本发明涉及一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆及其制备方法,属于化工涂料领域。
背景技术
银粉漆是用银粉(铝粉等)加稀料搅拌后的流状物,多用于老式建筑中的水暖管道表面粉刷。也适用于采暖设备,车辆,油罐,铁塔,金属管道,金属表面的防腐及种类物件的银色装饰。
银粉漆分为非浮型闪光银粉漆和有机硅耐高温银粉漆等。非浮型闪光银粉漆是先将合适细度的非浮型闪光银粉浆或珠光粉用二甲苯等溶剂浸泡,然后慢慢加入搅拌的漆料中,低速搅拌十几分钟,调整合适的粘度,过滤包装制得,避免了高速搅拌或砂磨机研磨处理。有机硅耐高温银粉漆以改性有机硅树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂和醋酸纤维作为成膜物质,投入缸中,搅拌均匀,加入各种助剂、溶剂后高速搅拌均匀,最后加入用二甲苯溶剂浸泡过的铝粉浆,低速搅拌均匀,并用剩余的醋酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯调整涂料黏度,过滤、包装制得。可广泛用于石油化工、冶金工件、烟囱管道、锅炉储罐、电力设备和钢铁构件等的外表装饰,以防止钢铁等金属在高温下的热氧化腐蚀,确保设备长期使用。但目前的银粉漆还存在干燥速度慢、光泽度差,附着力差、易脱落,冲击强度低,遮盖力差,不易贮存的缺陷。
因此,如何实现一种附着力佳、遮盖力好、易贮存的银粉漆是业内亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统银粉漆附着力差,遮盖力差的弊端,提供了一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,所述银粉漆是由以下重量份原料组成:
60~70份水性丙烯酸酯乳液,8~10份氨基树脂,4~6份乙二醇丁醚,0.2~0.3份消泡剂,0.2~0.3份流平剂,1.5~2.0份防沉剂,15~20份去离子水,8~10份水性铝银浆。
所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为40~50%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。
所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂中的一种。
所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。
所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
所述水性铝银浆由下述重量份原料组成:0.3~0.5份润湿分散剂,8~10份二氧化钛包覆铝粉,15~20份去离子水。
所述润湿分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐、聚羧酸铵盐、聚羧酸钠盐、聚醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆的制备方法,具体制备步骤为:
S1.取铝粉分散在异丙醇中,滴加钛酸丁酯,并用醋酸调节pH为4.0~5.0,在80~90℃恒温水浴下搅拌反应3~4h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;
S2.取润湿分散剂、二氧化钛包覆铝粉,加入去离子水中搅拌20~30min,得水性铝银浆;
S3.取水性丙烯酸酯乳液、氨基树脂、乙二醇丁醚、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂、去离子水,以1000~1200r/min搅拌20~30min,再加入水性铝银浆,以200~300r/min搅拌20~30min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。

本发明通过在铝粉表面包覆二氧化钛,提高铝粉的遮盖力,同时利用二氧化钛表面的羟基与树脂键合,充分分散在树脂中,并利用防沉剂在体系中形成的网状结构,推动金属粒子在湿膜中规整排列,不易团聚,稳定性好,再协同水性丙烯酸酯乳液与氨基树脂具有的优异的附着力,使所得涂料具有较好的附着力和贮存稳定性,其漆膜综合性能优良,金属效果明显。

先取30~45g铝粉加入60~90mL异丙醇中,在40~50℃下,以300~400r/min搅拌1~2h,再以1~2mL/min速率滴加50~100mL钛酸丁酯,混合均匀后用质量分数为2%醋酸溶液调节pH为4.0~5.0,并在80~90℃恒温水浴下,以200~300r/min搅拌反应3~4h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;然后取0.3~0.5g润湿分散剂,8~10g二氧化钛包覆铝粉加入15~20mL去离子水中,以300~400r/min搅拌20~30min,得水性铝银浆;最后取60~70g水性丙烯酸酯乳液,8~10g氨基树脂,4~6g乙二醇丁醚,0.2~0.3g消泡剂,0.2~0.3g流平剂,1.5~2.0g防沉剂,15~20mL去离子水,以1000~1200r/min搅拌20~30min,再加入8~10g水性铝银浆,以200~300r/min搅拌20~30min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。所述润湿分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐、聚羧酸铵盐、聚羧酸钠盐、聚醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为40~50%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂中的一种。所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
实例1
先取30g铝粉加入60mL异丙醇中,在40℃下,以300r/min搅拌1h,再以1mL/min速率滴加50mL钛酸丁酯,混合均匀后用质量分数为2%醋酸溶液调节pH为4.0,并在80℃恒温水浴下,以200r/min搅拌反应3h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;然后取0.3g润湿分散剂,8g二氧化钛包覆铝粉加入15mL去离子水中,以300r/min搅拌20min,得水性铝银浆;最后取60g水性丙烯酸酯乳液,8g氨基树脂,4g乙二醇丁醚,0.2g消泡剂,0.2g流平剂,1.5g防沉剂,15mL去离子水,以1000r/min搅拌20min,再加入8g水性铝银浆,以200r/min搅拌20min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。所述润湿分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐。所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为40%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂。所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
实例2
先取38g铝粉加入75mL异丙醇中,在45℃下,以350r/min搅拌2h,再以2mL/min速率滴加80mL钛酸丁酯,混合均匀后用质量分数为2%醋酸溶液调节pH为4.5,并在85℃恒温水浴下,以250r/min搅拌反应4h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;然后取0.4g润湿分散剂,9g二氧化钛包覆铝粉加入18mL去离子水中,以350r/min搅拌25min,得水性铝银浆;最后取65g水性丙烯酸酯乳液,9g氨基树脂,5g乙二醇丁醚,0.3g消泡剂,0.3g流平剂,1.8g防沉剂,18mL去离子水,以1100r/min搅拌25min,再加入9g水性铝银浆,以250r/min搅拌25min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。所述润湿分散剂为聚羧酸铵盐。所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为45%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。所述氨基树脂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂。所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
实例3
先取45g铝粉加入90mL异丙醇中,在50℃下,以400r/min搅拌2h,再以2mL/min速率滴加100mL钛酸丁酯,混合均匀后用质量分数为2%醋酸溶液调节pH为5.0,并在90℃恒温水浴下,以300r/min搅拌反应4h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;然后取0.5g润湿分散剂,10g二氧化钛包覆铝粉加入20mL去离子水中,以400r/min搅拌30min,得水性铝银浆;最后取70g水性丙烯酸酯乳液,10g氨基树脂,6g乙二醇丁醚,0.3g消泡剂,0.3g流平剂,2.0g防沉剂,20mL去离子水,以1200r/min搅拌30min,再加入10g水性铝银浆,以300r/min搅拌30min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。所述润湿分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐。所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为50%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。所述氨基树脂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷。所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
对照例:深圳市某公司生产的有机硅耐高温银粉漆。
将上述实施例所得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆与对照例的有机硅耐高温银粉漆进行检测,具体检测如下:
1、附着力:按GB/T 9286-1998进行测试;
2、遮盖力:按GB/T 1726-1989进行测试;
3、漆膜外观:采用目测及色差仪测定;
4、铅笔硬度:按GB/T 1730-1993进行测试;
5、柔韧性:按GB/T 1731-1993进行测试。
结果如表一所示。

Claims (9)
1.一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述银粉漆是由以下重量份原料组成:
60~70份水性丙烯酸酯乳液,8~10份氨基树脂,4~6份乙二醇丁醚,0.2~0.3份消泡剂,0.2~0.3份流平剂,1.5~2.0份防沉剂,15~20份去离子水,8~10份水性铝银浆。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液为含有甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯共聚单体的固含量为40~50%水性丙烯酸酯乳液。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅油溶液。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述水性铝银浆由下述重量份原料组成:0.3~0.5份润湿分散剂,8~10份二氧化钛包覆铝粉,15~20份去离子水。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆,其特征在于,所述润湿分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐、聚羧酸铵盐、聚羧酸钠盐、聚醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤为:
S1.取铝粉分散在异丙醇中,滴加钛酸丁酯,并用醋酸调节pH为4.0~5.0,在80~90℃恒温水浴下搅拌反应3~4h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣自然风干,得二氧化钛包覆铝粉;
S2.取润湿分散剂、二氧化钛包覆铝粉,加入去离子水中搅拌20~30min,得水性铝银浆;
S3.取水性丙烯酸酯乳液、氨基树脂、乙二醇丁醚、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂、去离子水,以1000~1200r/min搅拌20~30min,再加入水性铝银浆,以200~300r/min搅拌20~30min,得水性丙烯酸氨基树脂银粉漆。
