Description

抵御灾害的液化气容器阀
本发明涉及气体容器阀,更特别涉及当容器阀完全打开处在正常使用中,能够在遇到灾害时防止由于灾害的出现而引起异常气体外流的液化气(LP)容器阀。
对将要安装于容装高压气体的容器如LP气体容器的进/出口的阀门要求的条件是能够满意地进行诸如充气、残气回收和气体吹风检测等典型的操作。此外,象抵抗如地震或火灾等灾害的程度等其它要求包含:预防由房屋倒塌或供气设备的破坏而引起的气体的大量外泄而导致的二次灾害,以及预防即使是在气罐倒下时气体的外泄及即使是在大火的火焰中而引起气罐的爆炸。然而,完全满足这些要求的技术还没有得到开发。
在上述的阀中,尽管设置了安全阀以防止由于容器中的意外升高的压力而引起的容器的爆炸,但其仍不能防止由于供气设备的损坏而引起的气体的大量排放。
抵御火灾、爆炸等危险的对策是,插入截止阀,其作为感应阀和供气装置之间的气体的异常外流的结果而被驱动,或为阀装入传感器装置,用来感应气体容器的倾斜度或地震的震动,从而气体截止部份被传感器所驱动。
通常,在LP高压气筒(罐)或类似产品设置在消费者的家里等场合,高压集合自动切换装置被使用,所有单个的容器阀门是完全打开的。因而,在供气设备上的某一点由于地震或意外事件等而引起破裂出现时,由于大量气体从破裂处排放会造成很大的危险。在此情况下,超出阀门的气体供应必须马上停止。
在一些装置中,在传统容器阀的出口处使用了单独的截止装置用作安装元部件,即使该元部件本身是简单的确定可操作的,同只使用了传统阀的装置相比,其安装及固定于周围结构上也是很复杂的。安全性相应降低,设备成本也是较高的。
此外,这些在气体容器阀中安装了抗地震气体截止机构的大部分装置还没有满足所有的目的条件。例如,有一种装置,具有向出口变窄的通道的锥形部设置在气体通道中的位于气体容器件和阀的开/关部之间,球可动地设置在通道中。当气流速度异常增高时,球便抵靠锥形部而截止气体。
然而,使用了气体截止球的这种提案既没有在阀上安装安全阀,或即使具有安全阀,在工作中也是不稳定的和不确定的,这是由于球在正常工作中的静止位置位于气体通道中的从导向安全阀的分支点朝向气体容器本体的一侧。
特别地,这种没有安全阀的装置还存在着爆炸的危险,这是由于其不能响应例如火灾时异常升高的气压。其缺少作为高压气体容器阀的必要条件。在其中球的正常静止位置位于朝向气体容器本体的装置中,当安全阀被驱动时,球就会从分支点吸向安全阀,因而封住通向安全阀的开口而不能使其正常工作。即使通向安全阀的通道同传统产品相比被加宽以便使其大于球的直径,当气体的异常外流开始之前,安全阀被驱动,或者当异常气体外流出现时,处在这样的状态,即作为气筒以其安全阀面朝下而倒下的结果,球处在从分支点朝向安全阀的位置,只通过气流而将球从这样的位置移到切断异常外流的点上是不可能的。这就是不能达到使气体外流切断的目的的缺点。
因此,本发明的目的是提出一种液化气容器阀,其具有安装于阀中的装置,与安全阀一起,能解决上述问题,满足所有高压气体容器阀的要求,在遇到突发的自然灾害时,能够预防并确实防止在如地震时可能出现的象火灾或爆炸等偶然事件。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种抵御灾害的液化气(LP)容器阀,用作容器的阀门安装在丙烷气体容器上,其包含用来打开/关闭气体通道的开闭阀,气体通道通向阀出口和安全阀,安全阀响应气体压力的异常升高而被驱动,该LP气体容器阀包含:
球阀,其具有正常工作状态的静止位置和异常工作状态的气体截止位置,该二位置位于从所述气体容器到容器阀出口的气体通道之内、导向安全阀的分支点和所述开闭阀之间,所述球阀可移动地位于所述静止位置和气体截止位置之间;
锥形部,其设置在气体通道内靠近所述气体截止位置,使通道向着所述开闭阀变窄;
所述球阀抵靠所述锥形部,在气体从所述容器向容器阀出口异常外流时,封闭气体通道。
其中,当开闭阀的关闭时,其下部的末端抵靠球阀而形成位于锥形部和球阀之间的间隙。
其中,球阀接纳件为伞构形的形式,具有用来接纳球阀的低的中央部和向周围升高的升高部,其设置在气体通道中球阀处于正常工作状态中的静止位置。

参见图1至图3,阀体1通过高压气筒连接外螺纹1a旋入到高压气筒(未示出)的气体进/出口中的内螺纹中而与气筒相连接。标号2表示从阀进口1b到阀出口3b的气体通道。高压管连接部3通过内螺纹3a连接于气源高压管(未示出)。应注意的是,在大多数情况下,往高压管上的连接是通过高压软管用金属安装卡具左旋螺纹而完成的。
标号5表示用来关闭气体通道2的开闭阀5。开闭阀5可以通过手轮8而上下移动,该手轮8通过阀杆6和轴杆7而连接于关闭阀5。锁紧螺母9具有与阀杆6的外螺纹6a相啮合的内螺纹部9a。安全阀10通过弹簧11引导安全阀压抵于设置在气体通道分支部2b内的倾斜表面2a,弹簧11在其一端部与帽12的内侧面相接触,因而关闭通道分支部2b。
由于开闭阀5和安全阀10的动作与传统阀门的类似部分是相同的,因此,两者之间的相互关系将不作描述。
尽管如图2所示,本实施例在外观上与传统的高压气筒阀门只有很小的差别,球20(此后称作截止球阀)用于在气体异常外流时,通过抵靠倾斜表面2a而使得在关闭阀5之前使气流通道变窄,截止球阀20被插入到气体通道2中,如图1和3所示。
截止球阀接纳件21被设置用来在正常位置支承截止球阀20,如图1和3所示,其正常位置位于气体通道2中的从导向安全阀10的分支点朝向关闭阀5的位置。
尽管球阀接纳件21可有任何形状,只要具有允许气体通过的相对较大的面积,在气体流过时阻力小就行。在本实施例中,其是类似于倒置的伞的构形。其被形成为具有较低的中心部而向着周围升高的十字形。
应注意的是,为了充分利用截止球阀20的功能,从开闭阀的密封垫的顶端到安全阀的中心线的尺寸选为13毫米到16毫米,在本实施例中,安全阀设定的位置比传统的类似产品要低约10毫米。
通过将安全阀设置于该位置,开闭阀和安全阀之间的距离被减小到可能的程度以便使阀体的尺寸减小,正常工作中的静止位置和球在异常动作中的气体切断位置之间的最小距离(4毫米或更大)是确定的,以便确保球阀对气体通道的截止。
此外,在本实施例中,安全阀的直径同传统产品相比增加到10毫米左右,而在传统产品中其约为6.7毫米。因而,由于安全阀的开口面积增加到传统产品的约两倍,在灾难时抵御容器爆炸的安全性比传统产品要高得多。
图4示出了截止球阀20周围的截面的一部分,其中,截止球阀20的正常位置用双点划线表示,而其被驱动时的位置用实线表示。截止球阀20可以被设计成这样,即当开闭阀5处于图1所示的打开位置时,在产品的气体流量(气流)为4.5千克/小时或更小时,其不能浮起,但当气体流量为5至10千克/小时时,其被浮起而关闭气体通道2。
应该注意的是,对于一般消费者而言,自动打开两个LP高压气筒之间的开关时,即使是一台设备消耗很大的量,使用单一的50千克的容器时,气体的流量通常为2到3千克/小时或更低;即使是短时间内最大量的使用,气体流量为4千克/小时或更小。在本发明的情况下,当气体流量变为8千克/小时或更大时,作为接受气压的结果,截止球阀20被浮起而如图4所示那样自动关闭气体通道2而截止气体的流动。
为了恢复一旦被驱动的截止球阀20,只要关闭开闭阀5就足够了。在排除了异常外流的起因或即使仍在异常外流但确认安全状况后,通过逐渐关闭开闭阀5,开闭阀5的末端部5a接触并推下截止球阀20而打开已被封闭的气体通道2,当开闭阀5进一步关闭直到完成了开闭阀5的关闭时,便又恢复了图1的状态。
此外,当填充操作和残气回收操作必须在LP气体填充厂和容器检查所进行时,必须使开闭阀5处于半开状态。图5示出了开闭阀5处于半开状态时的剖面的一部分。在填充和残气回收操作中,即使在短时间内排放了有效量的气体,截止球阀20也不会关闭气体通道2,这是由于处于半开状态的开闭阀5的末端部5a的干扰。因而,填充或残气回收能够以几乎是阀完全打开时的速度完成。
将截止球阀20的正常动作中的静止位置设置于气体通道中的从导向安全阀10的分支点朝向开闭阀5的原因如下。
现在考虑将截止球阀20的正常动作中的静止位置设置成如图6所示的朝向进口1a的气筒连接部。不能忽略的可能性是截止球阀如图6所示关闭了安全阀10,或者由于些原因如在气体的异常外流出现之前安全阀被驱动或气筒以其安全阀10面朝下地倒下,就可使截止球阀20处在朝向安全阀10的位置。
如果截止球阀20完全封闭了通向安全阀10的分支通道,安全阀实际上就完全不起作用了。而且,如果在截止球阀20仍处在朝向安全阀的位置时出现了异常的气体外流,便只有主气流通过气体通道2的中心部,要想使截止球阀从图6所示的位置脱开是不可能的。因此,可能出现的问题是不能切断异常的气体外流。这种恶劣的问题完全可以这种消耗,即将截止球阀20正常工作时的在气体通道2中的静止位置设置于从导向安全阀10的分支点朝内开闭阀5的一侧。
如以上所详细描述的,根据本发明,包含正常工作状态的静止位置和异常工作状态切断气体的位置的球阀通道设置在从气体容器到容器阀出口延伸的气体通道之内、位于导向安全阀的分支点和开闭阀之间的位置;球阀可移动地设置在球阀通道之内;具有向着开闭阀变窄的通道的锥形部设置在气体通道中靠近气体切断部附近,因而,在从气体容器向容器阀出口的异常气体外流出现时,球阀抵靠锥形部而封闭气体通道。因而,其获得的优点是:装有该阀的装置就能预防由于如地震这样的灾害时而可能引起的火灾或例如爆炸等偶然事件的发生。
提供给消费者的LP气体容器,当其是处在容器的阀门处于安全打开的状态而被使用时,传统的危险性是持续存在的,这种问题可以通过使用本发明的容器阀而得以简单地完全消除。
此外,在开闭阀被关闭的状态时,开闭阀的下部的末端抵靠球阀而形成位于锥形部和球之间的间隙,其优点是,填充试验及填充操作和残气回收操作可以有效地进行,这些工作必须在LP气体填充站和容器检修所完成,也是本领域技术人员要考虑到必要的条件。

Claims (5)

1、一种抵御灾害的液化气(LP)容器阀,用作容器的阀门安装在丙烷气体容器上,其包含用来打开/关闭气体通道的开闭阀,气体通道通向阀出口和安全阀,安全阀响应气体压力的异常升高而被驱动,该LP气体容器阀包含:
环阀,其具有正常工作状态的静止位置和异常工作状态的气体截止位置,该二位置位于从所述气体容器到容器阀出口的气体通道之内、导向安全阀的分支点和所述开闭阀之间,所述球阀可移动地位于所述静止位置和气体截止位置之间;
锥形部,其设置在气体通道内靠近所述气体截止位置,使通道向着所述开闭阀变窄;
所述球阀抵靠所述锥形部,在气体从所述容器向容器阀出口异常外流时,封闭气体通道。
2、如权利要求1的抵御灾害的液化气容器阀,其中,当开闭阀关闭时,其下部的末端抵靠球阀而形成位于锥形部和球阀之间的间隙。
3、如权利要求1或2的抵御灾害的液化气容器阀,其中,球阀接纳件为伞构形的形式,具有用来接纳球阀的低的中央部和向周围升高的升高部,其设置在气体通道中球阀处于正常工作状态中的静止位置。
4、如权利要求1至3之任一的抵御灾害的液化气容器阀,其中,安全阀这样设置,即在球阀的正常工作状态的静止位置和异常工作状态的气体截止位置之间提供了4毫米或更大的移动距离。
5、如权利要求1至4之任一所述的抵御灾害的液化气容器阀,其中,球的直径设定为8.17至10毫米;锥形部的最小直径设定为7.5至8毫米;直到锥形部的气体通道的口径设定为13毫米或更大。
