瓦斯平衡安全开关 技术领域
本实用新型提供一种瓦斯炉具结构, 的尤指其技术上提供一种符合环保免用 水银的瓦斯平衡安全开关, 其只需热感应的极微小电流即能作动。 背景技术
瓦斯使用上相当方便, 而且瓦斯在一般的能源中其燃烧后所产生的废气污染 较少, 价格也较合理, 所以使用者相当多。 但是瓦斯在使用上还是要相当注意, 如果使用不慎还是会有外泄造成中毒或倾倒造成外泄或爆炸的情形。 因此, 在瓦 斯的使用炉具上, 一般均会设有开关、 热电耦、 平衡安全开关, 以构成防护的铁 三角。
但是, 其上述习用的平衡安全开关, 仍存在有下列缺失:
一、 其一种平衡安全开关, 采用水银作为导通或断路的控制元件, 但现今相 当注重环保的时代, 内含水银的平衡安全开关已经被禁止使用了, 所以虽然其可 达到平衡安全开关的控管, 但不环保而不能再使用。
二、 另一种为电器产品平衡安全开关 (参阅图 7所示) , 该电器产品平衡安 全开关主要是在锥度盘体 1内设有一中心导柱 2及数导电圆球 3, 当该电器产品 平衡安全开关呈平衡时, 导电圆球 3会同时接触盘体 1及中心导柱 2, 达到电导 通的效果, 而当倾倒时导电圆球 3就不会碰到中心导柱 2, 形成断路, 其虽可达 到平衡安全开关的目的, 但是其为点接触, 如果电流小将不易作动, 所以需要有 足够电力或外加电力供应或要有电池加电路板, 才能够让其作动, 而热电耦热感 应所产生的极微小电流不足以使其作动。 因此该产品无法使用于瓦斯平衡安全开 关。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于, 提供一种瓦斯平衡安全开关, 以解决上述的技术问 题点, 通过热电耦热感应产生的电流, 不需另加电池或电源, 只需要有热感应而 生的极微小电流即能作动, 达到平衡可作动、 倾倒可关闭、 且免用到水银, 而可 符合安全、 环保的功效。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型一种瓦斯平衡安全开关, 包含有:
一使用瓦斯的炉具;
炉具上具有一用以开启或关闭供应炉具瓦斯的开关;
其特征在于: 一热电耦, 该热电耦装设于该炉具的一炉头旁侧;
一平衡安全开关, 其通过电线与该开关、 热电耦串联连结, 且该开关、 热电 耦及平衡安全开关装设于炉具内部, 该平衡安全开关包含一可通过自重压住微动 开关作动杆使其导通的质量球体、 一锥度空间及一微动开关, 该微动开关设于该 锥度空间最底部, 且该微动开关的一作动杆伸入至锥度空间底部一通孔, 该质量 球体于锥度空间内。
其中, 该质量球体为金属球体。
其中, 该锥度空间锥度或斜度为 1 3至 1 5度。
对照先前技术的功效:
1 . 先前技术使用水银为介质, 不符合环保要求, 本实用新型采用质量球体、 微动开关, 符合环保要求。
2 . 先前技术使用电器产品的平衡安全开关, 但其要另外的电力供应, 不能 使用在瓦斯平衡安全开关, 而本实用新型通过热电耦热感应而生的极微小电流, 即能作动, 不用另外的电力供应, 所以可用于瓦斯平衡安全开关。
兹举一种户外暖炉燃烧器来说明本实用新型, 但非用以限制本实用新型的使 用范围, 举凡瓦斯燃烧且需安全防护的场合, 均适用于本实用新型。 附图说明

参阅图 1 -图 6所示, 本实用新型提供一种瓦斯平衡安全开关, 其设于户外暖 炉燃烧器 5 0包括:
一瓦斯供应管路 1 0, 该瓦斯供应管路 1 0供应瓦斯用于燃烧;
一开关 2 0, 该开关 2 0可为手动开启阀门通过热电耦导热到平衡安全开关 控制, 而作为开启或关闭瓦斯供应管路 1 Q供应瓦斯至炉头 1 1 ;
一热电耦 3 0, 该热电耦 3 0装设于炉头 1 1的旁侧, 且该热电耦 3 0延伸 至火源旁侧; 一平衡安全开关 4 0, 该平衡安全开关 4 0包含有一质量球体 4 1、 一锥度 空间 4 2及一微动开关 4 3, 该锥度空间 4 2的底部设有一通孔 4 2 1, 该通孔 421供微动开关 4 3的作动杆 4 3 1对齐伸入, 如此, 该具质量球体 4 1因为锥度 空间 4 2的锥度影响而住通孔 4 2 1移动时, 其质量球体 4 1即会迫压微动开关 4 3的作动杆 4 3 1, 而令微动开关 4 3经常保持导通的状态, 而当户外暖炉燃 烧器有倾倒的情形时, 质量球体 4 1就会因为倾斜度的改变而离开通孔 4 2 1, 其微动开关 4 3的作动杆 4 3 1就没有被迫压, 微动开关 4 3即保持切断连线的 状态。
述该质量球体 4 1可为金属球体。
参阅图 3 -图 6所示, 本实用新型提供一种瓦斯平衡安全开关, 设计有一开关 2 0、 一热电耦 3 0及一平衡安全开关 4 0, 其中该开关 2 0及一热电耦 3 0与 一平衡安全开关 4 0以电线串联方式连结, 其中该热电耦 3 0在感应到热源就能 持续作动, 而该平衡安全开关 4 0则使用一质量球体 4 1、 一锥度空间 4 2及一 微动开关 4 3, 其中该微动开关 4 3设于该锥度空间 4 2的最底部, 且该作动杆 4 3 1伸入至锥度空间 4 2底部通孔 4 2 1, 所以质量球体 4 1可于锥度空间 4 2内压住微动开关 4 3作动杆 4 3 1使其导通, 并通过热电耦 3 0热感应产生的 极微小电流, 不需另加电池或电源, 只需要有热感应而生的极微小电流即能作动, 达到平衡可作动、 倾倒可关闭、 且免用到水银, 而可符合欧、 美、 日先进国家安 全、 环保安全、 环保标准的功效。
本实用新型的平衡安全开关 4 0并可设具不同的敏感度, 其敏感度以客户的 需求制作, 而其敏感度就是取决于平衡安全开关 4 0锥度空间 4 2的锥度或斜度, 一般以 1 3度至 1 5度为最佳。

1 . 一种瓦斯平衡安全开关, 包含有:
一使用瓦斯的炉具;
炉具上具有一用以开启或关闭供应炉具瓦斯的开关;
其特征在于:
一热电耦, 该热电耦装设于该炉具的一炉头旁侧;
一平衡安全开关, 其通过电线与该开关、 热电耦串联连结, 且该开关、 热电 耦及平衡安全开关装设于炉具内部, 该平衡安全开关包含一可通过自重压住微动 开关作动杆使其导通的质量球体、 一锥度空间及一微动开关, 该微动开关设于该 锥度空间最底部, 且该微动开关的一作动杆伸入至锥度空间底部一通孔, 该质量 球体于锥度空间内。
2 . 如权利要求 1所述的瓦斯平衡安全开关, 其特征在于, 该质量球体为金 属球体。
3 . 如权利要求 1所述的瓦斯平衡安全开关, 其特征在于, 该锥度空间锥度 或斜度为 1 3至 1 5度。
