技术领域
本公开涉及燃料喷射器,并且更具体地涉及一种可变面积提升阀喷嘴燃料喷射器的致动器。
背景技术
本节提供与本公开有关的背景信息且不一定是现有技术。
燃料喷射器供应有加压燃料供应,该喷射器将该加压燃料供应输送至内燃机的燃烧室。喷射器可以包括致动构件和阀机构来选择性地打开和关闭从加压燃料供应至燃烧室的燃料流路径。可变面积提升阀喷射器是直接作用的并且可包括小于40μm的致动器冲程以提供小于15μm的可变冲程杆升程。致动叠加中归因于热膨胀、压力膨胀和部分变动而可发生间隙。间隙可减少电致动器与喷射器杆之间的运动传送,并且阻碍喷射器控制的精确度。因此,期望减小可发生在可变面积提升阀喷射器的部件之间的间隙。

燃料系统14可以包括燃料泵22、燃料箱24、燃料轨道26、燃料喷射器28、主燃料供应管线30、次级燃料供应管线32和燃料回流管线34。燃料泵22可以与燃料箱24连通并且可以经由主燃料供应管线30向燃料轨道26提供加压燃料供应。燃料轨道26可以经由次级燃料供应管线32向喷射器28提供加压燃料。燃料轨道26可以包括压力调节阀36,其通过调节经由回流管线38进入燃料箱24的过多燃料来调节燃料轨道26内的燃料压力。
燃料喷射器28可以各自包括与控制模块16连通的致动器组件40。在本非限制性实例中,燃料喷射器28可以形成将燃料直接喷射至汽缸20中的直接喷射燃料注射器。燃料喷射器28可以经由燃料回流管线34向燃料箱24回流过多燃料。
参考图2,说明根据本公开的示例性燃料喷射器28。燃料喷射器28可以包括壳体50。壳体50可以由一个或多个零件形成并且可限定纵向孔52和高压燃料导管54。纵向孔52可以在燃料入口孔53处与高压燃料导管54连通。壳体50可以进一步限定与纵向孔52连通的阀座表面56。
燃料喷射器28可以包括设置在纵向孔52内的提升阀组件60。提升阀组件60可以包括杆62和阀头64。在提升阀组件60的第一位置(即,关闭位置)中,阀头64可以邻接阀座56以密封纵向孔52的远端。在提升阀组件60的第二位置(即,完全打开位置)中,阀头64可以打开纵向孔52的远端处的孔隙至允许将加压燃料喷洒至其中插入有燃料喷射器28的汽缸20中的最大程度。提升阀组件60可以可变地移位使得阀头64可以移动至第一(关闭)位置与第二(完全打开)位置之间的多个位置。以此方式,提升阀组件60可以改变阀开口的大小,从而向汽缸20提供可变量的燃料和/或燃料流速。

Claims (10)

1.一种燃料喷射器,其包括:
壳体,其限定具有近端和远端的纵向孔、与所述纵向孔连通的高压燃料导管,以及阀座,所述阀座包括阀座表面和所述纵向孔的所述远端处的孔隙;
提升阀,其设置在所述纵向孔中并且具有可与所述阀座表面接合的阀头;
致动器装置,其设置在所述纵向孔的所述近端处;以及
设置在所述致动器与所述纵向孔内的所述提升阀之间的液压联接器,所述液压联接器限定腔室,所述腔室接收低压燃料用于在所述致动器与所述提升阀之间提供液压间隙调节器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括朝所述提升阀偏压的第一柱塞和朝所述致动器装置偏压的第二柱塞,所述腔室设置在所述第一柱塞与所述第二柱塞之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括联接器壳体,所述联接器壳体支撑并且引导所述第一柱塞和所述第二柱塞。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述联接器壳体进一步支撑偏压所述第一柱塞的第一弹簧并且支撑偏压所述第二柱塞的第二弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括朝所述致动器偏压的柱塞。
6.根据权利要求5所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述柱塞由联接器壳体支撑,所述联接器壳体进一步支撑用于将所述柱塞朝所述致动器偏置的弹簧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括朝所述提升阀偏压的柱塞。
8.根据权利要求7所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述柱塞由联接器壳体支撑,所述联接器壳体进一步支撑用于将所述柱塞朝所述提升阀偏置的弹簧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括朝所述提升阀偏压的柱塞,所述腔室设置在所述柱塞与所述提升阀之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的燃料喷射器,其中所述液压联接器包括联接器壳体,所述联接器壳体支撑并且引导所述柱塞。
