portions provided at respective front and rear positions along the opening 8b of the upper wall portion 8 c.
In the attachment/detachment mechanism 16 having the above-described configuration, the mouth forming member 13 is fitted into the opening 8b of the cover main body 8 from below in a state where the first claw portion 17 is positioned with respect to the first locked portion 21. At this time, the pair of upper flange portions 13d come into contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 8c of the lid main body 8. The first claw portion 17 is locked to the first locked portion 21. Further, after the inclined surface 18a of the second claw 18 abuts on the edge of the opening 8b of the cover main body 8 and rotates forward from the front end side of the shutter 19 as the second claw 18 passes over the edge of the opening 8b, the front end side of the shutter 19 is returned to the original position rearward, and at the same time, the second claw 18 is locked to the second locked portion 22.
Thereby, the mouth forming member 13 is attached to the opening 8b of the lid main body 8. Simultaneously with the mounting port forming member 13, the drinking port portion 13e protrudes outward (upward) from the opening 8b of the lid body 8.
On the other hand, in the attachment/detachment mechanism 16, the engagement state of the second claw portion 18 with respect to the second portion-to-be-locked 22 is released by an operation of rotating the front end side of the shutter 19 forward. This allows the opening forming member 13 to be removed from the lower side of the opening 8b of the cap body 8 while releasing the locked state of the first claw portion 17 with respect to the first locked portion 21.
The cap body 8 to which the mouth-forming member 13 is attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2, and thereby the upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2 is closed in a state where the mouth-forming member 13 is fitted into the upper opening portion 2 d.
A water stop packing 23 is detachably attached to the lower flange portion 13c of the mouth forming member 13. The water seal packing 23 is an annular seal member for sealing the gap between the extension portion 7 (container body 2) and the mouth forming member 13 (lid body 8). The water seal packing 23 is formed of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastic body. The water seal packing 23 is fitted into the outer periphery of the lower flange portion 13 c.
When fitted inside the upper opening 2d of the container body 2, the water seal packing 23 is brought into close contact with the extension 7 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed. This makes it possible to seal the space between the extension portion 7 and the mouth forming member 13.
The lid 9 is a member for opening and closing the liquid inlet 14 formed in the port forming member 13, and is formed of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene, for example. The lid body 9 has a peripheral wall portion 9a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the peripheral wall portion 8a of the lid main body 8; and a top wall portion 9b covering the top surface of the peripheral wall portion 9 a.
The lid 9 is rotatably attached to the lid main body 8 via a first hinge portion 24. The lid 9 is biased in a direction (opening direction) in which the liquid passage port 14 is opened by a biasing member 24a provided in the first hinge portion 24. In the present embodiment, a torsion coil spring is used as the biasing member 24 a. The biasing member 24a is not limited to a spring member such as a torsion coil spring, and an elastic member such as rubber or an elastic body may be used.
A closing member 25 for closing the liquid passage port 14 formed in the port forming member 13 is provided inside the lid body 9. The lid 9 has an approximately cylindrical inner wall portion 9c located inside a peripheral wall portion 9a descending from the periphery of the top wall portion 9b and descending from the substantially central portion of the lower surface side of the top wall portion 9 b. The closing member 25 is fitted to the inside of the inner wall portion 9 c. A housing space for housing the cover lock mechanism 10 described later is provided inside the plug member 25.
The lid body 9 to which the closing member 25 is attached closes the liquid passage port 14 formed by the port forming member 13 in a state where the closing member 25 is fitted into the port forming member 13.
A cap gasket 26 for sealing the liquid passage port 14 is freely attached to the outer peripheral portion of the plug member 25. The cap gasket 26 is a plug-shaped sealing member for sealing the gap between the mouth forming member 13 and the closing member 25. The cover gasket 26 is made of the same material as the water seal gasket 23. The cover gasket 26 is fitted into the closing member 25 so as to cover the closing member 25. The cap gasket 26 is provided with a first substantially dome-shaped plug portion 26a that abuts the liquid passage port 14, and a second substantially cylindrical plug portion 26b that abuts the air vent port 15.
When fitted inside the port forming member 13, the cap gasket 26 elastically deforms to close the liquid passage port 14 in a state where the first plug portion 26a is in close contact with the periphery of the liquid passage port 14, and to close the air vent 15 in a state where the second plug portion 26b is in close contact with the periphery of the air vent 15. This makes it possible to seal the space between the mouth forming member 13 and the plug member 25.
The lid lock mechanism 10 fixes the lid body 9 at a position where the lid body 9 closes the liquid passage port 14 against the urging force of the urging member 24a provided in the first hinge portion 24. The lid lock mechanism 10 has an operation button 27 on the upper portion of the lid body 9, and after the operation button 27 is slid toward the first hinge portion 24, the operation button 27 is operated in a direction to be pushed down, thereby releasing the locked state of the lid body 9, and the lid body 9 can be rotated in the opening direction by the urging force of the urging member 24 a.
Specifically, the cover lock mechanism 10 has a guide groove 28 for guiding the operation button 27 in a direction to slide it; and a guide hole 29 for guiding the operation button 27 in a direction in which it is pressed.
The operation button 27 is formed in an approximately disc shape, and has a guide convex portion 27a and a restricting convex portion (one restricting member) 27b protruding downward from the guide convex portion 27a on a lower surface thereof. An operation portion 27c is provided on the upper surface of the operation button 27, and the operation portion 27c has a concave portion or a convex portion (concave portion in the present embodiment) for facilitating the sliding operation of the operation button 27 with a finger.
The guide groove 28 is formed by cutting out a substantially central portion of the upper surface side of the lid body 9 (top wall portion 9b) in the front-rear direction by a width corresponding to the operation button 27. The guide hole 29 is located inside the guide groove 28 and penetrates the top wall portion 9b in accordance with the outer shape of the operation button 27.
The lid lock mechanism 10 includes an operation member 30 disposed inside the guide hole 29, and a lid lock member 32 rotatably attached to the lid 9 via a second hinge portion 31.
The operation member 30 is formed in a substantially disc shape in fit with the inside of the guide hole 29, and is restricted from moving upward relative to the guide hole 29 by a flange portion (not shown) protruding from the outer peripheral portion thereof coming into contact with the periphery of the guide hole 29. The operation member 30 is supported to be vertically movable by engaging a guide rib (not shown) provided on the inner side of the inner wall portion 9c with a guide slit (not shown) provided in the flange portion.
Further, a guide pin 30a is provided to protrude from the lower surface of the operation member 30. On the other hand, a guide tube 25a is provided on the inner bottom surface of the closing member 25 in a protruding manner. Further, the operation member 30 is supported to be vertically movable by engaging the guide pin 30a inside the guide cylinder 25 a.
A third coil spring (third spring member) 33 is disposed inside the closing member 25. The third coil spring 33 is held in a state of being erected from the bottom surface of the plug member 25 by the guide tube 25a being inserted inside. The third coil spring 33 is compressed (elastically deformed) between the operation member 30 and the plug member 25 when the operation member 30 is pushed, thereby urging the operation member 30 in a direction of pushing it. Further, by providing the third coil spring 33, the locked state of the lid body 9 by the lid lock mechanism 10 can be reliably maintained.
The operation member 30 is provided with a guide recess 30 b. The guide recess 30b is formed by cutting the operation member 30 from the front end toward the rear end of the operation member 30 by a length corresponding to the sliding amount of the operation button 27. The operation member 30 guides (supports) the operation button 27 to be slidable in the front-rear direction in a state where the guide convex portion 27a is engaged with the guide concave portion 30 b.
Further, a first coil spring (first spring member) 34 is disposed inside the guide recess 30 b. The first coil spring 34 is held between the guide convex portion 27a and the guide concave portion 30b in a state where the pin 27d protruding from the rear side surface of the restriction convex portion 27b is inserted into the inside.
The first coil spring 34 is compressed (elastically deformed) between the operation button 27 (the guide convex portion 27a) and the operation member 30 (the guide concave portion 30b) when the operation button 27 is slid from one end side (front side) to the other end side (rear side) in the sliding direction (front-rear direction), thereby urging the operation button 27 toward the one end side (front side) in the sliding direction (front-rear direction).
Here, one end (front end) of the operation button 27 in the sliding direction (front-rear direction) is at a position (hereinafter, referred to as a first position) where a part of the operation button 27 overlaps the upper surface of the lid 9 (top wall portion 9 b). In the first position, a part of the operation button 27 abuts on the upper surface of the lid body 9 (top wall portion 9b), thereby restricting the pressing operation of the operation button 27.
Further, a regulating pin 25b (another regulating member) opposed to the regulating projection 27b when the operation button 27 is at the first position is provided on the inner bottom surface of the closing member 25. In the first position, the restricting projection 27 is located above the restricting pin 25 b. In this case, even if the operation button 27 is excessively depressed due to deformation of the component or the like, the restricting convex portion 27b abuts against the restricting pin 25b to restrict the pressing operation of the operation button 27, and smooth sliding operation of the operation button 27 can be performed.
On the other hand, the other end (rear end) of the operation button 27 in the sliding direction (front-rear direction) is at a position where the operation button 27 overlaps the guide hole 29 (hereinafter, referred to as a second position). In the second position, the restriction of the restricting convex portion 27b by the restricting pin 25b is released by the restricting convex portion 27b being displaced rearward with respect to the position of the restricting pin 25 b. Thereby, in the second position, the operation button 27 can be pressed.
The second hinge portion 31 is provided so as to be located inside a corner portion between the peripheral wall portion 9a and the top wall portion 9b on the opposite side (front side) to the first hinge portion 24. Second hinge portion 31 includes a hinge bearing portion 31a provided in lid lock member 32, and a hinge shaft 31b attached to penetrate hinge bearing portion 31a in the direction of the rotation axis.
The lid lock member 32 is rotatably supported by the second hinge portion 31. The lid lock member 32 has a first arm portion 32a extending from the hinge bearing portion 31a in the direction along the peripheral wall portion 9a, and a second arm portion 32b extending from the hinge bearing portion 31a in the direction along the top wall portion 9 b.
A slit 9d for making the first arm portion 32a face outward is provided on the front side of the lid body 9 (the peripheral wall portion 9 a). The slit 9d is formed by being cut from the lower end side to the upper end side of the peripheral wall portion 9a with a width and length corresponding to the first arm portion 32 a. On the other hand, the outer surface of the first arm portion 32a facing outward from the slit 9d forms an outer peripheral surface continuous with the peripheral wall portion 9a of the lid body 9.
A hook portion (one locking portion) 35 is provided at the tip of the first arm portion 32a (one end of the cover lock member 32). The front end of the hook 35 protrudes rearward, and the lower surface side of the protruding portion is inclined.
The cover main body 8 is provided with a locking recess (another locking portion) 36 to which the hook portion 35 is locked. The locking recess 36 is formed by cutting the front side of the upper wall portion 8c in accordance with the shape of the hook portion 35.
The cover lock member 32 rotates between a lock position where the hook portion 35 is locked to the locking recess 36 and an unlock position where the locked state of the hook portion 35 and the locking recess 36 is unlocked.
A second coil spring (second spring member) 37 is provided inside the closing member 25. The second coil spring 37 is held in a state of being erected from the bottom surface of the closing member 25 by inserting the pin 25c protruding from the bottom surface of the inside of the closing member 25 and the pin 32c protruding downward from the tip of the second arm portion 32b (the other end of the lid lock member 32) into the inside. The second coil spring 37 biases the cover lock member 32 toward the lock position in the rotational direction in a state compressed between the leading end of the second arm portion 32b and the latch member 25.
In the cover lock mechanism 10 having the above-described configuration, after the operation button 27 is slid from the first position to the second position against the biasing force of the first coil spring 34, the operation button 27 is pushed down toward the inside of the guide hole 29 together with the operation member 30 against the biasing forces of the second coil spring 37 and the third coil spring 33.
Thereby, the operating member 30 presses the front end of the second arm portion 32b (the other end of the lid lock member 32), and the lid lock member 32 is rotated to the lock release position against the urging force of the second coil spring 37. By the operation of the operation button 27 as described above, the locked state of the lid body 9 is released, and the lid body 9 is rotated in the opening direction by the biasing force of the biasing member.
Therefore, in the lid unit 3A including the lid locking mechanism 10 of the present embodiment, after the operation of sliding the operation button 27 is performed, the operation of pressing the operation button 27 (operation of so-called 2-action) is performed, whereby the locked state of the lid body 9 is released. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the locked state of the lid body from being released by an inadvertent pressing operation (so-called 1-action operation) of the conventional operation button.
In addition, in the cover unit 3A of the present embodiment, since it is not necessary to provide a safety shutter or the like as in the conventional case, it is possible to prevent the cover 9 from being opened by an inadvertent operation without increasing the number of components.
In the cover unit 3A of the present embodiment, the operation of sliding the operation button 27 and the operation of pressing the operation button 27 can be performed by continuous operations. This eliminates the need to operate the operation button after the cup is removed or to operate the operation button 27 after the safety shutter is released, as in the conventional case, and thus further improvement in usability can be achieved.
As described above, in the lidded container 1 including the lid unit 3A of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the lid 9 from being opened by an inadvertent operation, and to further improve the usability.
However, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the cover unit 3A of the present embodiment includes a cover locking mechanism 50A, and the cover locking mechanism 50A fixes the cover body 8 to the shoulder member 12 at a position where the engagement of the male screw portion 12b provided on the outer peripheral portion of the shoulder member 12 and the female screw portion 8d provided on the inner peripheral portion of the cover body 8 is completed.
The lid lock mechanism 50A has: an operation button (operation portion) 51 located on the upper side of the portion where the grip portion 12a protrudes; a cover lock member 52 rotatably attached to the grip portion 12 a; and a fourth coil spring (urging member) 53 that urges the cover lock member 52 toward one side in the rotational direction.
The operation button 51 has: a button body 51a having a substantially cylindrical top with an open lower portion; and a flange 51b projecting in the diameter expansion direction from the periphery of the lower end side of the button body 51 a. On the other hand, the handle portion 12a is provided with a housing recess 12c for housing the operation button 51. The cover member 54 is attached to the housing recess 12c in a fitted state.
The cover member 54 has a hole 54a for exposing the operation button 51 to the outside, and is fitted into the accommodation recess 12c so as to be flush with the grip portion 12 a. The operation button 51 is prevented from coming off the hole 54a by the flange 51b coming into contact with the periphery of the hole 54 a.
The cover lock member 52 is rotatably attached to the cover member 54 via a hinge portion 52a provided on the rear end side thereof in a state of being accommodated in the space between the accommodation recess 12c and the cover member 54. The cover lock member 52 has: a dome-shaped protrusion 52b located on the front side of the hinge portion 52 a; and a substantially cylindrical fitting recess 52c located below the projection 52 b.
The fourth coil spring 53 is disposed in a compressed state between the positioning recess 12d provided in the bottom surface of the housing recess 12c and the fitting recess 52c of the cover member 54. Thereby, the fourth coil spring 53 biases the cover member 54 toward one side (upward) in the rotational direction. Further, the operation button 51 is in a state in which the projection 52b is in contact with the inside of the button main body 51a and the flange 51b is in contact with the periphery of the hole 54 a.
The cover lock mechanism 50A has a locking protrusion 55 serving as one locking portion on the cover lock member 52 side, and a locking groove 56 serving as the other locking portion on the cover body 8 side.
The locking projection 55 is provided to extend upward from the front end (one end) side of the lid lock member 52. On the other hand, the shoulder 12 has a notch 12e that cuts the upper portion of the base end side of the grip portion 12a in the circumferential direction of the shoulder 12. The storage recess 12c is exposed from the bottom surface of the notch groove 12 e. The locking projection 55 projects upward from the housing recess 12c exposed from the bottom surface of the notch groove 12 e.
The locking groove 56 is provided in a projection 57 projecting rearward from the cover main body 8. The projection 57 has a shape corresponding to the notch groove 12 e. The locking groove 56 is provided by cutting a lower surface of the protrusion 57 in the front-rear direction. Further, a pair of locking walls 58 are provided on both left and right sides across the locking groove 56.
In the lid lock mechanism 50A having the above-described configuration, when the lid main body 8 is attached to the shoulder member 12, the lid main body 8 is first rotated in a direction (clockwise direction) in which the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d are screwed together in a state in which the lid main body 8 covers the shoulder member 12.
Further, the cap body 8 is rotated to a position where the engagement of the male screw portion 12b and the female screw portion 8d is completed. At this time, the locking projection 55 goes over the locking wall 58 and is locked to the locking groove 56. When the locking projection 55 goes over the locking wall 58, the cover lock member 52 rotates downward against the biasing force of the fourth coil spring 53, and then returns to the original position in a state of being biased by the fourth coil spring 53.
This enables the lid body 8 to be fixed to the shoulder member 12. In addition, in a state where the cover main body 8 is attached to the shoulder member 12, the projection 57 overlaps the notch groove 12 e.
When the cap body 8 is mounted on the shoulder member 12, at least one of the locking projection 55 and the locking wall 58 that are in contact with each other is tapered as the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d are screwed together, and a downward force is applied to the locking projection 55 after the locking wall 58 is in contact with the locking projection 55. This allows the locking projection 55 to easily pass over the locking wall 58.
Further, by making the pitch dimension of the external thread portion 12b (similarly, the pitch dimension of the internal thread portion 8 d) larger than the dimension of the locking projection 55 projecting from the cutaway groove 12e, it is possible to function only when the locking projection 55 goes over the locking wall 58.
On the other hand, when the cap body 8 is removed from the shoulder member 12 in this state, first, the operation button 51 is pressed downward against the urging force of the fourth coil spring 53 in a state where the grip portion 12a is gripped. Next, the cover lock member 52 is rotated from the lock position where the locking projection 55 is locked to the locking groove 56 to the unlock position where the locked state of the locking projection 55 and the locking groove 56 is released.
Thereby, the locked state of the cap body 8 is released, the cap body 8 is rotated in a direction (counterclockwise direction) in which the engagement of the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d is released, and the cap body 8 can be removed from the shoulder member 12.
As described above, in the cover unit 3A of the present embodiment, the cover main body 8 can be reliably fixed to the shoulder member 12 at the position where the engagement between the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d is completed by providing the cover locking mechanism 50A described above. Further, from this state, the cap body 8 can be prevented from being inadvertently rotated with respect to the shoulder member 12 in a direction in which the engagement between the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d is released.
In the cover unit 3A of the present embodiment, since the operation button 51 is provided at a position where the handle portion 12a can be operated while being gripped, and the operation button 51 is pressed, the structure of the cover lock mechanism 50A can be simplified, and the operability when the cover lock mechanism 50A is operated can be improved.
Therefore, in the lidded container 1 including the lid unit 3A, the structure of the lid lock mechanism 50A is simplified, so that the operability when the lid lock mechanism 50A is operated is improved, and the usability can be further improved.
(second embodiment)
Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, a cover lock mechanism 50B provided in the cover unit 3B shown in fig. 10 and 11 will be described. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a locked state of the cover lock mechanism 50B provided in the cover unit 3B. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing an unlocked state of the cover lock mechanism 50B provided in the cover unit 3B. In the following description, the same parts as those of the cover unit 3A and the cover lock mechanism 50A are not described, and the same reference numerals are given to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cover unit 3B of the present embodiment has basically the same configuration as the cover unit 3A except for the cover locking mechanism 50B instead of the cover locking mechanism 50A. Therefore, the container 1 with a lid may be provided with a lid unit 3B instead of the lid unit 3A.
Specifically, the cover lock mechanism 50B provided in the cover unit 3B includes, as an operation portion, an operation lever 59 positioned on a lower portion side of a portion where the grip portion 12a protrudes, instead of the operation button 51.
The operating lever 59 is provided to extend downward from the front side than the hinge portion 52a of the lid lock member 52. On the other hand, the handle portion 12a is provided with a hole 12f through which the operating lever 59 passes, instead of the hole 54a provided in the cover member 54.
In the lid lock mechanism 50B having the above-described configuration, when the lid body 8 is removed from the shoulder member 12, first, the operation lever 59 is pushed rearward so as to be pulled against the biasing force of the fourth coil spring 53 in a state where the grip portion 12a is gripped. At this time, the cover lock member 52 rotates from the lock position where the locking projection 55 is locked to the locking groove 56 to the lock release position where the locked state of the locking projection 55 and the locking groove 56 is released.
This allows the cap body 8 to be removed from the shoulder member 12 while releasing the locked state of the cap body 8 and rotating the cap body 8 in a direction (counterclockwise direction) in which the engagement between the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d is released.
As described above, in the cap unit 3B of the present embodiment, the cap locking mechanism 50B described above is provided, whereby the cap body 8 can be reliably fixed to the shoulder member 12 at the position where the engagement between the external thread portion 12B and the internal thread portion 8d is completed. Further, from this state, the cap body 8 can be prevented from being inadvertently rotated with respect to the shoulder member 12 in a direction in which the engagement between the external thread portion 12b and the internal thread portion 8d is released.
In the cover unit 3B of the present embodiment, since the operation lever 59 is provided at a position where the handle portion 12 can be operated while being gripped, and the operation lever 59 is pressed, the structure of the cover lock mechanism 50B can be simplified, and the operability when the cover lock mechanism 50B is operated can be improved.
Therefore, in the lidded container 1 including the lid unit 3B, the structure of the lid lock mechanism 50B is simplified, so that the operability when the lid lock mechanism 50B is operated is improved, and the usability can be further improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the container 1 with a lid is not limited to the member having the above-described external shape, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, function, external design, and the like.
The present invention is preferably applied to a lidded container 1 having a heat-retaining/cold-retaining function by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat-insulating structure described above, but is not necessarily limited to a member using the container body 2 having the vacuum heat-insulating structure described above. That is, the present invention can be widely applied to a cap-equipped container in which a cap unit is detachably attached to a mouth-and-neck portion of a container body.
The present invention is not limited to the structure in which the lid body 9 is rotatably attached to the lid main body 8 such as the lid units 3A and 3B, and the present invention can be widely applied to a lid unit in which the lid main body is detachably attached to the shoulder member by screwing.
