Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保蓝藻清除剂及其制备方法,该环保蓝藻清除剂包括以下重量百分比组分:5%‑12%的H2SO4、1%‑15%的ZnO、1%‑10%的MgO、1%‑10%的K2SO4、1%‑30%的过碳酸钠溶液、1%‑5%乙二胺四乙酸溶液,余量为水。本清除剂成本低、危害小、具有抑制效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保蓝藻清除剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
当产生绿藻时,传统的技术为,在产生绿藻区域上喷洒以含有黄土或石灰 作为主要原料的绿藻清除剂。
喷洒黄土的方法为喷洒的黄土的胶粒聚集绿藻沉淀于水中,从而处理绿 藻。虽然该方法具有成本低的优点,但是问题在于沉淀后部分绿藻重新漂浮或 在水中分解会引起二次环境污染。
对于喷洒石灰(CaO)的方法而言,由于所喷洒的石灰与作为产生绿藻的 原因的硫酸离子(SO4 2-)进行反应而生成石膏(CaSO4+2H2O),因此能够减 少绿藻。但是这种方法存在如下的问题:即,作为反应生成物的石膏在海底表 层形成膜,隔离水中的溶解氧,导致这种石膏膜下部的鱼贝类及水生植物窒息。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种成本低、危害小、具有抑制效果的环保蓝藻 清除剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:
其中使用的过碳酸钠为20%的过碳酸钠溶液,乙二胺四乙酸为20%的乙二 胺四乙酸溶液。
进一步地,所述的环保蓝藻清除剂中包括以下重量百分比组分:
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种环保蓝藻清除剂的制备方法。
具体地,包括以下步骤:
在反应容器中将H2SO4与水混合并搅拌均匀;
向上述溶液中加入ZnO、MgO、K2SO4并搅拌1-3小时;
放入过碳酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸,充分搅拌之后进行过滤,得到环保蓝藻清除剂。本发明同时提供了一种环保蓝藻清除剂的应用,在含有蓝藻的水域中,加入 3-10ppm的环保蓝藻清除剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种环保蓝藻清除剂,包含H2SO4、ZnO、MgO、K2SO4、20%的过碳 酸钠、20%的乙二胺四乙酸、水,其具体含量如表1。

对于产生蓝藻的水源地的原水进行采水,在此原水250ml中分 别注入1ppm、3ppm、5ppm、7ppm、10ppm的通过制备实施例3制 备的环保蓝藻清除剂,结果如下表2。

由上述实施例可知,当环保蓝藻清除剂的适当放入量为5ppm左右时,可 以去除蓝藻并能持续抑制效果。
*蓝藻产生抑制试验
在产生蓝藻之前的原水中注入营养盐类后,在自然状态下将没有注入环保 蓝藻清除剂的原水和分别注入环保蓝藻清除剂1ppm、3ppm、5ppm、7ppm及 10ppm的试样水搁置7天后观测蓝藻产生情况,其结果如下表3。

没有放入环保蓝藻清除剂的对比组自3-4天后起开始产生蓝藻。
由上述多个实施例可知,当环保蓝藻清除剂的适当放入量为5ppm左右时, 可以事先预防产生蓝藻。
虽然说明书中对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只是作为 提示,不应限定本发明的保护范围。在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内进行各种省 略、置换和变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:
其中使用的过碳酸钠为20%的过碳酸钠溶液,乙二胺四乙酸为20%的乙二胺四乙酸溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比组分:
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于:所述的H2SO4为98%的H2SO4。
4.一种环保蓝藻清除剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在反应容器中将H2SO4与水混合并搅拌均匀;
向上述溶液中加入ZnO、MgO、K2SO4并搅拌1-3小时;
放入过碳酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸,充分搅拌之后进行过滤,得到环保蓝藻清除剂。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保蓝藻清除剂的应用。
