Abstract
本发明涉及一种管道切割装置,其创新点在于:该切割装置包括:切割支架、合金切割片和管道旋转支架;通过固定式管道切割装置对管道进行切割,提高了切割效率,降低了工人切割的劳动强度;通过采用合金切割片,合金切头的宽度大于切割片的宽度,使得在切割的时候切缝的宽度大于切割片的宽度,不易使切割齿卡住造成切割齿崩断的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道生产领域,尤其涉及一种管道的切割装置。
背景技术
在管道的生产中,需要对大量的废弃的管道进行切割,一般的直径较小管道可以通过手提式的切割机进行切割,这样很便捷,但是对于直径较大的废弃的管道来说,采用手提式的切割来进行切割则比较麻烦,首先由于管道的直径较大采用手提式切割机会造成切割时间较长,由于手提式切割机的质量较大,工人在切割时长时间切割比较累;一般的采用手提式切割的时候切割齿会与管道紧密贴合,经常出现管道将手提式切割机的切割齿卡住造成切割齿崩断情况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种管道切割装置,能够提高管道的切割效率,减少管道在切割时容易卡住切割片造成切割齿崩断的情况。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种管道切割装置,该切割装置包括:切割支架、合金切割片和管道旋转支架;其创新点在于:
所述切割支架为侧边为直角梯形框架结构,切割支架的底面与地面相连固定,切割支架的倾斜面为切割面,切割支架的倾斜框架上铺设有切割板,切割板的中间位置在竖直方向上开有切割孔;在切割面的背面位于切割孔的两侧设置有电机安装架,在切割面背面还安装有减速箱,电机与减速箱之间相连;减速箱的输出端与切割支架上切割面的切割孔箱对应;
所述合金切割片与减速箱的输出端相连,合金切割片穿过位于切割支架上的切割孔;
所述管道旋转支架安装在切割支架的切割面一侧,管道旋转支架包括旋转辊、支撑座和导轨;所述导轨铺设在切割支架切割面的一侧,导轨与切割支架切割面的底端垂直;所述支撑座呈长方体状,支撑座的底端设置有滑轮,滑轮与导轨相接处,滑轮和支撑座一起沿着导轨在水平方向上运动;所述旋转辊安装在支撑座的上表面位于四个顶角处,管道安装置于旋转辊的上方,塑钢缠绕辊在切割的时候可以绕着旋转辊相对旋转;
所述合金切割片包括:合金切头和切割片,所述合金切头固定在切割片的切割齿上,合金切头的宽度大于切割片的宽度。
本发明的优点在于:通过固定式管道切割装置对管道进行切割,提高了切割效率,降低了工人切割的劳动强度;通过采用合金切割片,合金切头的宽度大于切割片的宽度,使得在切割的时候切缝的宽度大于切割片的宽度,不易使切割齿卡住造成切割齿崩断的情况。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1所示的一种管道切割装置,该切割装置包括:切割支架1、合金切割片2和管道旋转支架3。
切割支架1为侧边为直角梯形框架结构,切割支架的底面与地面相连固定,切割支架1的倾斜面为切割面,切割支架1的倾斜框架上铺设有切割板11,切割板11的中间位置在竖直方向上开有切割孔;在切割面的背面位于切割孔的两侧设置有电机安装架14,在切割面背面还安装有减速箱12,电机13与减速箱12之间相连;减速箱12的输出端与切割支架1上切割面的切割孔箱对应。
合金切割片2与减速箱12的输出端相连,合金切割片2穿过位于切割支架1上的切割孔。
管道旋转支架3安装在切割支架1的切割面一侧,管道旋转支架3包括旋转辊31、支撑座32和导轨33;所述导轨33铺设在切割支架1切割面的一侧,导轨33与切割支架1切割面的底端垂直;所述支撑座32呈长方体状,支撑座32的底端设置有滑轮34,滑轮34与导轨33相接处,滑轮32和支撑座32一起沿着导轨33在水平方向上运动;所述旋转辊31安装在支撑座32的上表面位于四个顶角处,管道安装置于旋转辊31的上方,塑钢缠绕辊在切割的时候可以绕着旋转辊31相对旋转。
合金切割片2包括:合金切头21和切割片22,所述合金切头21固定在切割片22的切割齿上,合金切头21的宽度大于切割片22的宽度。

1.一种管道切割装置,该切割装置包括:切割支架、合金切割片和管道旋转支架;其特征在于:
所述切割支架为侧边为直角梯形框架结构,切割支架的底面与地面相连固定,切割支架的倾斜面为切割面,切割支架的倾斜框架上铺设有切割板,切割板的中间位置在竖直方向上开有切割孔;在切割面的背面位于切割孔的两侧设置有电机安装架,在切割面背面还安装有减速箱,电机与减速箱之间相连;减速箱的输出端与切割支架上切割面的切割孔箱对应;
所述合金切割片与减速箱的输出端相连,合金切割片穿过位于切割支架上的切割孔;
所述管道旋转支架安装在切割支架的切割面一侧,管道旋转支架包括旋转辊、支撑座和导轨;所述导轨铺设在切割支架切割面的一侧,导轨与切割支架切割面的底端垂直;所述支撑座呈长方体状,支撑座的底端设置有滑轮,滑轮与导轨相接处,滑轮和支撑座一起沿着导轨在水平方向上运动;所述旋转辊安装在支撑座的上表面位于四个顶角处;
所述合金切割片包括:合金切头和切割片,所述合金切头固定在切割片的切割齿上,合金切头的宽度大于切割片的宽度。
