本発明は、携帯用魔法瓶や水筒,スポーツドリンク容器を始めとする各種飲料用容器の中栓に係り、特に蓋体をワンタッチで開いて容器本体内の飲料を直接飲むことのできる飲料用容器の中栓に関する。

飲料用容器の中栓の先行技術として、例えば特開平2001−149236号公報に開示されるものがある。この先行技術は、容器本体の上部開口に被着される筒状の栓体と、該栓体にヒンジにて開閉可能に連結され、栓体の天板に開口する注出口を液密に覆う蓋体と、該蓋体を全閉状態に保持するスライド式のロック手段とを備えており、蓋体を解放した栓体の上部周壁に唇をつけて飲料容器内の飲料を直接飲むことができるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようする課題】
しかしながら、上述の栓体は、上部周壁が下すぼまりの漏斗状に形成されていて天板はその下側にあるため、飲料を飲む際に容器を傾けると、注出口から流出した飲料が上部周壁を開口縁に向かうに従って拡散することとなり、しかも注出口からの流量は、容器本体の傾け具合を調節する以外にはないため、飲料を飲用者が口の小さな子どもであったり乗物等の振動のある場所で飲む場合には、飲料が口の外へ流れ出て衣服を濡らす虞がある。

さらに、ロック手段には、蓋体の全閉状態を保持するために金属製の圧縮コイルばねが組み込まれているが、飲料用容器の中栓は使用の前後に容器本体から取り外して洗浄する部品であるため、水分の付着によって錆の発生する虞がある金属部品を用いることは衛生的観点から極力避けることが望ましい。

また、特開平11−244158号公報には、栓体の天板に筒状の飲み口を突設し、該飲み口に可動キャップを昇降可能に装着した中栓が開示され、可動キャップを上昇させて開栓した飲み口を、可動キャップごと口に含んで容器本体内の飲料を飲むようにしているが、この飲み口は、上端面が飲み口の中心軸と直交方向に設けられているため、特に量が少なくなった容器本体内の飲料を飲むために、容器本体を水平以上に傾けた場合には、飲用者に顔を仰向けにさせて体をのけ反らせるムリな姿勢を強いることとなり、好ましくない。

本発明は、このような実情を背景にしてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、容器本体内の飲料を飲用者や飲む場所,飲料の温度に関わりなく、かつ楽な姿勢で良好に飲むことができ、また水洗いにも錆ることなく衛生的な飲料用容器の中栓を提供することにある。

上記した目的を達成するため、本発明は、容器本体の上部開口に被着される栓体と、該栓体にヒンジにて開閉可能に連結され、前記栓体の天板に開口する出口を液密に覆う蓋体とを備え、前記ヒンジと反対側に前記蓋体の全閉状態を保持するロック手段を備えた飲料用容器の中栓において、
前記栓体の前記天板上面に筒状の飲み口を突出して設け、該飲み口の内部を前記注出口となすとともに、該飲み口の上端面を前記ロック手段側が高くヒンジ側が低いテーパ状にカットすると共に、前記蓋体に一体にボス部を突設し、該ボス部に非金属製材料により形成した弾性部材を嵌合装着したものであって、前記蓋体を全閉した際には、前記ボス部に嵌合装着された前記弾性部材が、前記栓体に弾接する状態とし、前記ロック手段を解除した際には、前記蓋体を開方向へ付勢するようにし、前記栓体の前記天板に空気孔を設け、前記弾性部材を前記蓋体が全閉した際に前記空気孔を閉塞する位置に設けたことを特徴としている。

以下本発明を、携帯用の魔法瓶に適用した形態例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

図1〜図3は第1形態例を示すもので、魔法瓶1は、金属製の容器本体2と、該容器本体2の上部開口に被着される合成樹脂製の中栓3とを備えている。容器本体2は、内筒2aと外筒2bの上部開口縁を一体に接合し、内筒2aと外筒2bとの間の空間を真空の断熱層4となした断熱二重構造で、外筒2bの上部外周には、中栓3を螺着するためのおねじ2cが形成されている。
