一种混合动力总成及混合动力汽车,混合动力总成包括沿同一旋转轴线A布置的发动机、电动模组和变速箱,所述电动模组包括沿旋转轴线A依次布置的减振器、第一电机、离合器和第二电机,其中所述减振器与所述发动机的曲轴抗扭转连接,所述第二电机的输出轴与所述变速箱的输入轴抗扭转连接。在行驶过程中通过与驱动电机分离的另一个电机对发动机进行启动,避免了动力的分流,使电驱动模式切换到混合驱动模式更流畅,并且避免了对于离合器的精确控制要求。

Description

一种混合动力总成及混合动力汽车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力总成,以及应用了混合动力总成的混合动力汽车。
背景技术
混合动力汽车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV)是指车辆驱动系统由两个或多个能同时运转的单个驱动系统联合组成的车辆,车辆的动力来自具有至少两种动力单元的混合动力总成。
中国发明专利201010202641.7号揭示了一种混合动力总成,如图1所示,其包括同轴布置的电动机模块12、发动机11和变速箱13,电动机模块12位于发动机11与变速箱13之间,即P2位置,通过离合装置与前后级断开或抗扭转连接,这种混合动力总成中电动机模块位于P2位置,所以称为“P2混合动力模块”,下简称P2HM(P2Hybrid Module)。一般而言,在起停或者低速度行驶的时候,P2HM作为唯一的动力输出,在车辆达到一定的速度滞后或者需要更大的动力的时候,发动机被启动。而P2HM不但作为动力源之一,还作为启动电机,用于启动发动机。但是与传统的启动电机不同的是,传统的启动电机只需要向静止的发动机输出动力,给曲轴一个初始转速即可,P2HM需要在车辆行驶过程中,即在向变速箱输出动力的同时也对发动机输出动力,所以在启动发动机的时候,需要通过额外控制增加电机的输出扭矩,若增加的扭矩不合适,会造成动力总成总输出扭矩波动。
另一方面,由于作为启动电机工作所需要的转速和作为动力源工作所需要的转速往往不相同,所以P2HM需要在在前级离合器闭合的情况下,提高转速,同时在控制后级离合器处于滑动摩擦状态下,以保证正常的对外动力输出。由此,前后级离合器的控制策略变得很复杂,并且对于离合器的控制精度具有非常高的要求。
此外,P2HM在进行动力输出的时候无法同时作为发电机工作,所以在纯电动工作模式下无法对电池进行充电,即不具备增程功能。
因此,需要提供一种具有改进结构的混合动力总成以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是降低从纯电工作模式切换到混合动力工作模式中的动力波动,并且同时降低对于离合器系统的控制复杂度以及精度要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种混合动力总成,包括沿同一旋转轴线布置的发动机、电动模组和变速箱,所述电动模组包括沿旋转轴线依次布置的减振器、第一电机、离合器和第二电机,其中所述减振器与所述发动机的曲轴抗扭转连接,所述第二电机的输出轴与所述变速箱的输入轴抗扭转连接。
优选地,所述离合器为单向离合器,用于单向地将所述第一电机上的扭矩传递到所述第二电机上。
优选地,所述第一电机可作为启动电机工作,用于启动所述发动机。
优选地,所述第二电机可作为发电机,回收来自所述变速箱的动力。
优选地,所述第一电机和所述第二电机可同时作为驱动电机工作,也可同时作为发电机工作。
优选地,所述第一电机可以在所述第二电机作为驱动电机工作的同时作为发电机工作。
优选地,所述第一电机和所述第二电机均为内转子电机,二者沿所述轴线并列布置。
优选地,所述第一电机为内转子电机,所述第二电机为外转子电机,所述第一电机设置在所述第二电机的径向内部,二者具有相互固定的定子。
并且,本发明还提供了一种应用了上述混合动力总成的混合动力汽车。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在行驶过程中通过与驱动电机分离的另一个电机对发动机进行启动,避免了动力的分流,使电驱动模式切换到混合驱动模式更流畅,并且避免了对于离合器的精确控制要求。

具体实施方式
如图2所示是本发明的第一优选实施例,本发明第一实施例的混合动力总成包括发动机1、电动模组2和变速箱3,发动机1的曲轴与电动模组2的输入轴抗扭转连接,电动模组2的输出轴与变速箱3的输入轴抗扭转连接,三者在同一轴线A上工作。所述电动模组2包括沿轴线A依次排布的减振器23、第一电机21、离合器24以及第二电机22。
本实施例中的减振器23为双质量飞轮,第一电机21和第二电机22为并列布置的两个内转子电机,离合器为单向离合器24,可以将来自输入侧的扭矩单向地传递到输出侧,即,当第一电机21的转子转速不大于第二电机22的转子转速,则单向离合器24空转,防止第二电机22的动力传递到第一电机21,反之则离合器24锁合,第一电机21的动力输出到第二电机22侧。
第一实施例中的混合动力总成根据所述第一电机21和第二电机22的不同状态具有如下几种工作模式:
I、电驱动,发动机1和第一电机21处于非工作状态,第二电机22作为动力源输出动力,单向离合器24处于空转状态,而切断第二电机22到第一电机21之间的扭矩传递,因此发动机1和第一电机21不会成为第二电机22的负载,第二电机22的动力完全输出到变速箱3的输入轴上。
II、发动机热启动,当混合动力总成处于上述电驱动模式状态中时,如果需要发动机1启动,第一电机21作为启动电机工作,带动发动机曲轴,使其具有一定的初速度,以完成点火启动过程。在发动机1启动过程中,第二电机22保持工作状态始终不变,因此车辆的动力不会发生任何变化。
III、发动机驱动,第一电机21和第二电机22都处于非工作状态,发动机1作为动力源输出动力,单向离合器24处于闭合状态,发动机1的动力通过单向离合器24传递到变速箱3的输入轴上。
IV、充电行驶,发动机1处于动力输出状态,第一电机21和第二电机22都处于发电机工作状态,单向离合器24处于闭合状态,发动机1的动力带动第一电机21,并通过单向离合器24带动第二电机22以及变速箱3的输入轴。发动机1的动力同时用于驱动车辆行驶以及带动第一电机21和第二电机22发电,对电动模组的电池进行充电。
V、动力回收,车辆处于滑行状态时,发动机1与第一电机21处于非工作状态,第二电机22处于发电机工作状态,来自变速箱3的动力带动第二电机22作为发电机工作,对电动模组的电池进行充电,单向离合器24处于空转状态,以断开发动机1和第一电机21,避免其成为负载。
VI、增程电驱动,发动机与第一电机21控制目标转速小于第二电机22的实际转速,第二电机22作为动力源输出动力,单向离合器24处于空转状态,而切断第二电机22到第一电机21之间的扭矩传递,发动机1也处于工作状态,输出的动力带动第一电机21作为发电机工作,在第二电机22消耗电池能量进行动力输出的同时,第一电机21作为发电机对电池进行充电,以达到增程行驶的目的。
VII、并联驱动,发动机1与第一电机21控制目标转速大于等于第二电机22的实际转速,单向离合器24进入闭合状态,发动机,第一电机21,第二电机22的动力共同输出至变速箱3的输入轴上。
本发明的第二实施例如图3所示,与第一实施例不同的是,在第二实施例中,第一电机21a是内转子电机,第二电机22a是外转子电机,其中第一电机21a布置在第二电机22a的径向内部,第一电机21a和第二电机22a的定子部分固定在一起或一体地设置。实施例二的电动模组可以具有更小的轴向安装空间,但是相应的径向的安装空间有一定的增加,同时,由于尺寸的限制,第一电机21a的功率被一定程度地降低。

Claims (9)

1.一种混合动力总成,包括沿同一旋转轴线(A)布置的发动机(1)、电动模组(2)和变速箱(3),其特征在于:所述电动模组(2)包括沿旋转轴线(A)依次布置的减振器(23)、第一电机(21)、离合器和第二电机(22),其中所述减振器(23)与所述发动机(1)的曲轴抗扭转连接,所述第二电机(22)的输出轴与所述变速箱(3)的输入轴抗扭转连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述离合器为单向离合器(24),用于单向地将所述第一电机(21)上的扭矩传递到所述第二电机(22)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机(21)可作为启动电机工作,用于启动所述发动机(1)。
4.如权利要求2所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第二电机(22)可作为发电机,回收来自所述变速箱(3)的动力。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机(21)和所述第二电机(22)可同时作为驱动电机工作,也可同时作为发电机工作。
6.如权利要求5所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机(21)可以在所述第二电机(22)作为驱动电机工作的同时作为发电机工作。
7.如权利要求1-4中任一所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机(21)和所述第二电机(22)均为内转子电机,二者沿所述轴线(A)并列布置。
8.如权利要求1-4中任一所述的混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机(21a)为内转子电机,所述第二电机(22a)为外转子电机,所述第一电机(21a)设置在所述第二电机(22a)的径向内部,二者具有相互固定的定子。
9.一种混合动力汽车,其特征在于:应用了权利要求1至8中任一项所述的混合动力总成。
