前記蓋体の蓋体ヒンジ部と前記栓本体の栓本体ヒンジ部を前記ヒンジ軸により連結し、前記蓋体ヒンジ部と前記栓本体ヒンジ部の一方に収納部を備え、
該収納部には、前記ヒンジ軸と同軸に設けられ、該ヒンジ軸の軸方向にスライド可能に設けたスライド部材と、該スライド部材を前記軸方向に付勢する付勢手段とを設け、
前記スライド部材が前記付勢手段により前記蓋体ヒンジ部と前記栓本体ヒンジ部の他方に圧接され、
前記スライド部材、もしくは前記蓋体ヒンジ部と前記栓本体ヒンジ部の他方のどちらか一方にクリック突起を設けると共に、どちらか他方に前記クリック突起に対応するクリック受部を設け、
前記スライド部材の外側面にスライド部材側回転防止部を設け、該スライド部材側回転防止部に係合して前記スライド部材を回り止めする収納部側回転防止部を前記収納部に設け、
前記クリック受部は、開成位置凹所と、回動位置凹所と、前記開成位置凹所と前記回動位置凹所との間に設けた凹みのないクリック部とを備え、
閉成状態の前記蓋体を開成方向に回動すると、前記付勢手段により付勢された前記クリック突起が前記回動位置凹所に摺動し、前記クリック突起が前記クリック部を乗り越えて前記開成位置凹所に係入し、前記クリック突起が前記クリック部を乗り越える際にクリック感が得られ、
