本发明公开了一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂98~102份;纳米钙28~32份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡44~48份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3~7份;ACR 0.8~1.2份;PE蜡0.3~0.7份;阻燃剂3~7份;硬脂酸0.8~1.2份;环保稳定剂5~9份,所述阻燃剂是三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的一种或几种的混合物,环保稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。本发明提出一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其阻燃性能和热稳定性大大提高,抗老化能力比普通IEC 60227聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套电线电缆增加2.3倍,绝缘电阻值是标准的4~5倍,大大增加了电线的使用寿命。

Description

一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料
【技术领域】
本发明涉及聚氯乙烯塑料的技术领域,特别是一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料的技术领域。
【背景技术】
普通IEC 60227聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套电线电缆采用普通的聚氯乙烯绝缘材料,使用寿命一般在20~25年,符合我国八九十年代一代人一代房子建房的基础构造。国家建筑设计使用年限标准经过多次更改,到2000年出台《民用建筑设计通则》,确定普通房屋和建筑物的设计使用年限是50年。而实际上,如今房屋建筑设计可由建设方、设计方共同确定采用50年或100年的设计使用年限。这就使得原本正常情况更换年限为10~20年的电线跟不上建筑设计的步伐。旧工艺的电线电缆用绝缘聚氯乙烯材料的抗老化性和绝缘电阻值远远不能满足当下的使用要求,故提出一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其抗老化能力比普通IEC 60227聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套电线电缆增加2.3倍,绝缘电阻值是标准的4~5倍,大大增加了电线的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂98~102份;纳米钙28~32份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡44~48份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3~7份;ACR 0.8~1.2份;PE蜡0.3~0.7份;阻燃剂3~7份;硬脂酸0.8~1.2份;环保稳定剂5~9份,所述顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡为热稳定剂,具有优良的长期热稳定性和光稳定性,所述邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,所述硬脂酸为塑化剂。
作为优选,所述所述ACR为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯及苯乙烯四种单体共聚而成的核-壳共聚物,在加工过程中可提高热熔融强度,可在减少用量的基础上促进塑化,具有出众的耐候性,有效提高制品表面光泽度。
作为优选,所述阻燃剂是三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的一种或几种的混合物。
作为优选,所述环保稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述钙锌复合稳定剂是以三元水滑石和水铝钙石为基础,配合无毒的钙锌皂制得的钙锌复合稳定剂,集热稳定剂、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、内外润滑剂为一体,环保稳定剂与聚氯乙烯树脂有良好的相容性和分散性,初期色相好,流动性好且用量小,具有友谊的耐热、耐光和耐候性。
作为优选,所述用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂99份;纳米钙29份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡45份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份;ACR 0.9份;PE蜡0.4份;阻燃剂4份;硬脂酸0.9份;环保稳定剂6份。
作为优选,所述用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份;纳米钙30份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡46份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份;ACR 1份;PE蜡0.5份;阻燃剂5份;硬脂酸1份;环保稳定剂7份。
作为优选,所述用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂101份;纳米钙31份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡47份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份;ACR 1.1份;PE蜡0.6份;阻燃剂6份;硬脂酸1.1份;环保稳定剂8份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为本发明的一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其阻燃性能和热稳定性大大提高,抗老化能力比普通IEC 60227聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套电线电缆增加2.3倍,绝缘电阻值是标准的4~5倍,大大增加了电线的使用寿命。

一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂99份;纳米钙29份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡45份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份;ACR 0.9份;PE蜡0.4份;阻燃剂4份;硬脂酸0.9份;环保稳定剂6份。
实施例二:
一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份;纳米钙30份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡46份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份;ACR 1份;PE蜡0.5份;阻燃剂5份;硬脂酸1份;环保稳定剂7份。
实施例三:
一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂101份;纳米钙31份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡47份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份;ACR 1.1份;PE蜡0.6份;阻燃剂6份;硬脂酸1.1份;环保稳定剂8份。
对上述实施例一~三进行检测,所获得的各项检测数值如下表所示:

1.一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:包括以下组分且各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂98~102份;纳米钙28~32份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡44~48份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3~7份;ACR 0.8~1.2份;PE蜡0.3~0.7份;阻燃剂3~7份;硬脂酸0.8~1.2份;环保稳定剂5~9份,所述顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡为热稳定剂,所述邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,所述硬脂酸为塑化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:所述ACR为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯及苯乙烯四种单体共聚而成的核-壳共聚物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂是三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的一种或几种的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:所述环保稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述钙锌复合稳定剂是以三元水滑石和水铝钙石为基础,配合无毒的钙锌皂制得的钙锌复合稳定剂。
5.如权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的一种用于电缆护套的90℃护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:各组分的质量比例为:聚氯乙烯树脂99份;纳米钙29份;顺丁烯二酸二正辛基锡45份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份;ACR 0.9份;PE蜡0.4份;阻燃剂4份;硬脂酸0.9份;环保稳定剂6份。
