【発明が解決しようとする課題】

上記した目的を達成するため、本発明は、容器本体の口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる筒状の飲み口部材と、該飲み口部材にヒンジ軸を介して結合されて飲み口部材の上部開口を開閉する蓋部材と、該蓋部材を開方向に付勢するスプリングと、前記飲み口部材のヒンジ軸と対向する位置に設けられて前記蓋部材を閉状態に保持するロック部材とを備えた飲料用容器の栓体において、前記飲み口部材は、上部開口周壁のロック部材側に形成された飲み口と、該飲み口側が低くヒンジ軸側が高い底壁と、該底壁の前記ヒンジ軸と前記ロック部材とを結ぶ線上の飲み口側に形成された液通孔及びヒンジ軸側に形成された空気孔とを有し、前記蓋部材は、前記液通孔及び空気孔を密閉するシール部材を備えた内栓を有していることを特徴としている。また、前記飲み口は、その最上縁が飲み口部材上部周壁の最上位に形成されていることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を金属製二重断熱構造の飲料用容器の栓体に適用した一実施形態例を図面に基づいて、さらに詳細に説明する。片手で持てる大きさの飲料用容器1は、断熱構造の容器本体2と、該容器本体2の口部に着脱可能に装着される栓体3とで構成されている。容器本体2は、上部を開口した金属製の内容器21及び外容器22の上端同士を一体に接合したもので、両容器21,22間に真空断熱構造の断熱部23を有している。また、容器本体2の口部外周には、栓体3を螺着するネジ部24が形成されている。

栓体3は、容器本体2の口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる筒状の飲み口部材4と、該飲み口部材4の上部開口を開閉する蓋部材6とを備えている。飲み口部材4は、有底筒状に形成された栓体受部41と、該栓体受部41を組み付けた容器本体2への取付部42とで構成されている。該取付部42の一側には、前記蓋部材6がヒンジ軸5を介して結合され、ヒンジ軸5に巻き掛けられたトーションスプリング7にて開方向に付勢されている。トーションスプリング7は、蓋部材6を閉状態から180度以上回動してその位置で保持するスプリング力を有している。また、取付部42のヒンジ軸5と径方向に対向する位置には、蓋部材6の先端を係止して蓋部材6を閉状態に保持するロック部材8が設けられている。

このように構成された栓体3は、図2に示される閉状態からロック部材8の押動部83を径方向内側へ押すと、ロック部材8の係止部82が径方向外側へ開き、係止部82と蓋部材6の係止爪67との係合が解除され、蓋部材6は、図1,3に示されるように、トーションスプリング7の付勢力にて上方に回動して開き、飲み口43に唇をつけて飲料用容器1を傾けることにより、容器本体2内の飲料を液通孔45から飲み口43を介して直接飲むことができる。

以上説明したように、本発明の飲料用容器の栓体は、容器本体の口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる筒状の飲み口部材と、飲み口部材にヒンジ軸を介して結合される蓋部材と、蓋部材を開方向に付勢するスプリングと、飲み口部材のヒンジ軸と対向する位置に設けられて蓋部材を閉状態に保持するロック部材とを備え、飲み口部材は、上部開口周壁のロック部材側に形成された飲み口と、飲み口側が低くヒンジ軸側が高い底壁と、底壁のヒンジ軸とロック部材とを結ぶ線上の飲み口側に形成された液通孔及びヒンジ軸側に形成された空気孔とを有し、蓋部材は、液通孔及び空気孔を密閉するシール部材を備えた内栓を有しているので、液通孔から飲み口までの距離があるため、飲料が急にでてくることがなく、安心感を与えることができる。しかも、乗物に乗って飲料を飲む際に、振動等によって飲料用容器が揺れても、液通孔の開口面積が狭いことと液通孔から飲み口までの距離があるから、飲料が大量に流れ出ることがない。また、容器本体内に熱い飲料を入れた場合に、液通孔の開口面積が従来に比べて狭いから、蓋部材にかかる圧力が小さく、蓋部材を開ける際に蓋部材が勢いよく飛び跳ねることがない。また、飲み口の最上縁を飲み口部材上部周壁の最上位に形成することにより、飲み口の視認性が向上するとともに、飲料を飲む際に蓋部材の裏面が顔に当たらず衛生的である。
