Abstract
本发明属于禽畜脏腑调理技术领域,提出了茵术板郁汤基础方剂,由下列质量份的组分组成,茵陈10份、陈皮10份、白术15份、大青叶15份、板蓝根10份、白花蛇舌草15份、郁金10份、柴胡10份、萹蓄10份、苦地丁10份、蒲公英10份、小巫山杉木15份。生产工艺包括筛选、浸泡、提取、浓缩。本发明解决了目前国内白羽肉鸡群普遍发生肌腺胃炎,发病鸡群主要表现生长迟缓、采食量不达标、腹泻等症状,对养殖业造成巨大损失的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明属于禽畜脏腑调理技术领域,涉及一种茵术 板郁汤基础方剂及生产工艺。
背景技术
目前国内白羽肉鸡群普遍发生肌腺胃炎,发病鸡群主要表现生长迟缓、采食量不达标、腹泻等症状,对养殖业造成巨大损失。
发明内容
本发明提出一种茵术 板郁汤基础方剂及生产工艺,解决了现有技术中的上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
茵术 板郁汤基础方剂,由下列质量份的组分组成,茵陈10份、陈皮10份、白术15份、大青叶15份、板蓝根10份、白花蛇舌草15份、郁金10份、柴胡 10份、萹蓄10份、苦地丁10份、蒲公英10份、小巫山杉木15份。
本发明还提出茵术 板郁汤生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
筛选:权利要求1所述基础方剂中中药过筛除去尘土,捡出杂物,切制均匀得到饮片;
浸泡:饮片在温水中浸泡90min,温水温度为60℃;
提取:温水升温至100℃,回流煎提法煎煮120min,导出汤后加水二次煎煮120min,再导出汤后加水三次煎煮60min,合并三次煎液,过滤得到滤液;
浓缩:滤液浓缩至生药克数/浓缩液体积数为1:3,或浓缩至在70~80℃温度下相对密度为1.10~1.20,得到浓缩液。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述筛选步骤中,中药过筛60目除去尘土。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述提取步骤中,在饮片的所取量为125kg下,温水量为600~700L,之后两次加水的量均为500L。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述提取步骤中,过滤所用筛网的目数为80目。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述浓缩步骤后还包括如下的添加剂配合步骤,
添加剂配合:每千升浓缩液加入添加剂脱氢醋酸钠4kg,甜蜜素0.5kg,绵白糖乙醇溶液20kg,搅拌均匀。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述添加剂配合步骤中,绵白糖乙醇溶液通过绵白糖缓慢加入60~70℃的95%乙醇稀释溶解获得。
本发明使用原理及有益效果为:
1、可以减少白羽肉鸡肌腺胃炎发病,防止肉鸡吐水现象,茵术板郁汤通过中药脏腑调理办法改善脾胃功能、促进消化、提高抗病力,从而提升动物饲养生产效益。
2、中药减少胃肠道炎症,减少药物残留,保障食品安全,采用优质中药提取液消除肉鸡胃肠道炎症,改善肠道的长度及厚度,达到控制腹泻的目的。
3、从绿色环保出发,一体多能:采用中药材进行提取,通过雏鸡预防保健改善体质,来实现全程无肌腺胃炎,比目前西药治疗肌腺胃炎的办法,更科学、更安全、更持久;治疗白羽肉鸡饲养中后期吐水病症,3天即可治愈,不存在药物残留,比西药治疗更加迅速、更加安全,值得全国广泛推广;可促进中药种植的发展,有利于减少西药抗生素在养殖中的使用。
4、治疗更彻底,不必重复治疗:采用GAP中药材进行提取,治疗当前流行的肌腺胃炎,通过雏鸡预防保健,来实现全程无胃炎。比传统的西药治疗方法,治疗更彻底,不必重复投药,节省成本。比目前西药治疗肌腺胃炎的办法,更加科学、更加安全、更加持久。
5、制备方法简单易行:比颗粒剂节省了药物载体、赋形剂等,制备方法简单。
6、可以实现每只白羽肉鸡减少药费0.3~0.5元/批次(常规全程药费0.5~2 元),樱桃谷鸭每只减少药费0.2~0.3元/批次(常规全程药费0.5-0.9元),大大减少药物投入及药物残留,在白羽肉鸡饲养减少药物残留问题上做出突出贡献。
7、健脾开胃,全程不吐水、无胃炎;改善消化,全程不过料、无肠炎;提升免疫,全程发病少、料比低。传统体质调节方法为扶阳提气法,本方采用五脏平衡调理法,通过改善脾肝肾及胃功能,改善较弱的遗传体质,使体质得到提升,达到抵抗疾病的目的。
8、可以提升胃肠道功能,显著降低料肉比,改善全程采食,减少胃炎、肠炎发病,可以明显减少白羽肉鸡饲养后期的吐水现象。可以改善弱雏体质,提升抵抗应激能力。可以治疗湿寒原因引起的鸡鸭瘫痪、多种原因引起的腹泻、肠炎过料,预防白羽肉鸡饲养后期多发症等。可以提高免疫力和抗病力,抑制流感病毒、新城疫病毒、法氏囊病毒、细小病毒、鸭肝病毒、绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌、肺炎双球菌等多种病原感染,减少呼吸道等多种疾病发生,保护全程健康,降低全程死淘率。可以用于顽固型肌腺胃炎的防治保健、预防饲养环境高温造成的后期腺胃糜烂。
9、用后7天可见羽毛干净光亮,无腹泻现象,无粪便粘网架现象。用后一周可见眼睛圆润,精力充沛,头骨圆,无沟痕,肾不虚,无泄泻症。使用7天,即可提升健康体质,弱雏可26~28日龄再用3天,可减少呼吸道病发生,全程很少发病,很多鸡场全程死亡低于2%。若全程使用两个疗程(2~9日龄、26~28 日龄),网上平养鸡多降低0.05料比,网平养樱桃谷肉鸭多降低0.06~0.12料肉比。全程投入低于0.1元/只,可以节省全程胃炎药物、二次肠炎药物。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提出的茵术 板郁汤基础方剂(也可以叫茵术 板郁汤方剂,或禽畜脏腑调理用茵术 板郁汤中药配方),由下列质量份的组分组成,茵陈10份、陈皮 10份、白术15份、大青叶15份、板蓝根10份、白花蛇舌草15份、郁金10份、柴胡10份、萹蓄10份、苦地丁10份、蒲公英10份、小巫山杉木15份。
【茵陈】优选内蒙古种植茵陈,农历3月前采收,无杆、无根、无农药喷洒。清热除湿,利胆退黄。对于雏鸡低血糖型黄疸有很好预防作用。
【陈皮】精选广东、江西3年陈皮干丝,无霉变现象。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。可治疗脾胃气滞所导致的脘腹胀满,不思饮食,痰湿壅滞。
【白术】采用辽宁统货白术,大片,多麻点。无硫。补脾益气,燥湿利水。用治疗脾胃虚弱,运化不利,痰饮水肿。
【大青叶】采用本地统,无霉变。清热解毒,凉血消斑。多用于温病邪热入营,咽喉肿痛,黄疸等。试验显示此药对于淋巴系统炎症有很好作用。
【板蓝根】优选本地统,马蓝根、菘蓝根。无硫。清热解毒,凉血利咽。多用于病毒感染、风热感冒、胸腺炎症、急性肝炎等。
【白花蛇舌草】优选本地统,无霉味,色青者为佳。其成药味苦、淡,性寒。主要功效是清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿。尤善治疗各种类型炎症。
【郁金】优选广西桂郁金,选货。行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄。用于热病神昏,雏鸡肠毒综合征发狂、震颤等。
【柴胡】采用北柴胡,河北统。无秸。舒肝解郁,升阳举陷,退热止痛。多用于感冒发热,胃炎疼痛,胸胁胀痛。
【婆婆丁】又名蒲公英,采用河北种植。干燥、无霉变。清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋。可以治疗疔疮肿毒、胃壁肿胀、鸡内金干裂,内脏组织炎症,肠炎、肝炎、胃炎等。
【杉木】精选小巫山杉木,原古代书籍中有记载。味淡,具有清热解毒、祛风燥湿、消炎止痛、祛痰止咳等作用。被誉为“药王谷”疗伤神药。试验发现其对于各种内脏炎症确有显著疗效。
按照以下生产工艺进行生产:
筛选:中药过筛60目除去尘土,捡出杂物,切制均匀得到饮片;
浸泡:饮片取125kg在600~700L温水中浸泡90min,温水温度为60℃;
提取:温水升温至100℃,回流煎提法煎煮120min,导出汤后加水500L二次煎煮120min,再导出汤后加水500L三次煎煮60min,合并三次煎液,80目过滤得到滤液;
浓缩:滤液浓缩至生药克数/浓缩液体积数为1:3,或浓缩至在70~80℃温度下相对密度为1.10~1.20,得到浓缩液。
添加剂配合:每千升浓缩液加入添加剂脱氢醋酸钠4kg,甜蜜素0.5kg,绵白糖乙醇溶液20kg,搅拌均匀,绵白糖乙醇溶液通过绵白糖缓慢加入60~70℃的95%乙醇稀释溶解获。
用法用量如下:
鸡:预防保健,每升液体按照300升水计算(10000只雏鸡7天用10升),于2~9日龄或5~13日龄饮水,按照全天饮水量计算,集中上午饮水6小时,连用7天。治疗胃肠炎,按照每升液体兑水250升,上午或下午饮水6小时,连用3天。
鸭:每升液体1~5日龄按照4000只雏鸭,7~9日龄按照小鸭3000只,25~28 日龄按照2000只鸭,或按照每瓶兑水400升(拌料200公斤),按全天饮水量计算,集中于上午饮用6~8小时(或直接喷洒在饲料上),每次连用3~5天,全程用2~3次。
如下为临床试验数据:
试验1:对肉鸡吐水治疗作用的对比分析。
养殖品种:白羽AA+肉鸡;
养殖数量:每棚约10000只;
饲养方式:3层笼养;
主要病变:吐水严重;
试验时间:25~28日龄

如表1所示,试验结果说明:茵术板郁汤在治疗肉鸡饲养后期吐水病症时,作用非常显著。比诱导因子和四逆汤效果更快速、更彻底。
试验2:在肉鸡腹泻病症治疗中的作用对比。

养殖数量:20000只/棚,11日龄;
饲养方式:笼养;
主要病变:腹泻显著;
试验时间:11~14日龄;

如表2所示,试验结果显示:茵术板郁汤在白羽肉鸡腹泻病症的治疗上,比西药类肠炎药和白头翁散效果更加显著、治疗速度更快。
试验3:在蛋鸡吐水病症治疗上的应用对比。
养殖品种:海蓝灰蛋鸡;
养殖数量:5600只/舍,256日龄;
饲养方式:三层笼养;
主要病症:吐水、腹泻、鸡冠苍白;
试验时间:256~258日龄;

如表3所示,试验结果显示:茵术板郁汤在蛋鸡吐水病的治疗上,显著强于新霉素和补中益气散的组合。证明茵术板郁汤对于蛋鸡吐水治疗作用更加显著。

山西市场介休使用反馈:
25日龄肉食鸡,10000只,出现大群吐水现象,有过料。使用茵术板郁汤每升500斤水,全天量集中饮4~5小时,连用3天,效果特别明显。大群吐水及过料情况明显减少,养殖户表示非常满意。
山东烟台市场使用反馈:
5日龄育雏鸡使用,用于预防,两棚对比使用,其中一棚7500只使用茵术板郁汤每升600斤水,全天量集中6小时饮完,连用7天。对比结果:使用茵术板郁汤的一棚鸡从整齐度、抗病力、增重、和粪便消化情况均优于对照组,养殖户反应,到20日龄后粪便还是特别好,而且鸡群生病少。
山东临沂市场使用反馈:
11日龄肉食鸡群,大群出现拉饲料便、长条粪、粪便带水不成形等情况,有部分严重的有粪便“糊屁股”的现象。使用茵术板郁汤500斤水/升,集中饮水6小时。仅仅使用一天,就见到明显效果,粪便明显好转,带水粪便消失,料粪好转。
山东济南市场使用反馈:
19日龄817鸡群,8000只,大群有明显腺胃炎症状,曾用两次治疗腺胃炎药物,但效果不理想。鸡群分级现象明显,小鸡剖检可见腺胃肿胀如球,饲料便严重,采食量仅8袋料/天(640斤)。使用茵术板郁汤500斤水/升,集中饮水 6小时,配合使用青霉素钾,连用4天,效果非常明显,采食量增到12袋料/天 (960斤),肠道明显改善,饲料便好转,大群精神状况也明显好转。
如下为实践数据:
实践使用检测,陆续通过对笼养白羽肉鸡200万只,10日龄前使用7天进行观察,肌腺胃炎发病率为0.13%以下,吐水发病率为零,料肉比均保持在 1.46~1.54之间。总体成活率显著高于使用其他药物的实验组,保持在98.1~99.7%之间。

1.茵术 板郁汤基础方剂,其特征在于,由下列质量份的组分组成,茵陈10份、陈皮10份、白术15份、大青叶15份、板蓝根10份、白花蛇舌草15份、郁金10份、柴胡10份、萹蓄10份、苦地丁10份、蒲公英10份、小巫山杉木15份。
2.茵术 板郁汤生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
筛选:权利要求1所述基础方剂中中药过筛除去尘土,捡出杂物,切制均匀得到饮片;
浸泡:饮片在温水中浸泡90min,温水温度为60℃;
提取:温水升温至100℃,回流煎提法煎煮120min,导出汤后加水二次煎煮120min,再导出汤后加水三次煎煮60min,合并三次煎液,过滤得到滤液;

3.根据权利要求2所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述筛选步骤中,中药过筛60目除去尘土。
4.根据权利要求2所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述提取步骤中,在饮片的所取量为125kg下,温水量为600~700L,之后两次加水的量均为500L。
5.根据权利要求2所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述提取步骤中,过滤所用筛网的目数为80目。
6.根据权利要求2所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浓缩步骤后还包括如下的添加剂配合步骤,
