本发明公开了一种软体石材,共6层,第1、2层为腻子层,第3层为底漆,第4、5层为软体石,第6层为软体石材罩光面漆。本发明中的软体石材既有自然石材的感观效果,又有类似橡胶的柔韧性;采用2000℃高温煅烧石英石颗粒和花岗岩颗粒,颜色超耐久性不易褪色;可抵抗5毫米之内的外墙主体开裂情况下外墙不开裂,起到隔热保温的功能,防开裂和漏水现象,外墙施工性价比高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,具体是一种软体石材。
背景技术
石材作为一种高档建筑装饰材料广泛应用于室内外装饰设计、幕墙装饰和公共设施建设。目前市场上常见的石材主要分为天然石和人造石、大理石。
天然石材按物理化学特性品质又分为板岩和花岗岩两种。人造石按工序分为水磨石和合成石。水磨石是以水泥、混凝土等原料锻压而成;合成石是以天然石的碎石为原料,加上粘合剂等经加压、抛光而成。后两者为人工制成,所以强度没有天然石材价值高。石材是建筑装饰材料的高档产品,天然石材大体分为花岗岩、板岩、砂岩、石灰岩、火山岩等,随着科技的不断发展和进步,人造石的产品也不断日新月异,质量和美观已经不逊色天然石材。随着建筑设计的发展,石材早已经成为建筑、装饰、道路、桥梁建设的重要原料之一。
工程施工中如果只使用石材,强度很高,但是没有柔韧性,很可能发生开裂的情况。而如果使用软体材料,则强度不足。因此,对材料的要求有时既需要石材的强度也需要具有一定的柔韧性,目前并没有这样材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种软体石材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种软体石材,共6层,第1、2层为腻子层,第3层为底漆,第4、5层为软体石,第6层为软体石材罩光面漆,所述腻子层的重量配比为500号硅酸盐水泥38、羟丙基纤维素0.3、抗裂纤维1.2、干粉树脂5、VAE胶粉2、防水剂0.5、石英石60--80目53;所述底漆的重量配比为改性硅丙乳液80、硅溶胶10、渗透剂1、增强剂1、混合助剂2、去离子水6;所述陶晶石的重量配比为石英石颗粒40、花岗岩颗粒24.6、硅溶胶5、高弹性乳液5、氟碳树脂14、二氧化硅气凝胶1、抗裂纤维0.8;所述软体石材罩光面漆的重量配比为氟碳树脂80、无机防霉剂0.6、混合助剂5、去离子水5。
本发明中腻子层的制作方法是:
先将38份500号硅酸盐水泥投入搅拌缸中,再投下0.3份羟丙基纤维素、1.2份抗裂纤维、5份干粉树脂,2份VAE胶粉、0.5份防水剂,搅拌20分钟后再投下53份石英砂,再继续搅拌20分钟。
本发明中底漆的制作方法是:
先将80份改性硅丙乳液投入分散缸中,15分钟分散均匀后,缓慢投下10份硅溶胶、1份渗透剂、1份增强剂、2份混合助剂,分散均匀15分钟,再投下6份去离子水分散均匀。
本发明中软体石的制作方法是:
先将40份石英石颗粒、24.6份花岗岩颗粒、投入分散缸中搅合15分钟,再加入5份硅溶胶、5份高弹性乳液、14份氟碳树脂、1份二氧化硅气凝胶、0.8份抗裂纤维、0.6份无机防霉剂、5份混合助剂、5份去离子水投入分散缸中速分散15分钟。
本发明中软体石材罩光面漆的制作方法是:
先投入80份氟树脂到搅拌缸,再缓慢投下10份气凝胶、0.8份交联剂,14.2份去离子水,搅拌15分钟均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的软体石材既有自然石材的感观效果,又有类似橡胶的柔韧性;采用2000℃高温煅烧石英石颗粒和花岗岩颗粒,颜色超耐久性不易褪色;可抵抗5毫米之内的外墙主体开裂情况下外墙不开裂,起到隔热保温的功能,防开裂和漏水现象,外墙施工性价比高。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种软体石材,共6层,第1、2层为腻子层,第3层为底漆,第4、5层为软体石,第6层为软体石材罩光面漆,所述腻子层的重量配比为500号硅酸盐水泥38、羟丙基纤维素0.3、抗裂纤维1.2、干粉树脂5、VAE胶粉2、防水剂0.5、石英石(60--80目)53;所述底漆的重量配比为改性硅丙乳液80、硅溶胶10、渗透剂1、增强剂1、混合助剂2、去离子水6;所述陶晶石的重量配比为石英石颗粒40、花岗岩颗粒24.6、硅溶胶5、高弹性乳液5、氟碳树脂14、二氧化硅气凝胶1、抗裂纤维0.8;所述软体石材罩光面漆的重量配比为氟碳树脂80、无机防霉剂0.6、混合助剂5、去离子水5。
本发明中腻子层的制作方法是:
先将38份500号硅酸盐水泥投入搅拌缸中,再投下0.3份羟丙基纤维素、1.2份抗裂纤维、5份干粉树脂,2份VAE胶粉、0.5份防水剂,搅拌20分钟后再投下53份石英砂,再继续搅拌20分钟。
腻子层的作用:腻子是提高墙面的强度,用来墙面修补找平基底墙面,起到防水、抗裂、为下一步底漆层打下附着力基础。
本发明中底漆的制作方法是:
先将80份改性硅丙乳液投入分散缸中,15分钟分散均匀后,缓慢投下10份硅溶胶、1份渗透剂、1份增强剂、2份混合助剂,分散均匀15分钟,再投下6份去离子水分散均匀。
底漆的作用:抗拒腻子层的碱性物质渗出,保护面层软体石免受水泥碱性物质破坏而引起褪色,渗透力强,像树根牢牢抓住基底,不脱落,对基底附着力好,提高腻子层与之陶晶石层层的附着力。
本发明中软体石的制作方法是:
先将40份石英石颗粒、24.6份花岗岩颗粒、投入分散缸中搅合15分钟,再加入5份硅溶胶、5份高弹性乳液、14份氟碳树脂、1份二氧化硅气凝胶、0.8份抗裂纤维、0.6份无机防霉剂、5份混合助剂、5份去离子水投入分散缸中速分散15分钟。
软体石材既有自然石材的感观效果,又有类似橡胶的柔韧性;采用2000℃高温煅烧石英石颗粒和花岗岩颗粒,颜色超耐久性不易褪色;可抵抗5毫米之内的外墙主体开裂情况下外墙不开裂,起到隔热保温的功能,防开裂和漏水现象,外墙施工性价比高。
本发明中软体石材罩光面漆的制作方法是:
先投入80份氟树脂到搅拌缸,再缓慢投下10份气凝胶、0.8份交联剂,14.2份去离子水,搅拌15分钟均匀。
软体石材罩光面漆的作用:自洁功能,达到1级,可抗油污,抗雾霾;耐老化检测3000小时持久不褪色;防潮,防霉,防水;不污染环境、安全无毒、施工方便、喷涂即干;保护作业,保护软体石材层。

1.一种软体石材,共6层,其特征在于,第1、2层为腻子层,第3层为底漆,第4、5层为软体石,第6层为软体石材罩光面漆,所述腻子层的重量配比为500号硅酸盐水泥38、羟丙基纤维素0.3、抗裂纤维1.2、干粉树脂5、VAE胶粉2、防水剂0.5、石英石60--80目53;所述底漆的重量配比为改性硅丙乳液80、硅溶胶10、渗透剂1、增强剂1、混合助剂2、去离子水6;所述软体石的重量配比为石英石颗粒40、花岗岩颗粒24.6、硅溶胶5、高弹性乳液5、氟碳树脂14、二氧化硅气凝胶1、抗裂纤维0.8;所述软体石材罩光面漆的重量配比为氟碳树脂80、无机防霉剂0.6、混合助剂5、去离子水5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软体石材,其特征在于,腻子层的制作方法是:先将38份500号硅酸盐水泥投入搅拌缸中,再投下0.3份羟丙基纤维素、1.2份抗裂纤维、5份干粉树脂,2份VAE胶粉、0.5份防水剂,搅拌20分钟后再投下53份石英砂,再继续搅拌20分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软体石材,其特征在于,底漆的制作方法是:先将80份改性硅丙乳液投入分散缸中,15分钟分散均匀后,缓慢投下10份硅溶胶、1份渗透剂、1份增强剂、2份混合助剂,分散均匀15分钟,再投下6份去离子水分散均匀。
