本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别涉及一种全棉型三明治布及其生产方法。
背景技术
服装以面料制作而成,面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。呈现出自身的高贵完美,手感柔软。现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。一般服装面料分为二大系列:梭织面料:主要用于服装的外衣和衬衣。针织面料:服装的内衣和运动系列服装,但由于科技的发展,针织布也向厚重、挺括发展,逐渐使针织内衣外化,针织面料梭织做法,成为外衣的补充。三明治面料是由经编机织造的一种合成的面料,常见的三明治面料由上、中、下三个面组成,表面通常为网孔设计,中间一层为连接表面与底面的MOLO纱,底面通常为密织的平版面,俗称“三明治”。但是这种常见的三明治布的蓬松感较差、回弹力也不理想,而且表面易积灰、正反面经常会泛丝。棉质面料具有吸湿、保温、耐热、耐碱的特点,舒适型好,但是传统生产中因为生产难度大,棉很少用到三明治布中,因为其回弹性较差、抗菌能力也较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全棉型三明治布及其生产方法,全棉型三明治布不但具有良好的吸湿、保温、耐热特性,而且回弹性和抗菌能力都非常好,手感舒适,有蓬松感,生产方法简单合理,有利于面料的市场化。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种全棉型三明治布,它包括上面料层、下面料层、填充层、第一连接纱、第二连接纱,所述上面料层由上层经纱和上层纬纱交织而成,所述下面料层由下层经纱和下层纬纱交织而成,所述上层经纱、上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱均为面层复合纱,所述面层复合纱包括质量分数为80~86%的棉纱和质量分数为14~20%的氨纶,所述上面料层和下面料层之间设置有填充层,所述填充层为填充棉纱,所述第一连接纱和第二连接纱交错连接上面料层、填充层和下面料层,所述第一连接线和第二连接线均为连接复合纱,所述连接复合纱包括质量分数为28~42%的棉纱和质量分数为58~72%的氨纶。
进一步地,所述填充棉纱的纱线直径为复合纱直径的1.5~1.65倍。
进一步地,所述连接复合纱的直径为面层复合纱直径的1/5。
进一步地,所述全棉型三明治布的厚度大于等于0.3cm。
一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):面层复合纱加工,将质量分数为80~86%的棉纱和质量分数为14~20%的氨纶加工成面层复合纱;
步骤(2):连接复合纱加工,将质量分数为28~42%的棉纱和质量分数为58~72%的氨纶加工成连接复合纱;
步骤(3):面层复合纱抗菌处理,将面层复合纱投入到抗菌处理液中,并进行浸轧处理,然后进行恒温烘干;
步骤(4):上面料层和下面料层织造,将上层经纱和上层纬纱织造成上面料层,将下层经纱和下层纬纱织造成下面料层;
步骤(5):填充层织造,用填充棉纱织造成填充层;
步骤(6):上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,用第一连接纱和第二连接纱将上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,形成全棉型三明治布;
步骤(7):染整,全棉型三明治布染色后,放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型;
步骤(8):二次定型,将全棉型三明治布进行二次定型。

如图1所述,一种全棉型三明治布,它包括上面料层1、下面料层2、填充层3、第一连接纱4、第二连接纱5,所述上面料层1由上层经纱和上层纬纱交织而成,所述下面料层2由下层经纱和下层纬纱交织而成,所述上层经纱、上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱均为面层复合纱,所述面层复合纱包括质量分数为86%的棉纱和质量分数为14%的氨纶,所述上面料层1和下面料层2之间设置有填充层3,所述填充层3为填充棉纱,所述第一连接纱4和第二连接纱5交错连接上面料层1、填充层3和下面料层2,所述第一连接线4和第二连接线5均为连接复合纱,所述连接复合纱包括质量分数为42%的棉纱和质量分数为58%的氨纶。所述填充棉纱的纱线直径为复合纱直径的1.65倍。所述连接复合纱的直径为面层复合纱直径的1/5。所述全棉型三明治布的厚度为0.36cm。
一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):面层复合纱加工,将质量分数为86%的棉纱和质量分数为14%的氨纶加工成面层复合纱;
步骤(2):连接复合纱加工,将质量分数为42%的棉纱和质量分数为58%的氨纶加工成连接复合纱;
步骤(3):面层复合纱抗菌处理,将面层复合纱投入到抗菌处理液中,并进行浸轧处理,然后进行恒温烘干,抗菌处理液包括质量分数为1.8%的碳酸氢钙、质量分数为15%的纳米分散剂、质量分数为1.5%的银载物、质量分数为5%的乙二胺聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段式聚醚、质量分数为2.8%的纳米二氧化钛、质量分数为50%的去离子水;
步骤(4):上面料层和下面料层织造,将上层经纱和上层纬纱织造成上面料层,将下层经纱和下层纬纱织造成下面料层;
步骤(5):填充层织造,用填充棉纱织造成填充层;
步骤(6):上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,用第一连接纱和第二连接纱将上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,形成全棉型三明治布;
步骤(7):染整,全棉型三明治布染色后,放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型,平幅无张力水洗机的定型温度为80℃;
步骤(8):二次定型,将全棉型三明治布进行二次定型。

本发明提供一种全棉型三明治布及其生产方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。它包括上面料层、下面料层、填充层、第一连接纱、第二连接纱,上层经纱、上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱均为面层复合纱,上面料层和下面料层之间设置有填充层,第一连接纱和第二连接纱交错连接上面料层、填充层和下面料层。一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:面层复合纱加工;连接复合纱加工;面层复合纱抗菌处理;上面料层和下面料层织造;填充层织造;上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造;染整;二次定型。本发明全棉型三明治布不但具有良好的吸湿、保温、耐热特性,而且回弹性和抗菌能力都非常好,手感舒适,有蓬松感。

Claims (7)

1.一种全棉型三明治布,其特征在于:它包括上面料层、下面料层、填充层、第一连接纱、第二连接纱,所述上面料层由上层经纱和上层纬纱交织而成,所述下面料层由下层经纱和下层纬纱交织而成,所述上层经纱、上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱均为面层复合纱,所述面层复合纱包括质量分数为80~86%的棉纱和质量分数为14~20%的氨纶,所述上面料层和下面料层之间设置有填充层,所述填充层为填充棉纱,所述第一连接纱和第二连接纱交错连接上面料层、填充层和下面料层,所述第一连接线和第二连接线均为连接复合纱,所述连接复合纱包括质量分数为28~42%的棉纱和质量分数为58~72%的氨纶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉型三明治布,其特征在于:所述填充棉纱的纱线直径为复合纱直径的1.5~1.65倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉型三明治布,其特征在于:所述连接复合纱的直径为面层复合纱直径的1/5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉型三明治布,其特征在于:所述全棉型三明治布的厚度大于等于0.3cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):面层复合纱加工,将质量分数为80~86%的棉纱和质量分数为14~20%的氨纶加工成面层复合纱;
步骤(2):连接复合纱加工,将质量分数为28~42%的棉纱和质量分数为58~72%的氨纶加工成连接复合纱;
步骤(3):面层复合纱抗菌处理,将面层复合纱投入到抗菌处理液中,并进行浸轧处理,然后进行恒温烘干;
步骤(4):上面料层和下面料层织造,将上层经纱和上层纬纱织造成上面料层,将下层经纱和下层纬纱织造成下面料层;
步骤(5):填充层织造,用填充棉纱织造成填充层;
步骤(6):上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,用第一连接纱和第二连接纱将上面料层、填充层和下面料层连接织造,形成全棉型三明治布;
步骤(7):染整,全棉型三明治布染色后,放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型;
步骤(8):二次定型,将全棉型三明治布进行二次定型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述抗菌处理液包括质量分数为1~1.8%的碳酸氢钙、质量分数为10~15%的纳米分散剂、质量分数为1~1.5%的银载物、质量分数为3~5%的乙二胺聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段式聚醚、质量分数为2~2.8%的纳米二氧化钛、质量分数为50~58%的去离子水。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种全棉型三明治布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(7)中,所述平幅无张力水洗机的定型温度为70~80℃。
