Modeling, grouping and experiment: 105 Wistar male rats with the age of 6 weeks are randomly divided into 7 groups with the weight of 150-. compared with the young control, the serum MDA content of the model group is obviously increased, the activities of blood SOD and GSH-Px enzymes are obviously reduced (P is less than 0.01), and the change trend of the model group is consistent with that of the normal aged group (see table 1), which indicates that the model group rat aging model is successfully established.
Compared with a model control group and samples, the samples (the fifth group) have obviously reduced MDA content, obviously increased SOD enzyme activity and obviously increased GSH-Px enzyme activity (P is less than 0.01) in different organ tissues, which shows that the composition (the fifth group) can effectively reduce the MDA production of each organ tissue of a rat organism, enhance the activities of SOD and GSH-Px enzyme, effectively improve the oxidation resistance of a D-galactose-induced senile rat, and has the functions of high-efficiency anti-senility, beauty and health care.
Claims (6)
1. An anti-aging beauty and health care functional composition is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from 24-48% of haematococcus pluvialis solid dispersoid with the mass percentage of astaxanthin of 2.0-3.0%, donkey-hide gelatin instant powder prepared from 12-21% of donkey-hide gelatin with the mass percentage, 29-39% of poria cocos, 1.5-2.5% of poria cocos extract with the mass percentage of water-soluble polysaccharide and 16-20% of blueberries with the mass percentage; the donkey-hide gelatin instant powder is prepared by crushing donkey-hide gelatin, adding a proper amount of cold water, heating and melting to 60 ℃, determining the relative density to be 1.10, and preserving heat at 60 ℃, wherein the mass ratio of the added donkey-hide gelatin to the added donkey-hide gelatin is 10-30: 50 beta-cyclodextrin at 60 deg.C, inlet temperature 165 deg.C, liquid supply rate 15%, and compressed air flow rate 45 L.h-1Spray drying under the condition to obtain; the poria cocos extract is prepared by slicing poria cocos, adding water with a mass-volume ratio of 1:6, soaking for 3 hours, heating and refluxing for 3 times, wherein each time is 3 hours, 2 hours and 1 hour respectively, combining extracting solutions, filtering, adding equal volume of 95% ethanol while stirring, standing for 12 hours, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, adding water, boiling for dissolving, adjusting the ethanol content to 80% with 95% ethanol, standing for separating brown precipitate, filtering, drying at low temperature, pulverizing, and sieving with a 80-mesh sieveObtaining; the blueberry is blueberry powder prepared by adopting fresh blueberries which are artificially planted and harvested, dehydrating, drying, crushing and sieving with a 80-mesh sieve.

The composition of claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from 27-42% of haematococcus pluvialis solid dispersoid, 2.2-2.8% of astaxanthin and 19-21% of donkey-hide gelatin prepared donkey-hide gelatin instant powder by mass, 29-31% of poria cocos, 1.7-2.3% of poria cocos extract by mass and 17-19% of blueberries by mass.

The composition of claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from 30-36% by mass of haematococcus pluvialis solid dispersion with 2.4-2.6% by mass of astaxanthin, 21% by mass of donkey-hide gelatin prepared donkey-hide gelatin instant powder, 29% by mass of poria cocos, 1.9-2.1% by mass of water-soluble polysaccharide and 18% by mass of blueberries.
